Didn't get any greeting from any one of the employees. They were busy on their cellphones. Armando, one of their employees was just walking around pretending that he was doing something close to nothing. I wanted to get couple of grab n go sandwiches from the in-store Starbucks. The guy inside had the lights off, and pretending that he is counting money in the dark. How cool is that? I asked if he could help me without looking up, he said register is closed and that he doesn't work for Starbucks. I got a mini watermelon, a small jar of ginger, 6 peaches not fully ripe; and one was even a little bruised. It was in a bag. I saw it when I got home. 5 bananas, 3 big, nice Envy apples, and 10 piece Spicy Tuna Roll from their ready made section. Lines were long, employees were just chit chatting, no one opened another register, and they kept telling me to use the self check out that I personally don't like. Cashier was one of their managers at register #11. The guy who packed my groceries was helpful, kind with a nice smile. It's a very big store, and it was clean. Can't forget to mention that they need new ink for their receipt. I had to write down everything on another piece of paper to itemize the items. Glad that I did. Used their restroom. Out of toilet paper, barely any soap, and no seat covers. Can't forget to mention that the toilet was not even flushed. Huge parking lot shared with other businesses. Also, underground parking along with elevators are available for your convenience. The rest, you can read in my previous review.

There were 3 people ahead of me, and then it was my turn to place my order. The line moved like a breeze. I got Blueberry Muffin ($3.75), a butter Croissant, ($4.65), a Chocolate Croissant, ($4.95), a decaf Iced Cold Vanilla Latte, ($4.95), with Coconut milk, (free of charge), 2 Tomato Mozzarella Sandwiches with touch of Pesto sauce. Each for $7.75. I also asked for a large cup of ice. Carol was very attentive to detail and didn't miss a thing. She got my order right, and everything came out in less than 5 minutes. They had 5 employees working together in harmony. All very helpful. Cin, one of the baristas got my food and drink ready, and I ate inside. Ate one of the sandwiches there, and took the other one to go. Both Croissants were nicely warmed up and tasted very good. So was my muffin. Carol poured my grande latte in a separate glass for convenience. Special thanks for that. They had a little mix up with my baked goods. I had ordered one Blueberry Muffin, so with that being said, the other item was free. Ambiance was great. Clean indoor and outdoor seating, with gender neutral restroom and fine music playing overhead. Let me not forget, they provided plates at this Starbucks. Some places will just give your food in paper packets. It was a very lovely experience at this Starbucks. My food was good and my iced coffee was made to perfection. Thanks to everyone here.

That said, the dine-in area is rarely full, so you can almost always find a table. There's no drive-thru, but the indoor seating is decent and can accommodate small groups. It's also a good spot to get some work done; there are working wall outlets, which is always a plus. Parking is easy since it's shared with other businesses, and I've never had trouble finding a space. The restroom is gender-neutral, and every time I've used it, it's been clean and stocked. Employees are courteous and accommodating. I usually meet a friend here for coffee and a bit of chit-chat.

Customer service is gone and they couldn't care less. They are also not so bright or maybe stoned. Last visit I came in for one item. Total $4.69, I gave $5.09. I got a look like handed over beads and trinkets. She stared at me for about ten seconds. I said, " it was 4.69 right?" "Yes," she said and continued to stand there glassy eyed, staring at me. "Great, I gave you the pennies to make it easier and so I don't get pennies back." She stared a little more. Eventually she sheepishly slid a dime across the counter. I looked at her, waiting for another other three dimes. She looked past me and started to take the next shoppers groceries. I'm not going to fight over thirty cents but either get sober or get a calculator.
