I couldn't catch her name clearly, but when I asked the other girl she was working with today what her co-workers name was, I think it was something starting with Br-. This is the second time where she had me wait to be served. The first time I was waiting almost 5 mins. I opened the door and it rang as I came in like usual but no one was coming so I began to call out, "excuse me!" I did this almost 5 times. Still no one was coming out. And finally when they did she was coming out wiping her mouth from eating an acai bowl in the back and showing very little empathy. I told them that they should invest in a bell that their customers should ring in the front because that was not acceptable having a customer wait that long and having to yell out multiple times to receive service. Then again today, same thing. I arrived, the door rang, and no one came. I was left standing there again. I called out and no one came so then I called the locations number to get them to come out from the back and that made them finally come. I explained to her my situation and how this was the second time she left me waiting and how last time I was saying they should get a bell and to that she said, "we already do have a bell at the door we just didn't hear you." She said that last time too and that obviously is not effective as the workers seem to not hear their door open... and she also said how their security cameras don't work too which does not help the situation and only makes the establishment look worse. I continued to say how it was upsetting on my end and she gave a quick insincere sorry then started to ask me what size bowl I want. I felt dismissed. I hope that something is said to this worker about her unprofessional and unkind behavior.
