The loud music made communication even more difficult. The first employee later raised her voice at me while my wife was holding our toddler nearby. I questioned why she was yelling and decided to leave without ordering. Neither employee apologized or acknowledged the situation. As a fellow business owner, I understand the importance of hospitality. Poor communication is one thing, but raising your voice at a customer in front of their family is unacceptable. I hope ownership addresses this.

I've been coming here since it's opening day and I remember this place being my goto spot in my college years up until 2018. It's so nice to see this spot operating today, that's how you know this spot is still everyone's favorite. I always go for their smoothies, but the passion paradise will always be my favorite. It's extremely floral and fruity. It has so much fruity flavor compared to jamba juice. Service was quick and efficient. Our drinks came out really quick. This place is a grab and go place so no seating inside. I really do love the health food smell of this place! Super nostalgic

The staff is always kind & has great positive attitude. My only complaint is the wait time. Sometimes the drinks seem to be made quickly, but I've had a few occasions where I waited 15-20 mins for a smoothie, which feels a little long compared to other smoothie spots I've been to. I'd definitely love to see the process sped up a bit. The interior is mainly set up for takeout w/ no indoor seating, but there's plenty of outdoor seating available. Lots of parking, it's located in a plaza area. Overall, still one of my fav spots for smoothies!

Just be prepared for crowds because it can get very busy with college students, especially at night. The space itself is pretty small, but they have a drive-through, online ordering, and the option to order with someone at the counter. I usually order the taro slushy with light ice and less sugar because I don't like my drinks overly sweet. I've always enjoyed the drink itself, and I also like that their cups feel sturdy and higher quality than the thin plastic cups you get at many other drink shops. The fries were also good. It's a bit pricey $7 for the fries. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a horrible experience. I placed an online order and saw my name on the drinks that were ready at the counter. No staff members were around, so I reached over to grab my order. An employee suddenly appeared and told me that I couldn't just take it. There wasn't a sign telling customers to wait, and at places like Starbucks and other drink shops, completed mobile orders are normally left at the pickup counter for customers to grab. I understand if they have a different policy, but it should be clearly posted and communicated politely. I also requested no seasoning on my crispy tofu because I don't like their seasoning. The manager rudely told me they couldn't do that because it was supposed to come with seasoning. However, I contacted their customer service team afterward, and they confirmed that the tofu could absolutely be customized without seasoning. They even offered to replace it with a complimentary order prepared the way I originally requested. When I returned and explained the email I received, the manager acted very skeptical and almost seemed like she didn't believe me. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable, especially when I was only trying to receive the replacement their team had already offered me. I liked coming here for the taro slushy and convenient late hours, but after the way this situation was handled, I don't think I'll be returning.

Kudos to this kid because he has WAY more patience than I do--I probably would've told the guy to get lost. Management should definitely recognize him for how well he handled the situation.

Once I moved to Hacienda Heights, this location became my goto. The tea and boba is consistently good, they really got the recipe down! The popcorn chicken used to be a lot better but the last 5 times I ordered it, I only got the smallest pieces of chicken and most of it was super hard so I stopped buying that. The fries and other snacks haven't let me down yet though (except the small portion size). However, this last visit really put a bad taste in my mouth. I usually get my drinks at all boba shops with no ice, I just like to slowly sip on my tea until it gets to room temperature. They recently changed it to 80 cents to top off when ordering no ice, which I already didn't like but they only kept maybe an inch from the top all the past times I bought it which was fine. Today, however, I ran into the skimpiest employee who only gave me 2/3 of my drink! What the heck?? Tastea cups are already 4oz less than most other boba shops and they've slowly been increasing their rates to stay at the top (aka more expensive), despite hot having any of the latest trendy tea flavors or toppings. Tastea is good, but if I'm only going to get 2/3 of my drink, I'll just go somewhere else.

I was just here yesterday & at 4 pm they were sold out of my favorite, Triple Coconut (the entire coconut filled with coconut jelly & coconut pudding with its own coconut meat) I love scraping it off once I eat the goodies. There's nothing like eating dessert that brings back childhood memories, except it's better in this rendition. Lo & behold, they have 3 Triple Coconut even at this late hour (10:40 pm). Hubby wanted the Triple Coconut, too, & 2 more Double Coconut. I also ordered one with mango puree. I learned that the coconut pudding is made at another location and the ones they sell at this location that has fruit added, these staff cut the fruit and add to the bottle. So the recipe is unknown to the staff. Best kept secret, I suppose. Believe me, I tried to copy and I have yet to achieve success. The shop is modern & clean. The staff are super friendly. Parking is free and could get challenging at peak hours due to shared among many businesses at this Diamond Plaza in Rowland Heights. Glad it's open late (11 pm), the one near us, Sam Gabriel closes at 10 pm. I'm so glad we made a dash coz we got 3 of the last Triple Coconut!

SAC. On first glance, the young lady behind the counter appeared mildly stressed- So deeply transfixed crafting a quartet of decadent treats for the family arrayed at the table, that she at first appeared utterly unable/unwilling to acknowledge the presence of the grinning Panama-hatted fella striving to pick up his Uber customer's order. After all- We Uber drivers are rather spoiled, usta holding our phone aloft screen side out to elicit priority service for our time-bound pick ups amid any thronged restaurant lobby! But this Juugos staff member proved to be a beacon of shining responsibility- Wanting me to interface w/ my client since they were out of a handful of items needed to build one of his items. I APPRECIATE the pretty young lady's devotion to service and her craft!!! Yes- it may have added 8 or so extra minutes to my wait time but I guarantee you that my West Covina customers truly relished their quartet of icy cold refreshments! When I returned, post delivery, to sample my maiden Juugos order, I was drawn to the PEEZY P, both for its inventive, Motown inspired name¹ and its opulent cache of ingredients- Strawberries, bananas, oats, cinnamon, agave, vanilla protein plus almonds/almond milk. ¹ Peezy P originated from the streets of Detroit, a stand-in for "player." And lemme shout it with the same unabashed authority that Detroit's veey own Eminem would- This Peezy P, indeed, doesn't play! Ice cold hybrid of the fruit combines w/ the finely minced almonds and the mildly sweet vanilla/agave, kissed at the end with elegant cinnamon. A faaaaabulous refreshing drink...and the perfect way to culminate your work shift! Appearances wise, Juugos makes for a quiet, ethereal escape for frazzled Mt. SAC Mounties, its airy, polished interior and seating areas inviting you to unspool yourself, for a spell. My fare was $11.99, incl tip, for a large 24oz Peezy P and, fo shizzle, I'll be back to order more!

There was plenty of seating but it was packed because it was a Friday night at 10 pm. We ordered our drinks at the pos system and managed to get a table after someone left. The drinks took a bit to come but it was alright because we were talking away. I got the mochi mango with whipped cream and I really wished I opted out of the cream. The last few sips at the end was not great with the whipped cream as it didn't really add anything to the drink and was wasted at the end when I threw it away. The drink itself was delicoous though. I loved how there were no mango hairs in the drink the mango chunks were great. There was also a milky taste in the drink and I loved chewing the mochi in it as well. Overall, solid boba place.
