This isn't my usual Starbucks that I go to but it's alway been great. The parking situation can be a little better as the lot is quite small. There's more spot in the back area and there's street parking right out front if needed. It's a little corner spot that's next to Bank of America, Panda Express and a sandwich shop. Storefront itself is pretty small. There's no seating inside which is a bummer. Seating is outside on the patio right when you walk in. It's limited but I alway find a table whenever I'm here. There's a counter top inside which does have a few seating but it's awkward as it looks straight to the cashier and food counter. Plus it's where people line up to order so you'll have people literally looking over your shoulder. I haven't seen anyone utilize it except for when waiting for their orders. Not the smartest of design. But everything is the same as all the Starbucks. Normally when I come it's alway been pretty quiet hence the service is alway good. This morning, it was still early and the mad rush was coming in. Got the order in and it's don't take long till the drinks were ready. Also it's the first time that I've seen so many staff on deck. Normally it's two maybe three the most at a time. But morning so it's their rush hour, everyone was on full force. It's not my usual location but it does come in handy when I need it. read more

I've always driven by this Starbucks location not knowing that it was here; perhaps the location across the street at Ralph's is what usually catches my attention. The parking lot here is a tad tight, and it's located on a busy street (caution rush hour) but it was nonetheless easy to find parking even during rush hour. I had their iced latte with oat milk - one of my Starbucks favorites. There isn't too much indoor seating at this location - a long high table and some outdoor patio seating. The high table is also quite difficult to use if there is a line, since it will feel more cramped and uncomfortable to work at. Of course, there's also seating in their outdoor patio, though note that focusing on work might be difficult with traffic and constant foot traffic. It's otherwise a nice casual hangout spot with good Wi-Fi. read more

I discovered my favorite drink at Starbucks! I believe Starbucks made a come back with this drink: Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato. The drink was made with espresso and milk. And I can taste with coconut syrup with espresso at the bottom layer. On top layer was the cold foam that was made from whipped Ube cream with coconut flakes that were probably toasted because that's what I tasted. I am not a fan of Ube dessert but this macchiato drink works like magic. Plus, the drink itself is pretty to look at with lavender/purple color on top and brown color espresso in the middle and white milk at the bottom like 3-layers. So nice to look at and so good to drink during summer or spring season that is coming up soon. read more

My wife and I stopped by this Starbucks location to get some drinks after we finish grabbing dinner in the same plaza. This Starbucks location is kind of small inside so it's likely meant for just pick up and to go order. They have some seating outside but when it's hot and humid like today, people would not like to sit out there. I got the Venti Mango Dragonfruit, we got my mom a grande Mango Dragonfruit and asked for light ice on both. My wife got her green tea and asked for light ice as well. The barista did not put light ice like we asked. My venti drink had almost half the cup of ice in it and the label on the cup even said light ice. It was the same on my mom drink and wife drink as well. read more

I was in the area to have my car serviced at the KIA dealership located a few miles from this Starbucks location. I'm not from the site and needed to kill a few hours until my vehicle was ready. This is an excellent location with good service. There is only outdoor seating, so space is limited if you want to work from the laptop for a few hours. The service is quick and efficient, and there is only one bathroom. This place isn't great for large groups or study groups. My usual order is a grande ice chai with almond milk and a bagel with cream cheese, and this time, I got a chocolate chip cookie as well. Free, easy parking. read more

I.went in to get my mother-in-law a vanilla sweet cream iced coffee at around 4:35 pm. There was one client in front of me and two ladies working behind the counter. It took over 10 minutes for me to order?! I think one of the ladies may have been training, but still. Then it took another 5-10 minutes for the drink. read more

There is a new trend at all Starbucks locations. The intentionally play loud vocal types of songs so you can't concentrate on working on your laptop. You also can't have a phone conversation. They want to make their money and see you leave asap. read more

Long California should look into it and maybe banned them from using so much water and they put so much foam and honestly, I don't think they tell you the truth about the calories The fat saturated fat and the extra sugar so the service is very good to make a lot of noise they're making a noise, but they stopped putting your name on the cup. For some reason, I always randomly end up at this one, and it's been a good enough experience where I added this as one of my favorite locations once I finally pinpointed it. Parking is in the lot, but there are some on the side street there where I never had an issue. Sometimes they are out of my tea, but that goes for all locations, not just this one so I cannot blame them. Otherwise, friendly employees from what I have seen, and I know what to expect. I came here for my usual ( iced vanilla latte/decaf with oat milk and sugar-free syrup) also I wanted the half off deal advertised on today's app. Customer service was not good but poor. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about she had to call the manager over. the manager came and said we had to use the app to get the half off on our drink. I ordered my usual and I never have any problems but apparently today the baristas there did not know what they were doing. They made me a blonde vanilla latte instead of the traditional vanilla latte with regular espresso. Don't you typically have to ask for the blonde? I knew something was wrong when I got it, but didn't think much of it until later when I got it started feeling sick because it's stronger. Also, I hope I got decaf because I ordered decaf, but how can I know this for sure they messed up my order to begin with plus they gave me a hot drink when I ordered an ice latte. Furthermore, The girl taking my order didn't ask me what size I wanted and assumed or said that by default drinks were hot. Seriously in this weather? Anyhow the drink made me sick and I hurled later in the day. Also the manager wasn't paying attention to the customers much less the workers she had a lot of money out right next to the counter where people were ordering , I'm assuming she was counting the money, This is very scary It's just like asking for trouble. A small, compact Starbucks on Burbank Blvd, close to Van Nuys Blvd. Ample parking in front and back. Nice outside seating area on patio in front. Some indoor seating as well. Consistently uber friendly service. A nice venue to sit outside on a nice day/evening or inside when work needs to be done. Convenient location for many businesses or when passing by. More basic than some Starbucks but they have everything you need. Will keep returning to this one. read more

Probably the most inefficient starbucks I've been too. I always order a simple nitro cold brew with nothing added. Easy pour and done. I'll have 3 people in front of me with extraordinary orders with whip cream and shiz. I'm they always make me wait 15mins to do it in order causing the tiny store to get flooded with people. An easy fix is having the cashier quickly take care of easy orders to limit the amount of people. But I guess working harder is better than smarter at this Starbucks. I didn't want to wait 15 mins on the abundance of pumpkin frappe orders in front of me so I took things in my own hands and nicely asked the cashier if it was possible if he could just make my quick black coffee order and he refused. So here I am writing this review while waiting on the millions of special orders that's ahead of me. Also the small store is crowded af. Nothing new. Come on starbucks. It saddens me that this Starbucks location is my home Starbucks ... Hannah is very unprofessional. She commented on how my eye lashes were not on correctly and not only that my order was wrong leaving me waiting 10 mins extra (I ordered a wrap) . also I came back for my daily coffee today and I needed more sweetener she than asked me how many I said 2 pumps and she turns to her co worker and asks did you sweeten this and he said yes so she than looks at me and said he sweetened it. Thursday morning at 6:45 AM, full parking lot, most tables full, and line out the door . . . yet they only have two employees, a cashier and a barista. I can't imagine ANY Starbucks doesn't get busy in the morning rush hour when everyone is off to work, but management needs to pay attention to their sales and busy times!
