More like a diner. Very cute spot with a large menu that works for any meal at any time of day. Honestly, the options may feel intimidating, but it's such a great place to spend for some quality time with good food. I've been here a few times now and the place continues to surprise me. You need to street park, but it's close enough to a residential area that you may easily find parking one block down. Once you walk in, you'll already see some of their specialties and pastries. I mean, they SHOW amazing dessert before you order anything. What a way to make you hungry before you order. You order and pay before you take a seat. Once you're looking for a seat, you'll realize this place is surprisingly massive. There's an outdoor area at the front, a lot of seats indoors and another long strip of outdoor seating arrangements. You sit and they'll bring the food to you. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, healthy, hearty, sweet, bitter, you want it, they got it. Maybe it's because of the depth of their menu, but the food may take a while to get out. Every item I've had here so far is good and I've always finished my plate.
So so good!! The smoked salmon on a hash brown is genius! Loved the side of fresh fruit... it truly was fresh. A lot of restaurants say fresh fruit but it isn't at all. There was no line when we went, and the food came out within 10 or so minutes of ordering. Love going to this place!
I stopped by Aroma Coffee on a road trip and was very impressed. It was such a cute location with amazing food, treats and drinks. They have a beautiful outdoor and back patio. Plus, the inside has great seating and the overall vibe feels historical, maybe old Victorian or something. All the employees were really sweet and helpful too. Can't wait to come back again soon!
Really enjoyed this neighborhood cafe. The space stretches surprisingly far back with both indoor and outdoor seating. Don't be deterred by the line. The staff are quick and friendly, and the line moves quickly. Everything was fresh, and there was an ample selection of food for all tastes. I'm just disappointed that I didn't get to try more of their options. Trying to cut back on all of the eating. Very much looking forward to going back. As much as I loved the first half of my Aroma Breakfast Burrito, the other half was even better cold the next day. How does that even work?
So I met my cousin for our Cousin Book Club and we rotate locations on where we are going to meet. This was into number 2 and we decided that I would make my way to NoHo. I told her I wanted to try a cute little place and what does she recommend. She gave me choices and we settled on Aroma Coffee & Tea. She did give me fair warning that there was going to be a line on a Saturday and there for sure was. I will have to say that the line was worth it! I got the burger with bacon and that this was ginormous! The fries were perfect! My cousin got the chiliquiles which also looked so good! And the dessert case was AMAZING! A lot of gluten free and vegan options. I'm always hesitant about those options but the vegan biscoff cinnamon roll looked delightful that I had to give it a try. I got it to go to share with my husband. Let me just say that this one cinnamon roll could single handedly convert me to a vegan! It was everything and so much more! It was to die for! I still dream about it. I cannot wait to go back and try other food which I can pretty much guarantee it will be everything and so much more!

Our third guest enjoyed a very big cappuccino and a bacon avocado and cheese sandwich as well. Speedy service and sweet attitudes from everyone. Recommended.
THE aroma coffee shop I kept hearing about in my circle. The buzz is well understood now. I had a lavender ice latte, smooooooooth as smooth can get. I was hooked after the first try. We got some pastries as well. The gentleman in the front counter recommended some things, the house made chocolate chip bread muffin was one of them, served warm. The goodies were brought to our table by this charismatic young g guy that was all around fantastic. The chocolate chip bread pudding wasn't warm and we just indulged cause my friend cut it in pieces for us to all share the pastries. The wonderful gentleman who told us about it noticed we didn't get a warm one and without us saying anything, looked for us and brought the warm one for us to experience this delight in its full glory. Totally different and we let him know how amazing that was!!!!! Our friend goes there quite often since he leaves 10 minutes away. My other friend and I are newbies, and s fan now. Quality and excellent customer service are things I appreciate from s business as it shows care and enhances the moment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In a charming part of the street, with nice stores and cafes, this restaurant is pure charm, dog friendly in patio dining, cool decorating. I went to see a play in the same sidewalk, after my husband and I went to chat with our friend there. The chai latte was delicious followed by my husband, and my turmeric, ginger tea was refreshing and not strong. Next time we will go for brunch. The service is efficient and nice. Reasonable prices for the area.
Aroma service and quality is much elevated since my last visit. I'm very happy with my breakfast quesadilla with grilled chicken. Everything tasted fresh and it was a huge portion cooked perfectly with a crisp flour tortilla and tender chicken pieces. Guac, salsa and sour cream on the side were perfect as well as the fresh fruit. Eating outside on the deck is lovely.

After debating, nay agonizing, back and forth while waiting in line, I landed on the Huevos Rancheros. The golden crispy tortilla shells add a nice crunch and they're generous with avocado portions. As for the Matcha Latte, it's perfectly frothy. Next up: The Country Breakfast. The pancakes were fluffy & buttery. The cute strawberry banana garnish was like a cherry on top of an ice cream sundae. Def recommend this dish just for the pancakes. One insider tip: Just remember to pack your patience if there's a line. Aroma always draws a crowd just about any time of day (or night). So come when you're feeling a little lazy or wanting to savor the moment with every bite.

Absolutely love coming here but to have the crunchy chicken wrap was beyond a dream come true cause it's spicy but it's mildly spicy and naturally I had to order the ranch dressing but this is a delicious treat while we're waiting for it so I'll be this place is popular in the ambulance is incredible but when I come back? I'll be doing it for the desserts lol

We had such a great first visit! There was a short wait, but the staff was incredibly friendly and patient with our questions since it was our first time. You could really tell they wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The restaurant has tons of indoor and outdoor seating, and I loved that each area has a different vibe. There's also a convenient to-go window if you're looking to grab something for takeout. We opted for the country breakfast and the chilaquiles which were both a 10/10! Will absolutely be returning and already looking forward to trying more from their menu! read more

Came here for brunch on a Sunday, and I'm surprised I haven't tried this spot earlier! The restaurant itself is huge, there is so much more seating than it looks like there would be from the outside, with a beautiful patio in the front and the back of the restaurant. They have a breakfast and a lunch menu, both with tons of different options. Our server was amazing-- he was very quick, helpful, and attentive and overall his positive energy made our experience very enjoyable. Shout out to him! We got the Breakfast Quesadilla and Steak Eggs Benedict with a side of hashbrowns and garlic fries. Honestly, we were disappointed with the steak benedict and the quesadilla, but the hashbrowns and garlic fries were great. Aroma has never let me down! I have ordered here sooo many times to dine-in and do pick-up for casual eating, special occasions, and more. Rain, shine, and through busy times they consistently deliver with the best foods and sweet treats. Every time it is delicious. I love their burgers, sandwiches, and chicken wraps. I always get the curly fries on the side. With curly fries of course! Delicious. The outside patio is very cute. I love coming here with my family and it's our go-to spot. I bring my Pomeranian puppy to dine with us too. I end up meeting and becoming friends with other customers while we are waiting in line funnily! Good vibes! read more
I've been to Aroma many times during the day, but nighttime might actually be my fave! Had a cute coffee & tea date here. The Christmas decor was so cute and they had the fireplace going was such a lovely date night. Would love to come back and try actual lunch/dinner food. I've only had breakfast and that was okay. Not a great work spot due to the WiFi situation, but an excellent spot to come read a book or meet with a friend(s) & loved ones. I accidentally left my purse on the back of my chair and called first thing in the morning and they had it in lost and found for me. Shoutout to the people who work there read more

Great food and vibes, but be ready to wait! I really loved this cafe! The interior is beautiful, the service is super fast, and the menu is incredibly diverse. A huge plus is that you can order breakfast even after 12 PM! The coffee was also absolutely delicious. The only downside is that you have to stand in line just to get inside, which is a bit annoying. But honestly, the experience was worth it)) read more
One of my favorite cafes in LA/The Valley for relaxing or doing a bit of work with some coffee and yummy, fresh food! You place your order at the counter, where there's usually a line, but it's kept moving at a decent pace. The service here is always super cheerful and friendly! After placing your order, you find a table somewhere and they'll bring it out to you. My go-to's here when it comes to food are usually salmon dishes such as the Grilled Salmon Salad or Grilled Salmon Sandwich - both are delightfully fresh and have a generous mix of toppings and ingredients. I especially love the delicious sauce they put in the Grilled Salmon Sandwich!! My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it - YUM!! For seating, there's plenty of tables both in front, inside, and in courtyard like spaces on the sides and in the back. Wherever you sit, it's always a very lovely and relaxing vibe. Writing this review live on Saturday 11/1/25 (even though I already wrote one a few months ago) but with 5 stars this time because of the super outstanding service I received (between 230pm and 330pm). I ordered my usual (Country Breakfast and hot lavender latte in a to-go cup) and sat down to do a bit of work while waiting for the food and drink (they don't have wifi by the way, I used my hot spot). Food came first and the gentleman (I didn't get his name, not too tall, rather slim figure) asked if I was waiting for anything else so I mentioned the latte. He then brought it to me in a mug (probably an oversight from the staff making the drinks) so I asked him if I could get it in a to-go cup. Totally not a problem, he went back to the kitchen and brought the latte in a cup. He stopped by after a few minutes and placed a fly fan on my table to keep the flies away (I think he saw I was using my hand every now and then to make them go away lol) and towards the end of my meal, he noticed I hadn't touched my pancakes. He asked if I wanted a to-go box. He did all this with a smile, gentle voice and such a warm demeanor, I didn't even have to lift a finger, he was on top of everything. This kind of service totally made my Saturday so thank you! :D read more

Parking: Easy free parking in the surrounding neighborhoods. Experience: My friend and I got there around 12:30 on a Saturday and there was a line, as expected. It took about 20mins. The menu is pretty extensive and the pastry case looked so good! There were a bunch of desserts that were labeled as gluten free and/or vegan, which was nice. I ordered a pistachio chai (way too syrupy), a breakfast burrito, and split a whoopie pie with my friend. The food came out pretty fast! I liked how the burrito came with fresh fruit and the whoopie pie (vegan & gluten free) was delicious! read more

Had a lovely experience here when I was in the area and in dire need of some caffeine! When I arrived, there was a line but it moved quickly. The service was friendly and helpful. I opted for a lavender vanilla latte with oat milk. The bakery case looked enticing with some delicious looking vegan treats that I must come back to try! I wasn't in a pastry mood or else I would have gotten one! The seating both inside and outside was almost full, but I somehow managed to grab a table inside. The seats were very comfy but my table unfortunately wasn't very clean. Since I was just there for coffee, I didn't mind, but had I ordered food, it would have been an issue for me. The cafe was cute and cozy and had some old fashioned decor. It kind of felt like being at my grandma's house and made me feel a bit nostalgic! The drink itself was amazing. The lavender was so calming and relaxing and worked perfectly with the vanilla. The espresso was smooth and well balanced. I felt both mellow and invigorated after drinking it. Parking was easy in the neighborhood with meters as well as free two hour parking a block away. read more
Coffee, service, and environment are all 5 out of 5! The latte I had was delicious, the matcha looked good too, and as is always the case I wish I could try all the menu drinks. Lots of cool signature items to choose from. The eggs Benedict breakfast was good but didn't blow my mind and I felt was lacking some more going on. Perhaps buttering the bread before toasting to get some flavor absorption but it overall felt too dry to me between the eggs, bacon, and bread. It still tasted solid, but there wasn't an explosion of messy flavors that I was hoping for out of it. When my friend's omelette came I was wishing I had gotten that which was loaded with stuff, plus hash browns plus toast. I felt a bit hungry still after mine and had to eat each component separate cause there wasn't really anything pulling it all together. Might as well have just been bread, bacon, and poached eggs all separate. Still enjoyed the full time spent there, had a productive business meeting over this breakfast meal, and was at least glad to get some fruit intake, but I would recommend getting something else in addition if you order this or that the spot give this item a little refresher and upgrade. Definitely recommending getting coffee here though if you're in the area! read more
I didn't know what to expect coming here, but loved the look of this place, as it looks like the changed a house to be a restaurant which was really cool. Coffee was delicious but I felt like it wasn't enough lol Food was okay, in all honesty it was too pricey for what it was. Seemed very basic for a lot of money, not worth it in my opinion. Family all loved their food though! Service was mostly great, not sure if I would go again though. read more
I had lunch across the street at Vitello's and was hankering for a matcha latte. Aroma's did not disappoint and it had to be one of the best I've enjoyed. Just the perfect amount of sweetness. You can order inside for sit down service or at the side for take out. The snickerdoodle cookie was also delicious! read more

Always so delicious with the BEST SERVICE! Everyone is kind with a great disposition. They are always busy because the food is sooooo GOOD! You have to order at the counter first, then you'll receive a number and you have to find a table. I love it! Great place to meet friends and hang out and talk. Some of my favorites are: Croissant French toast. All of the salads, especially the goat cheese and walnut Salad All of the breakfast is good. Enjoy the indoor or outdoor seating. I came here years ago and had lunch in the charming back patio. I remember the food being exceptionally good. I recently returned to meet up with a new Yelp friend - Shushanik. The restaurant is situated in a converted house, which adds to the charm. You place your order at the front entrance, they give you a number, and someone will bring your food/drink to you. The display case is filled with a variety of scrumptious desserts to tempt you while you wait your turn. Resistance is futile and no doubt you'll add one to your order. The gentleman that assisted us was an absolute doll - very kind and patient. We initially were going to sit out in the back patio, but a cute little table nestled next to a cozy fireplace caught our attention. Sitting here felt like being at home in someone's living room. It was the perfect spot to chat and enjoy some tasty food and drinks. I had a glass of sparkling rosé, some fries, and a vegan chocolate chip cookie. Shushanik ordered the Chuck Angus Burger and a slice of Red Velvet Cake. (The portions are generous.) The fries were delicious as was the cookie. The M. Bonnamy Cremant de Loire Blanc was an elegant sipper. The only downside is that no one comes to check on you to see if you need anything. *Breakfast served until 4 pm *Pet friendly patio. read more
This place never disappoints! Dine-in or take-out, everything is always fantastic. It's walk up to order, then food is delivered to your table. The line to order can be up to an hour. Crazy, but it's really that good. For take-out and pick-up, there is a separate window on the side. Most of the seating is outdoors. It's perfect in the warm months, and can be a bit chilly in the winter. Parking is a bit of a challenge. I usually am successful in the neighborhood behind the restaurant. Whether a meal, coffee, pastry or any combo thereof, this spot is enjoyable. There are a handful of tables that can accommodate larger groups as well. read more

Food is okay, a little overpriced. Really paying for the vibe, I guess. Ordered 2 salads, pancakes(short stack), 1 drink and 2 pastries that didn't have the price shown(came out to 15$if I would have known they were pricey I wouldn't have purchased. Live and learn ) . Only able to tip 15% and up (service was okay, standing for a long time to order your food up front then seat yourself,food is brought out,you can get your own water up. ) .wheelchair assessable read more

Are all the baked goods made in house or do they have a supplier for some?
How is the parking?
Street parking with meters on the Main Street and 2-hour signs on others.
Do you need to rsvp ahead of time? Is it super busy on Saturdays for brunch?
Seating is on a first come, first served basis. They only accept reservations for parties of 6+. It gets fairly busy on the weekends so I recommend coming early to beat the crowds.
Why do you guys close so early?
I can't confirm, but I expect it's 1. due to the time needed to COVID-level sanitize everywhere. 2. staff is overwhelmed with stress from people who still 13 months later…
Why aren't they at least doing carry-out now?. I understand they can't do indoor dining due to Covid, and I also understand if they don't want the hassle of outdoor dining. But why not carry-out?

It looks like the website does not have a menu. You can see pictures of the menu on Yelp. I recommend calling the restaurant to make sure the full menu is available for curbside pick up.
