7-Eleven has always been one of my go to convenient stores in the Valley or anywhere else that there is 7-Eleven! This review is particularly, for the 7-Eleven that I frequently visit when I need something quick and fast.(At the corner of (Moorpark & Tujunga) All 7-Elevens are great, but this particular store somehow is different in so many different ways. First, it is 5 minutes away from my house, great service anytime that you go there. ALL the employees that work there are very nice, helpful and friendly. They have everything from alcohol, to food/beverages of every kind to different types of products, to household items. Always comes handy! I have tried their wings, hot dogs, & pizza for a quick bite, it's eatable but not that enjoyable. Pizza is too greasy, and super salty. The rest are good.Everything is so fully stocked, and the store is very clean. They move so fast not to have a long line. Right away they open the 2nd register to help their customers. Somewhat I didn't notice this location even if I drove by 1000 times. It is well situated, on Moorpark with Tujunga, right near the Tujunga Village. Big parking lot, you can access it from either street, whatever works best for you. Since a couple of days my husband saw on the News that it was National Slurpee Day, he couldn't resist. So we stopped by, he got his free cherry slurpee, happy as a kid. The store was prepared for the giveaway, they were nice and friendly. Other customers, not so much, got political, on the side that I disagree, but folks can't keep opinions to themselves, unprovoked, out of the blue. This was situated at a very convenient corner where I stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat: their deluxe hot dog with condiments and a small cup of coffee to go. Customer Service: fast and friendly. I'd give them 5/5. The cashier was thorough in explaining how to build my own deluxe hot dog with freshly baked buns. They separated the buns and the hot dog pieces of your choice. So whatever you ordered, you get to make your own. I thought that was kinda innovative!!!! Coffee Service: self serve. I ordered a small cup of coffee, Colombia flavored to go. Lovin' how they provided ample selections of creamers to choose from. I added lots of hazelnut creamer pieces. Yummmm!!!! Ambiance: it's like any other 7-11, but I was just hoping they had a restroom for customers to use; they didn't. I had to drive to another coffee spot for that which was fine because I was literally in the area supporting various local biz as such. Look, when all my pantry has to offer is a can of black beans and a tin of rolled oats I request an adventure. Over the river and through the woods to 7-Eleven we go. If you're driving to 7-Eleven you're already doing it wrong, especially this one. With the perfect amount of loiterers, I have had about a 95% success rate of being greeted at the door between a 5-8 on the happy scale. Dang. That's pretty good considering the bologna-cheese they may deal with. (Shout out to the younger/taller guy who works there-Don't know your name-Youre cool-Sincerely me and my Vincent Gallo and Pit-Bull clones.) What I appreciate about 7-Eleven is that they have experimental items like Doritos Loaded and microwaveable Cinnabon Bites for the brave one. Then.... there's Cocunut Waters and [EVEN] Vegan Protein Cookies for the health conscious who's looking for a binge. And can you believe it... You got your Slurpees, Sparkling Apple Juice, Mambo's and Mint Chocolate Cliff Builders for the indecisive grazer. Did they participate in Free Slurpee Day? I'm no fool. Check your receipts because the older bald guy with the glasses and the older guy with the mustache (Nissankja is his name) love to overcharge you and steal your money!! These two guys have done it several times to me and my friends. When I confronted them about it they laughed in my face and told me it was their "habit" to steal and overcharge! It makes me not want to shop there or bring people there! I'm sure the other employees are honest but not these two guys. I recommend going to the other 711 just up the street. They will ring it up properly once, then cancel the transaction quickly, and ring you up again overcharging you right before you swipe your card or pay. Check your receipt/prices before you leave because these two won't think twice about overcharging, double charging and/or charging for a bag when you don't need one! STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS IS WRONG AND THE OWNER SHOULD FIRE THESE TWO GUYS BECAUSE THEY KEEP DOING IT AND EVEN ADMIT TO DOING IT WHILE THEY LAUGH IN CUSTOMERS FACES AND RUN AND HIDE WHEN CONFRONTED! read more

I love coming to my home town. I used to come to the 7-Eleven years ago not sure if it's the same order or not but when I walked in they greeted me very very nicely. I went inside to get my smart water and I had my Starbucks coffee in my hand, the guy says to me you paid 3 to 4 times more for that coffee you could a got it here for much cheaper, I said you're right. read more

This was the worst I have ever been treated by a cashier. Friday morning at 6:30 am, I go to pay for my oj and water and try to use the credit card key pad. I follow the instructions on the key pad as I would in any other place and I hear the cashier say "Oh, you don't want to listen to me...you can't follow instructions, can you....don't do it like that...you obviously want to stay here all morning....you can't follow instructions." I don't believe I deserved to be spoken to in a rude and condescending manner. If the instructions are different from what is on the screen, then be patient and help your customers. Fix your machine. Don't talk to a customer as if he/she is stupid. There are other places to buy oj and water!! I will never go back to this location again and these guys DO NOT deserve my business!!! read more
