I have not tested it I usually only want three or four. The quality is top notch. My granddaughter loves this place. My only complaint they fixed. But, my granddaughter is not happy they fixed it. She would come with $20 and they did not have change. So I ended up paying and she kept her money. Now that they have some change she has to pay sometimes. I'm happy, she is not. Today I did a good deed. I asked them for a bag and picked up the spoons in the planted at the end of the walk way. They will do it in the future. I cannot believe people trash things so much. I got the paradise bowl in a size medium, it was very yummy and I also felt like the size was perfect for me! When it comes to prices, this place is pretty comparable to others, and maybe even slightly cheaper than others actually. The staff was very nice and the inside is super cute and clean! It tasted overwhelmingly of cinnamon with very little acai flavor. On the plus side, the emulsion was extremely smooth and had no ice crystals. - Chia seed pudding. It didn't really taste like anything, but served its purpose as a thick chia seed mixture. - Maple overnight oats. This topping had better flavor than the chia seed pudding. I enjoyed the chewy texture of the softened oats. - Blueberry and strawberry were good, but the mango was unripe. I also didn't like the fine dice on the already small portion of fruit. It felt unsatisfying. - Toasted coconut, honey almond granola, and pumpkin seeds added crunch. However, I didn't notice any almonds in the granola. - Flax seed. Amazing açaí bowl place. I don't live in the area anymore, so I get it when I can! This açai bowl was so good! I got a medium and it was HUGE! I ate it for breakfast the next day too! This was the first time I tried goji berries and now I love it. I bought them at the supermarket, just so I can have it all the time. The space is well lit, but not a lot of seating. It's now been a few weeks so I placed another order and was going to ask them to just duplicate the bowl, but the person on the phone told me they'd have to cancel my entire delivery and that I'd have to come in to get a free bowl. The person on the phone was quite rude and said "well you can either come in or we can just cancel the whole thing but you have to just come in next time cause we can't keep cancelling orders" I thought it was such a weird thing to say since I've never cancelled an order out of the many I've placed with the store. Pretty good acai bowl! 2) Ube Bae: -We got this small. -It's an ube and banana smoothie made with almond milk and I added the free whey protein boost. -Even with the banana it doesn't overpower the entirety of the smoothie which is pretty difficult to do with how strong the taste of banana is. -Nice ube flavor with banana undertones. I think the only issue was that it was way sweeter than I would have liked it and it tasted more like a dessert drink if anything. After stopping by their San Gabriel location, I was pretty stoked to find they actually had another on my way home. . I was so happy I would cry. Their Cloud9 smoothie is OTHERWORDLY.. I am dead serious. It is so well blended and smooth, the coconut milk gives it that unique flavor, the spirulina is heaven sent and the almond butter is the best ingredient EVER. The staff here is so nice and actually asked me if I wanted an additional ingredient free of charge. The location is a bit hidden, so you have to drive on Colima and make a right inside the parkind lot to drive in front of the suites that have their entrance on that side only (I didnt see any pedestrian entrances on Colima, but I could be wrong), but its worth it. Tried this spot hoping to build my own açaí bowl exactly how I like it... but apparently that's not really allowed here. They've got a bunch of rules about how you can't combine certain ingredients due to "cross-contamination." I wanted peanut butter under the açaí and some overnight oats added--nothing too crazy--but they wouldn't let me do it. Kind of defeats the whole "build your own bowl" concept if you ask me.
