Just walked in at 11:15am and no one said hi. Then one of the workers told me simply that there's a 40min wait for anything. No apology, no explanation, just it'll be a 40min wait for anything. Horrible customer service, horrible manners, so this is the last time I'm coming here. Far too many poor experiences with this location. Nekter Diamond bar, your store is horrible. I came here because I needed afternoon snacks and to my dismay, the guy who was in charge, didn't give us good vibes. He was wearing AirPods and didn't even acknowledge us when we came. Instead of saying I'll be with you soon, etc. he was keep making orders. We waited about 5-10 mins after he's done with his online orders, then just came to the cashier and asked what we would like to order. In the end, didn't even say thank you or any gratitude gestures from the customer service point. The açaí bowl is just mediocre, less than what I expected from a well known business brand. Don't bother to come! Poor service I was waiting at least 7 minutes at the register to order a protein shake. The guy employee finally came out and didn't apologize for the long wait as I told him I was waiting here for a long time. I should have left but decided to give it a try. After I ordered my drink I noticed there was a sign about a discount and he said oh well it's too late to get the discount you already paid for it. I asked who the manager was he said I'm the owner and gave me my drink and said bye rudely. I wouldn't support a company nor this new owner who treats customers like this. He should tell his customers about specials and discounts and be friendly if he wants customers! The smoothie didn't even taste good I could easily make this at home. Smoothie was watery! Don't waste your time, money, or presence here. Go somewhere else. Service 0/10 ! Plus the bathroom was broken such an inconvenience. read more

Tried this place for the first time and i got the magic butterfly, which is some sort of lemonade and the pink flamingo which have dragonfruit, strawberry, pineapple, coconut water, and agave nectar blended in it. Both of them was amazing. It wasn't overly sweet where it tastes like they put additional sugar in it. I'll definitely be back to try other things on there menu. Also, they have an offer on their app for first time customers where you can get a 16 oz juice/smoothie for free if you sign up. Definitely do that to get a bang for your buck. read more

Came here to try a new place for a smoothie or juice around 4pm on Saturday. Lady who worked there was extremely rude and unhelpful. I am allergic to nuts and when I asked which smoothies had no nuts she just said everything did but as I read more of the menu there were a couple of items without nuts. i already have anxiety telling people about my allergy because they make me feel like an inconvenience and that's exactly what the lady did to me despite me not wanting this allergy. so thanks for making my anxiety worse. read more

My service from Jake an brook were the beast hands down costumer service 5star and there skill at creating perfect smoothie to my critical liking was excellent and my girlfriend is very picky and is always pleased when either of these two people are there making her smoothies. The place usually is fully stocked and clean well the inside is but the front door needs a wipe or two because the glass front door has had alog of finger smudge on it besides the door its a welcoming place. read more
