I didn't even know Jamba Juice still existed! They still have all their popular smoothie flavors and a wide array of new food options. My favorites are always the Mango-a-go-go, Strawberries Wild, the Wheatgrass Shot and sourdough parmesan pretzel. Unfortunately, they don't blend/grind fresh wheatgrass anymore. It's prepackaged in a plastic bottle and mixed with apple juice and lemon juice. I miss the fresh wheatgrass they would cut and grind. Overall, the smoothies still taste like they did decades ago and it brought back a lot of great memories! Service was top notch and the ladies were so friendly. We were in and out in minutes and enjoyed everything we ordered. Several parking spaces available in the front too. Can't wait to try their other menu items! read more

Love coming here in the mornings when it's not busy! I always do mobile order and usually within 10min my order is ready to go. When walking in, the store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and quick to say good morning!! It held a strong presence for a nice amount of time in my teenage life but, that drive that it once had has extinguished itself. I really like this location. It's always clean. The people are always sweet especially Kevin! He greets us by name and is very friendly.

I came here after a doctor's appointment nearby. It was on my way home so I decided to get a healthy smoothie for breakfast. There was a parking lot that Jamba share with a few other businesses, but since it was early it wasn't packed. I ordered the acai super antioxidants smoothie and was in and out. Smoothie was good and the service was friendly. Not sure what all the complaints are about. read more

Management in this Jamba Juice is terrible. No sense of customer service. All our drinks are made too icy. AG Manager greets people with: what do you want. Instead of: hi! How are you or how's your day? What can I get for you today? Both managers I've seen at this location have always talked down to their staff in front of guests as well. This time I walked in. Ordered two drinks. Tipped $5. When the supervisor who took my order, was handing me the drinks. I asked her, which one has the protein? She said both. I was like: I only wanted one with protein. So instead of apologizing for the mistake, she rolls her eyes, tosses the drink in the trash and as she's walking away from me she informs me that she will remake it. These managers need to do better. What are they teaching to the staff? They are ruining the name of Jamba. This is not okay. read more

I went last night for two drinks. The cashier (girl) **grey shirt*** was on her phone while making my drinks. She was on FaceTime with her friends laughing the whole time. Very unprofessional. A consistent brand with great employees. I'm very grateful for the convenience of this location, with parking available even on busy days due to a separate lot away from the nearby Starbucks. Placing an online or Jamba app makes it even easier to get in and out quickly. Admittedly, this location has made a handful of small errors before (usually forgetting a mix in/boost I paid extra for) so double check your order, especially on busy days. My only other complaint would be that the impossible handwiches (which are amazing and delicious by the way) are often out of stock, or at least they appear that way on the app and website very often. But I go here very often, so I am way more likely than the usual person to see a couple of small mistakes, and must say, overall they hit a lot more than they miss. If you are going to do a chain to go beverage and small meal, I highly recommend this Jamba instead of the Starbucks, and I bet your body will be happy for it too. read more

No customers waiting, i came in and ordered 22 oz and 16 oz juices. The music was assaultive - extremely loud and filthy rap lyrics. Three people working=rather two of three people working and no - one wasn't doing prep. She was present but absent and appeared to be the mgr. Standing doing nothing. Long story short- people who came in after me got their drinks before i did w much more complicated orders. Took twenty minutes with no one ahead of me to get a 16oz and 20oz of a 22oz juice. Would not recommend and NEVER going back even though i often do business with three other merchants in that same strip mall. Be aware if you have small children with you. Walked in to Jamba today for a cold drink. To my surprise there were only two people in line but six people waiting for their drinks. Come to find out that the hold up was from door dash orders. Ticket after ticket came in and were handled first but people in line waiting to order were left standing there not being helped. For two drinks it took over 25 minutes. I guess if you use door dash or a service such as that, you have priority. Gonna go to Starbucks next time if I see tickets coming out of the ticket machine and no one being helped in line.
