Nice place to visit for me since it's the closest to my home but something doesn't sit right with me when half the time I place an order, I end up waiting past the time people behind me placed their orders and already received their stuff. There's nothing more frustrating or insulting than when you place an order, your receipt is not offered, and then when your order isn't coming up they start to have amnesia about who you are and whether you placed an order. Yup, that has happened to me more than once. And then they think a $5 gift card makes it all ok. So after my order wasn't coming out and I saw two people behind get their order, I approached the register to ask about my order. Of course, the actual person that took my order questioned whether I paid for what I was asking for. Incredibly insulting. This is why there should be no question about handing customers their receipt. So they need to do away with that practice of saving trees or either go to emailed receipts. Whatever it takes to avoid the confusion and embarrassment. Not to mention wasting my time getting to work. I think I'll go to the Starbucks closer to work instead of home from now on. read more

Seems like they got rid of the rude employees that were here, they're getting better at customer service. I'm loving the Starbucks app that lets you order and they have it ready within minutes, very convenient when they have a huge snake line and I can just stop by without having to wait in their walk-in order. gets packed every morning around 8am and the line is long literally. the place is small but i would not recommend u this place if you wanna spend ur day there. but overall, i like this place. parking is very accessible. Coffees? they make good coffee compared to others. read more

Ordered a traveler for a birthday. Came to pick it up and was told they were out. The manager didn't care to notify me, even though I ordered it 40 minutes in advance. Her attitude was "oh well sorry". She didn't offer me a refund until I asked for one. Won't be coming back here. read more

They have 6 people waiting 1 making drinks and 2 doing nothing. .This is not the first time the almost always mess up my drink.. Ice Coffee w/ splash of heavy cream not hard. I have been coming here years and have had amazing Barista service. However one lone barista stands out among the rest, Daniel was kind, caring and very friendly upon this recent visit. I'm a little concerned because I just bought a house nearby and this is the closest Starbucks for me. I always get a Vanilla Latte and know what it tastes like and the last two times I've gone into this location, they've burned the milk and you can't taste the vanilla, Hopefully it's just an isolated case, but these drinks are five bucks. read more

EVERY time I come to this Starbucks, it's awful. They take the longest time. The line is ridiculous. The girls here are nice, but that doesn't really help me not be late to work cause it took 20 mins to get my order. I have to start going somewhere else instead of here. It's probably not the team members fault, because they do try to give good service, but I think they may need more staff members in order to adequately service their customers. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews.. This is my favorite Starbucks location. The employees are always friendly and working hard. I'm in there on the regular so most of them know me and Claire usually has my drink ready before I even pay. Yes they do get verrrry busy, especially when school lets out all the little middle schoolers fill up the place. They do their best to handle the rush but sometimes yes you have to wait a few extra minutes for your drink.. Not a big deal in my opinion. Park on the side street and walk a few extra steps to save the hassle of driving around the lot. read more

As a previous Starbucks employee this was far the worse experience I've ever experienced. It was oblvious that we weren't acknowledged and having a conversation in between my order my drink was fine, but they forgot my Danish we came back in like 4 minutes and my cheese Danish was barely coming out the oven. Very busy location, and this was the second time that my drink never came out. After my sandwich got cold I realized it's way to long, talked to them and it had basically disappeared. They made it quickly thereafter, but was pissed to waste my time. Parking can also be an issue at this location too. read more

I made a quick trip here for some coffee. Some of the baristas were very rude when I asked a question. My drink came out tasting weird. I only came to this location because it was close to where I was at the moment. Also, the parking structure is absolutely horrible. It's very difficult to find a parking space due to it being in a crowded shopping center. I won't be visiting this location again and I wouldn't recommend others doing so. read more

Excellent customer service hands down. I order every morning with my phone and pick up on the way to work. This morning I walk in and the Justin sees me and says "Morning Mike I didn't see your order come in but I already started the drink when I saw you walk in please check your phone maybe it didn't go through" Now that's customer service!!! I was out and about at the crack of dawn this morning and FREEZING! I had to stop into Starbucks and get something warm, especially since I still had that gift card I won from the Wipeout Christmas Cookie Contest. This place was unlike any Starbucks I have been to. Everyone here knew each other. People in line were greeting people walking through the doors - asking them about their New Year! As always, the Starbucks staff was super friendly. No one said anything to me, ugh! Maybe because I was in two unmatched sweaters, a hood over my head, and scarf around my entire face. I couldn't help it. Growing up in the Philippines made me want to die in anything less than 72 degrees. I was beyond thrilled when I saw the sign that said 140 calories for a grande Caramel Macchiato! That is the middle size! I felt like I won a prize. Who cares if I was about to slurp down some unnatural calories - Well, I normally do - but not today! read more

I was in a rush to work, so I went into this Starbucks, asked the guy "What's in an iced vanilla latte?" He said "Just milk, vanilla, and shots of espresso." So I said "Okay, I'll have that." He asked what size and I said "Grande. You know what? Make it a Venti." I was looking down at my wallet when he was getting the cup ready, and talking to my boyfriend so I wasn't paying attention, and he didn't give me a receipt, so I walked over to where you pick up your drinks, and they gave me a GRANDE, HOT vanilla latte. Mind you, I'm tired, and late for work, so I immediately told the drink guy that I had ordered an ICED drink so he made one up really fast for me, but still only gave me a grande in which the cash register guy told me that was what he charged me for. Like are you serious? How do you screw up one simple order!? It's not like it was busy, we were the only ones in the store! I didn't have time to deal with them, so I left and rushed to work, with the wrong size drink that didn't get me through even half of my graveyard shift. It's Christmas Day and yes there is a Starbucks open!!! I totally understand that the workers really DONT want to be here cause they were a little rude...I had just under $10.00 on my Gold Card app and I had picked up few items (coffee to take home to make at a later time) so I said could I add some more money to my card said fine but I was having a little difficulty trying to open my barcode for the payment and the guy was really making me nervous and the way he was talking to me is like really? Ur giving me attitude boy... I'm sure I'm not the only one that rocks up and asks to reload their Starbucks Gold Card...be a little nice, suck it up and put all your negativity aside for a few hours your working ... I deal with people everyday for my work and no matter how much crap I may be going thru in my personal life I still have that great customer service I give to my clients....I understand not everyone is like me lol but if your taking up a job that deals with customers every minute then have some respect and being. I love the location of this Starbucks. Its so convenient on my way to work, but i think i might have to go somewhere out of my way to get better breakfast. I have given them many chances, but anything i get to eat from here is disappointing. I got their bacon artisan sandwich, I've gotten many of these from many different Starbucks and they were pretty good. But from this location it was just not good at all, it was cold and bland. Now i figured hey, they must have had a busy morning and left it out too long after they took it out of the oven so fine. I go back another morning for a lemon loaf and a coffee. Coffee is great here might i add. The lemon loaf was a bit stale and tasted just like dough, it was very bland. Now this morning i got a coffee, which was really delicious, and a spinach wrap. Now the spinach wraps have been my new favorite. I got one twice this week from other locations. The one i got this morning from here on my way to work was not as good. It was a mess. The sandwich had a big slice down it so the delicious spinach and egg were leaking out :( it looked squished and really not appetizing. Just a blob of what was formerly a sandwich. Now i don't expect too much from Starbucks cause its a chain and most of their food is pre-prepared, but can you not mutilate my sandwich before you give it to me? That would be fantastic. read more

But not til last week,as iam a coffee drinker, gotta have my daily dose of caffeine. Came across a male looked like in his late 20's, as usual line is long...when it came to my turn to pay...this idiot couldn't wait on me, hinted me by tapping his fingers on register....like rush! My wallet for some none of his business was a mess and couldn't find my Starbucks card, so I just pulled out my cash and angrily handed it to him! Called days after to complain and another idiot could not point out who this person was!!! She said did not fit description as I described IT!!! I asked who she was...she wad stupid and clueless!!!! Ever since they remodeled this shop, all they hired...were original lame employees! I now take a detour and head over to Ralphs, there....they're friendly, courteous and warm people!
