I think BR's ice cream is a solid "B" grade, but I went into this location to order a birthday cake for my son, and the service from George was an "A+!" I placed an order on the app and it stated it would be ready by 3:20 p.m. I arrived at 3:29 p.m. and no one had even started my order. Ordering through the app is supposed to be more convenient, but there is really no point if my order will not get started until I arrive. The workers did not have good customer service either, which does not make my experience any better. read more

I've come to expect some shrink-flation with portion sizes but this is unacceptable. I ordered a double scoop Sundae. When it arrived I thought they had mixed my order up because it was so small - it looked like a single scoop, and an offensively small single scoop at that. If I had ordered a single scoop, I'd still feel ripped off. It's not apparent in the photo but this is a really small cup size - not what they're picturing on postmates. read more

Mostly good on this visit - My first choice of the brownie sundae was shot down as they were out of brownies - 2nd choice was their 3 scoop sundae . After it was prepped , it was put in the freezer while my friend placed his order - nice touch ! read more

Loved this place! I miss the simplicity of ordering regular ice cream. There's so many new ice cream places with weird flavors, nowadays. My kids eyes just lit up, when we walked in. The place was colorful and the service was great. Highly recommend this place! There is a drive-thru, too. read more

I really hate to be that guy, so let me state right off as a Yelp Elite - I have no idea if this branch is good or not. Why? Because I've recently ordered twice via DoorDash only to have THIS branch instantly cancel the order without any explanation. Let me tell you, that is NOT a way to run a franchise. DoorDash should remove this location until they stop doing that. I've always loved Baskin-Robbins since growing up in the 1950s (we had one just a few blocks from my house), and I'm sure I'd enjoy it once more if only they didn't cancel the orders. read more

I walked in and it was immediately asked to leave because I had my service animal. The person did not even ask if she was a service animal. Nor did he care. My dog stays in a bag attached to my person at all times. She was not on the floor or anywhere near a counter or items being served. ADA violation to the fullest and will be reporting the violation As such. A little finesse goes a long way. read more

Another fantastic experience at this lovely shop! Again needed something special and even though they were pretty much at closing time, AUSTIN the manager allowed me to place the order over the phone to pay in person so that I could still fulfill the order!! Everyone that works at the shop is always just so friendly, helpful, and kind... Not something you see in younger folk these days a lot... And certainly unusual for a shop that gets overloaded with demand during the hot summer months! Five stars to the owner and the entire crew! read more

3-21-24 @4:20pm I usually do not rate, but I am putting 5star because the ice cream and place my family loves it! But today I brought my kids for a good ice cream day. Unfortunately, the employee who serviced us might've been having not a good day. Just felt that customer service should've been more better. She did not say hi, and was very serious, a little rude. When my husband was ringed up she did not say thank you and gave him his receipt with an attitude. Overall, just want to say the ambience should been better, is something that it could be fixed. So I came here with my married friends Abraham and Eduardo they wanted ice cream. The people here were very nice and offered us to sample the new flavors I got a Brownie Sunday and was very good. My friends got a banana split to share between them and they enjoyed the extra toppings they got for free. Based on this visit we will come back again read more

I came to this location to buy a Mother's Day cake. The prices were fair and the cakes were absolutely stunning! The employee was helpful and I was able to choose my mom's favorite color for the letters which he wrote on a cookie for me. The parking lot can be crowded but otherwise it was okay. I wish there would have been a bit more ice cream than cake but overall it was good. read more

Great customer service and even better health and safety practices. Baskin has a ton of great ice cream varieties and a fair amount of non-dairy options as well. The wait time is super quick even on a busy weekend or warmer time of year though let's be honest a lot of us enjoy ice cream when it's winter as well. I live within walking distance of here, but the parking lot is never completely full and an easy in as well as out. There is street parking available as well which can make coming and going even smoother depending on which direction you're traveling. read more

I ordered a custom printed cake for my friend birthday here and I was really happy with how it came out. The wait wasn't that long and there was a lot of parking (probably due to covid) The cake was already sitting in the freezer when the worker went to go get it for me and showed me it before putting it in a box. It came out very good but it the price for it is kind of pricey. read more

Very cool and tasty ice cream, but as for me the price is little bit to high. For 2 ice cream we give like around 12$ it's too much. And inside on the tables was little bit dearty, we asked to clean the table to sit there. But the ice cream always great!!!! read more

I took a little long to post this review due to personal reasons. But I did not want to miss the opportunity to give this location a review that they deserve. This Baskin Robbins location is my favorite one. I would never go to any other location, That isn't this one. I wanna start off by thanking the full staff here they are the best superfriendly nice, and they offer the best customer service. Second, I want to thank them for such a great cake that they made for my son. Starting from the staff that took care of my cake order when I first walked in, I wish I had gotten her name. Also, thank you, Tariq, for the great customer service. A special thanks to the cake decorator Deborah for the amazing job she did on my cake. It was more than I expected. She went above and beyond, and we absolutely loved it!!! My son was extremely happy with his cake. If u guys are looking for a cake, this is the place to go to. I was going to write a bad review due to the fact that I had a bad experience with two of the employees regarding customer service. I spoke with Tariq who is the manager at this location and I was very pleased with the phone call. There was miscommunication and understanding. My husband and I are very happy with the way this was handled. Ranting about bad reviews over businesses does not fix things, it's communication and customer feedback. Employees were wearing masks and there was covid boundaries. read more

aaahhhh! we all scream for ice cream! Lol baskin robbins is a place made for someone like myself...i LOVE ice cream. we came here to end the day with some creamy yumminess. there are so many flavors to pick from...aaaahh, which one, which one?! like a kid lost in a toy store, trying to choose one "favorite" is the hardest, so ofcourse, sampling starts. i'd tried the egg nog flavor and it tasted like rich vanilla and i also tried the blackberry one...meh, it was ok. despite my attempt to venture out, i ended up getting my usual, jamoca(coffee) and chocolate. it was rich and creamy. it would've been nice if we all had sat together outside, but no seating area except only few inside, therefore minus one star. sorry baskin robbins. read more

I love their ice cream. They have so many amazing flavors like the cherries jubilee, wild & reckless sherbet, cookie dough, cookies & cream and so many others. Came to this location yesterday for their $1.50 scoop day on the 31st of the month. The line was about 20 deep when I came, but the employees were still friendly as ever. The wait was not bad as well. I tried their flavor Oregon blackberry for the first time and it was so good. I would definitely come back to this location. read more

this place was filthy! i mean damn it was dirty. The ice cream was whatevers. I had the red velvet and it tasted like mild red bean. not very sweet which was a plus. Considering the lack of options in this area for ice cream/desserts (and i do not want to drive down to ventura bl), it was br or mcdonalds $1.00 cone. Needless to say McD's 100 penny cone tastes much more artificially lab-based food flavor than BR's articially lab based, machine made "hand" crafted ice cream. read more

GHETTO! Let's start off with location. If I wanted to be in Little Mexico I'd drive to San Diego. This place is so ghetto. The location is not exactly desirable. Now onto the ice cream. We ordered two separate flavors and both were melted. I know it was a hot day but your ice cream should be by definition COLD at least. I'll go to any other spot but this one. read more

Just spent 15 minutes standing in here & finally just had to leave because all 3 employees were in distress and I couldn't rationalize waiting that long for some ice cream lol. A blonde manager of sorts.... telling everyone who's trying to be helped she's off the clock when there's like 10 people in the store lol. I've been coming to this Baskin Robins since I was a child. It's a great location the parking lot is big & spacious. The employees are always nice. There's a lot of ice cream flavors to choose from and their chocolate sundaes are the best. Their milk shakes are pretty yummy too! read more

GCM can be a pain, and my friend sent me a story about that store, so I'm glad I ended up in studio city. I wrote her name but can't find it. I think it was Mirka. So sweet and helpful. She was patient while I tried some of the flavors I had curiosity around but had never seen in the stores. At the time the double strawberry sees collab flavor was new, tried it and liked it. The pbj needed strawberry jelly instead. There was other flavors I hadn't heard of. It was nice to be at the helm of the flavors lol. I did a sampler flight and got the strawberry sees one to go home. I will say, it's $13 in store, and a while back WF had a kick ass sale and I paid $4! But they didn't have all the flavors! So I suppose it's worth it lol. I came again w a friend. I wanted to do the corn and berries and try the berry crumble. I was so intrigued by corn and berries, but let me tell you, it's chillin w its cousins in my freezer! I should've taken a pic of my freezer at the height of the sale! I think I have 8 pints in my freezer. Don't judge me. Some of my faves: summer corn & blackberries, brown sugar w milk Bordeaux, banana cream w toffee ettes, sea salt cream & cookies and golden state vanilla. I love churros & sprinkle cake - only available here. Haven't brought them home yet but they were part of my flight. I find it interesting, of all the flavors they find strawberry oversaturated, so you can only buy it here or online. I'm not big on chocolate but even w the ss cream & cookies, they're house made cookies and SO good! Despite the name, I didn't realize chocolate w polar bear paws was a chocolate based ice cream, again lol don't judge me. Most chocolate ice creams I've had in the past are hard to get through. Let's just say that pint lasted 2 days once opened. I probably would buy it on a rare occasion but I was surprised with how smooth it is. I brought my friend with me the second time, she got the Bordeaux one after tasting. I tried to tell her it was available at WF, but that's not her usually store so she paid it. Kind of like a horchata with caramelized banana. My wife loved the berry crumble with matcha, especially the little crumble chunks. Honestly, though, half the reason we come to this location is the big bench outside. You can sit there, eat your ice cream, and watch people and dogs stroll by. This stretch of the street has had a major glow-up and is always bustling now. Perfect late-afternoon activity.

There's no reason a human being has to eat 3 massive scoops of ice cream, in one sitting. I don't care how old you are or what your metabolism is. Unless you're an Olympic athlete, eating 3 scoops of ice cream is not good for anyone, as delicious as it is (and it was delicious). WOW! I am in love with baskin robbins. Not only is this place walking distance from home, their ice-cream is perfect. They have any flavor i desire. Although i order the same thing almost every time, they have a wide variety of delicious ice-cream. So I went here before and Elizabeth and Vaughan serviced me before in January for my dads bday cake, but today was a disappointment. This one girl with dark brown hair serviced my sister and me today. But she was on one, she was giving us attitude for now reason. I love coming to this place on a hot day, their ice cream is delicous. I would reccomend rocky road, they have amazing ice cream cakes too. They have different varities of ice cream to choose from. You could also pick between a cone (different types) and a bowl. read more
