Yet another great experience at the Starbucks on Saticoy and Louise! Such a pleasant and friendly ordering experience with Aimee in the drive-thru and great drinks made by Brandon and V. I highly recommend the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew and the Grilled Cheese. They also have a lovely patio area that's very cozy and surrounded by some nice greenery. While I do tend to like local cafes more because of the more intimate and personable feel, this location definitely has that coffeehouse vibe and is probably my favorite Starbucks in the Valley. read more

The service here continues to trend downward. One car ahead of me and no one behind. I placed my order of the brown sugar oak and a tomato mozzarella panini. I also asked for an ice water and to purchase GC's. I was told by the gentleman who took my order ( not sure if it's the same guy as the one in the window) that I can purchase the gcs at the window. He also didn't seem to understand what food I was ordering when I said tomato mozzarella. When I pulled up, Jesus started me off with the GC purchase. He gave me the option of selecting which card I would like to select and proceeded to charge me in two separate transactions. Everything seemed fine up to now. I noticed that the ice water was in a grande cup, and honestly I can't recall if I asked for it to be venti or not but it wasn't a problem... i proceeded to ask and maybe my wording ticked off this ticking time bomb even more ... I said... " if you guys are going to give me a grande ice water can I get two" immediately Jesus took a unprovoked, unprofessional and defense stance. He quickly with attitude responded " then next time make sure you ask for a venti"... shocked I said "excuse me... and asked "I'm sorry was I rude to you" to which he replied something like " next time ask for a venti so you don't accuse us getting your order wrong"... or something down that line. I'm totally downplaying the attitude that this guy was giving me at 6:30 in the morning. Completely shocked that again, this guy had the nerve to speak to his customers like this when I was not rude, belligerent, talking down or anything. I'm not sure what set this guy off with me... even the person I was on the phone with said that this was uncalled for. I asked to speak to his manager Mike who was apologetic and said he could hear the whole interaction and motioned to the headset. He continued to apologize when I returned for the GC envelopes that I had asked Jesus and was not provided. He continued to apologize when I contacted the store and asked for the district managers information. I left two voicemails for their district manager. I understand we have a holiday break coming up. However, I want to hear back. My experience this morning should not have happened. Is this the norm for how we treat our customers? Has he done this before and no one complained??? Well not with me. I frequent Starbucks maybe 3-5 times a week. At $12-20 each visit sometimes more or less. I don't think a bad attitude is the way to retain your customers.... read more

I stopped by here for my hot chocolate and bagel this morning before dropping my car off to the dealership. I used the drive thru since I think this Starbuck is outdoor mostly. The drive thru lane wasn't that busy but we got stuck because the exit is right next to the dumpster and it was being emptied. My hot chocolate and bagel was ready by the time I pulled up to the window. Since I have some balance under my account, I just let them scan my barcode and I was on my way. I walked up to the walk up window and they were serving the cars driving up at the opposite window. I stood there and one of the girls gave me the throat cutting sign. They didn't close until 10 but refused to serve me. They said that the register on my side was closed. I said well use the drive up side and they said no. So much for customer service. Rude workers at this location. I ordered a caramel mach and drive thru person heard me wrong or idk what the issue was got to the window and she was handing me a cramel frappe I told her that wasn't what I ordered and she gave me attitude and was saying it's not hard to look at the screen or listen. People make mistakes it's not the end of the world. If I didn't see the screen. She was acting like she was going to pay for the wrong drink made from her pay check. I know what I said and it not my fault she understood wrong. Gave me a hard time instead of trying to be accommodating. Super rude even after I apologized for the miscommunication but didn't seem she cared and just gave attitude back. Horrible experience. People need to be polite! If your having a bad day or are burnt out from work say something. MENTAL HEALTH DAYS COUNT AS SICK DAYS !!! For people who are not aware. StarBucks Issue I have a huge issue with this Starbucks location. Many times, they messed my order. For example, numerous of instances they gave me someone else's drink. Moreover, when I asked for dark caramel instead of the regular, I would get charged $0.40 extra. Although I've had a plethora of issues with this Starbucks, I continued to go back. However, today, I have had enough. I can't believe that the Starbucks employee wanted to charge me for extra water in my iced tea. I'm not sure why Starbucks is robbing people charging almost $6 for coffee and now charging extra for water when they didn't even fill the cup up the way they were supposed to in the first place. That is not only disappointing but also very unprofessional and extremely unethical for a business of this caliber to do the above. I have had the worse customer service multiple times. Employees don't have any respect for customers or their orders. Starbucks needs to realize that the reason they are where they are is only because of the customers that believe in this company. Starbucks should be grateful that they still have customers who look past all of the racist and rude employees that also steal customers' credit card information. Not only have I been a long time customer, but I have overlooked many previous issues. No customer or any individual should be charged for water (when they have paid for the drink), nor should be treated any less then. My recommendation is to train your employees and future employees on respect, conflict resolution, and just plain human decency. Thank you in advanced, and I hope the above issues are resolved. I prefer to order from the window but the drive thru is nice for the rainy days! They also have a lot of outdoor seating with umbrellas. This Starbucks is very convenient because it has a drive-through. The staff is very friendly and they never make a fuss if I ask to ring my items up separately.
