I am not a regular shopper of Ralph's grocery store as I do not have one near my home. I happened to stop at this location as I was craving a sesame seed bagel. Upon entering the store, I was in awe. This store was very well organized and offered so many items I am not used to seeing at my local grocery stores. The store is a good size, was very clean and shiny and was fully stocked with any food item you can imagine. I love that the fact by joining their rewards program, I received great discounted on a several items I purchased in addition to my great tasting and fresh sesame seed bagel. I contacted store employees in the deli, bakery and checkout areas of the store and each employee was friendly, helpful and professional. I drive to the valley once per week for knee therapy and from now on, this will become a regular stop of mine.

The never answer the phone & when they do, you're placed on hold only to be hung up on. Hence why I try to avoid trips to Ralph's as often as possible.

Popped in for a few items after a nearby doctor appointment and really love this location! There is ample parking, and the whole store is very tidy and well laid out with some beautiful displays. The produce looks fantastic and fresh. Nice little Starbucks tucked away inside as well. some fun, novelty items throughout the store and very beautiful flower bouquets! The sushi was nice and fresh and they made it for me there right on the spot. Even gave me extra ginger and wasabi upon request. Very nice helpful employees! A lot of deals as well as many items on sale.

It's a local must and location favorite. The parking lot is probably the most challenging with limited parking for Ralphs and shared large plaza neighboring business. They have additional parking to the back end as well as parking underground/below. Ralphs - Studio City is often busy day or night and you can usually find everything you'd looking for and more. The isles a clean and the service serene. They carry a solid selection of craft beer/brew, wine and some great vegan, vegetarian and gluten free finds. You can do self checkout or take up a line. They have many clerks on duty, more so doing the day. If local or on foot via metro it's near numerous stops for a few local public routes as well as Universal City/Studio City Station. Shop at one of the best (locations), eat fresh (their produce can be the best)!

The absolute worst service. Not a single cashier at checkout. I purchased 132 items and was told to do it myself at self checkout. I am disabled and needed assistance was told "too bad". Most self checkout stations don't even let you through if you have more than 25 items. Save yourself some money and go to ALDI, you bag items there yourself but the customer service and prices are much better. Also spent almost 15 minutes asking various employees for the bathroom code and all of the men told me they didn't have the women's code and walked away from me. Not one employee offered to get the womens code for me. I spent almost $300 here to be treated like sh*t.

Interesting store! We parked on the upper level, and took the Rock'n'roll elevator to the lower floor to enter Ralph's. We were here to buy gift cards, but first we used the restrooms. A nice employee in the produce section helped us find them. They were not in the best condition, but they were usable in an emergency. We were going to get Ralph's gift cards for family, but we couldn't find them. We found gift cards for everything else you could think of. We did find some fun cards to slip gift cards into. We checked out quickly, and our cashier was cordial and efficient. We took the elevator up to our car, and got out of the parking lot quickly for our next destination.

Then you have the orchids right by the door. To the right is where the produce starts. It's not a big store so the register area is alway pretty tight if everyone is ready to check out at the same time. And it's right when you walk in. Isles is somewhat tight as well. If you can't find parking out back, street parking maybe your best bet. Staff are always so friendly as they tend to be at all the locations. Not my local location but whenever I'm in the area. It has a great selection, it's clean, and the employees have always been friendly. I also appreciate that this store values inclusivity and gives meaningful employment opportunities to people who might not always be given the chance elsewhere. The only thing that has been a bit of a hassle has been renting their rug cleaners. The wait is often long (been stuck waiting for assistance for more than 30 mins on multiple occasions). I was also given a faulty rug cleaner that I had to come back and have replaced, which was kind of annoying to have to lug it back to the store and then once again wait to get a properly working one. But, all that aside, this continues to be my favorite store.

I ordered the meatloaf and explained to my waitress that I had a mushroom allergy, and to please make sure that they took the mushrooms off. They brought my food out and after a 2 bites, I noticed that they were mushrooms. My husband immediately got somebody, and they hurried up and remade it. Again, I get maybe halfway through my meal and tasted something, spit it out and again it was mushrooms. I looked through my meal again, and found two small mushrooms. At this point, I just refuse to eat it anymore, notified our waitress. When I returned back to my hotel room, I had to take Benadryl as I started breaking out in hives.. the only thing that the establishment did was Credit my dish and give me a dessert which I was no longer hungry at that point! I had already started to feel sick! I took one bite! I can kind of understand the mistake the first time, but if someone has an allergy, they should definitely make sure that they don't even screwed up the first time. The fact that they screwed it up a second time is completely unacceptable, especially since it was my birthday and it ruined everything. The whole meal should've been comped not just my meal and a free dessert! The fact that I had to come back and take Medicine and deal with hives on my birthday is just completely upsetting! No, I would not come back and no, I would not want to give them another chance, especially with having an allergy! I would, however, like to be refunded what I paid into this evening! We've ate at the Orlando one and I can't tell you what a huge difference in customer service it was! I would not recommend this establishment, especially if you have an allergy.

Recently, Rite Aid transferred my prescriptions to this Ralphs and I am just SHOCKED at how downhill this place has gone. It's dirty. In the cramped and small parking lot, you'll see garbage, debris and almost always, a police action. The store, which was never particularly roomy, has been made even worse by the installation of anti-theft panels and cabinets to lock up any item of even minuscule value. The aisles are now even more narrow and cramped. I have no idea how one finds a basket or cart... you just wander around hoping for a castaway. Not that I needed either... I wouldn't buy anything from the "fresh" section or deli here on a dare. I saw turkey that was so un-fresh it had turned a scary shade of taupe. The produce area is impossible to navigate and this morning, there were several large spills that were being studiously ignored by the staff. And the pharmacy - what a mess. It's in a dark, dank corner but still right in an aisle, so there is no where to line up. And there WILL be a line, because the hours aren't very convenient. This Rock and Roll Ralphs was always a little "gritty". But it's gone too far. Probably best to gut the entire store and either start over or just tear it down.

I ordered Sushi spicy tuna rolls and Sunflowers from Bristol Farms through Uber for delivery. When…read morethe order arrived, neither the sushi or the Sunflowers were fresh. The sushi was visibly gray. Extremely concerning considering it's raw fish and the sunflowers were already halfway dead. The sushi had an expiration date for tomorrow but it obviously didn't look safe to eat. Since the store is 6 minutes from my house, I decided to drive there myself to exchange the items. I brought the products and the receipt that was included in the bag. I wasn't asking for a refund at the time. I simply wanted to exchange the flowers for fresh ones (that I saw on display as I was walking into the store) and grab something else for lunch since I obviously wasn't going to eat spoiled raw fish. When I arrived I explained the situation, the associate, Rhonda, told me they could not exchange the items because the order had been placed through Uber. She said Uber receives the money, not the store. That explanation was confusing considering I had the physical receipt from Bristol Farms and the spoiled items in my hand. I explained that I wasn't trying to get a refund and was only asking for an exchange, but I was still refused. I was told that even with the receipt it didn't matter because I could potentially request a credit from Uber and also receive an exchange from the store. Honestly, I found that pretty insulting and an attack on my character. I had already taken time to drive there to resolve the issue directly. The whole point of ordering delivery was for convenience, yet I took steps to go into the store and fix the issue directly. Just to be told there was nothing they could do. While the shopper should have noticed that the sushi looked questionable and the flowers were dying, the bigger issue is that Bristol Farms was selling items in that condition in the first place. A store that markets itself as high-quality and fresh should not selling visibly spoiled sushi or dying flowers. Even more disappointing was the lack of basic customer service when I showed up with the items and a receipt trying to resolve the issue. Instead of helping a customer who clearly received poor quality products. I was told to contact Uber when in reality Uber is just the middle person. Bristol Farms should be held responsible for their spoiled items. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience and not at all what I expected from a store that claims to prioritize freshness and quality. (This was my first Bristol Farms experience, but in my quick Google search this is how Bristol Farms was described). If companies are going to partner with delivery platforms to sell their products, there should also be a clear way for customers to resolve issues directly with the merchant. Because the store refused to exchange the items in person, I was forced to go through Uber instead. When I contacted Uber, there wasn't even a human being I could speak with. I had to go back and forth through automated AI chats just to get a partial refund for the sushi. Now I'm stuck going in circles again trying to explain that the flowers were half dead and also need to be refunded, since the store refused to exchange them directly. The entire process has been frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. This is exactly the kind of situation where companies partnering together should have a simple solution for the customer, but instead it turned into a time-consuming mess. In the end, everyone loses. Uber becomes unreliable and unpredictable, which makes me far less likely to order groceries or goods through them again. I was also a first-time customer of Bristol Farms, and after this experience I won't be purchasing from them again either. And as the customer, I'm the one who ends up losing not only time but money because I'm obviously not going to gift someone half-dead flowers. Not to mention the prices on Uber are marked higher. I paid a delivery fee and I also tipped appropriately so it's just terrible all around.
