Yogurtland...why no sample cups??? There are so many flavors to choose from and I always used to love trying them. You definitely don't want to get a giant cup of yogurt of a flavor you don't like. Bring them back please! Also, the serve yourself topping station is a little dicey. I preferred it when the employees did the toppings because it's just a lot of people touching the same things and cross contamination etc. etc. The yogurt is still as good as I remember though! The coconut, chocolate and strawberry are my favorites. Lots of toppings to choose from, from fruit to cookies and even mochi. It travels well if you take it to go! It's been a while since I was last here. Nothings change, it's the still the same concept as always and the same as other places. I think there was a new flavor. Not sure if they have a flavor of the month or if they add new ones and remove some. You grab your cup, pull the nozzle to whatever flavors you would like. There's a lot to choose from. Mix and match and enjoy. Then head to the register area where the sides and add ons are. There's fresh fruit, mochi, candies, cookie dough and so on. A good 20-25 different toppings. Serve yourself with them. Then it gets weighed. I believe it's by the ounce. Flavors are always good. I tend to keep to the regulars which is always a go too. Simple topping with fruits, nothing sweet. For the two we got, it was just under 20.00. Plenty of parking as it's in the encino town center strip mall. read more

I was the only customer in the store. There were two young guys working there. Both of them were working nonstop, even though, there weren't any customers. He was very pleasant to talk to and was very friendly. I was greeted by the time I made it to the register. He asked me, if I needed anything else with a smile. Didn't make me feel rushed or unwelcome. As for the yogurt, I got the seasonal flavor which was St. Patrick's day flavor. They were all yummy. I really liked all the flavors. If you like mint, I recommend trying the mint flavors. There is plenty of seating area to sit and enjoy the yogurt. I will go back for sure because of the good customer service. read more

I honestly don't even know where to start with this Yogurtland... easily one of the worst experiences I've had yesterday. The place was dirty, toppings were a mess, and half the machines either weren't working or were leaking. The yogurt itself tasted off, like it had been sitting there way too long. On top of that, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone. I stood there waiting while employees just talked to each other like customers didn't exist. When I finally got help, the attitude was rude and dismissive.I paid way too much for something I ended up throwing away after two bites. Definitely not worth it. No more sample cups here...so you have to guess what the new flavors taste like. That was the highlight of this place, to taste before you buy. The employee who had facial piercings and curly hair was watching my every move as I put toppings on my cup. I could hear her breathing...it was a little unsettling. The yogurt itself though is very flavorful and refreshing. I love the pecan and pralines flavor, as well as the coconut and pistachio. The toppings are decadent like cookie dough chunks, mochi, fudge sauce, toasted coconut and fresh fruits. My favorite is the seasonal Lucky charms marshmallows. Ambience wise, the Parking is nightmareish here, and of course the frozen yogurt attracts children here like flies to honey.....so many loud, sticky finger children......but I do it for the love of the yogurt!! read more

First time coming back to yogurt land in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised! It had a newer layout that feels nice and kind of modern inside. They had a lot of topping options, and flavors. I think it's also nice they had ice cream, now I know where to take friends who don't like yogurt when I'm craving it. The employees here are terrible. They don't greet anyone like they're supposed to. I stopped by, today for ice cream and didn't like my experience. 3 of them were standing behind the counter talking and not paying attention to customers. When I asked one of the girls a question about the toppings, her and a male employee were both looking at me with disgust as if I did something wrong. When ordering through a third party service, most of the time this location cannot fulfill the order correctly. Not only are the toppings/flavors wrong, the staff never reach out or offer substitutions if there are stock issues. Often times the portions are off, if I order two of the same topping, I will only get one. Probably the only yogurtland we go to nowadays and it's really only if we're in the area whenever my bf gets his haircut next door! We came by recently while waiting for him to get called at the hair cut place which was a good hour to kill. This was the perfect spot! Lots of seating outside and some inside. Pretty good parking lot and other stores in the plaza to kill time. They had the Pac-Man collab happening which was great! They didn't have all the shadow colors but that's ok. We were able to get two since we were sharing a cup, I'm sure if you asked for more, they would've given it to you The flavors are great, love that they keep the classics but also change to seasonal ones. The toppings seem to always be filled whenever we visit which is good! Don't want things running low because then it makes you wonder how long they've been sitting out lol. Went here did a little sweet treat after a visit to More Than Waffles downstairs. It was exactly what you would expect at Yogurtland. I got there right at opening so everything was clean, and the toppings were full. They also have a picture of water with strawberries in it with plenty of cups available. They only have the large cups so don't get tricked into getting more than you want because you feel like you need to fill it. : ) There's plenty of parking either in front or at an underground parking area. read more

I had to leave a review after my experience at Yogurtland. It was extremely busy, and there was this cute, small girl named Mariam i'm pretty sure working. Even with a long line of customers, she handled everything so well Shes so funny. She stayed super friendly, patient, and organized the whole time. She was restocking toppings, helping customers, and keeping everything clean without ever looking overwhelmed. It was honestly impressive to watch how hard she was working while still smiling and being kind to everyone Mariam's customer service really stood out. I try their yougurt atleast once a week. It's a nice place in encino . The shopping center has alot of good stores in there. They have indoor and outvdoor setting and u have a good atmosphere to relax. The food has diff types of pings in there. The service is quick. Usually only one person is working there. But that is good they really don't need more people than that. I highly recommend u check this place out. I usually take my kids there and they really enjoy it as well. Always clean and well stocked. Today, as I'm sitting here, the gentleman behind the counter was and is being kind and genuinely friendly to all the customers (several being Moms with young kids). He greeted us with a smile when we walked through the door and was patient with my two kiddos that were having a field day with the various toppings. It's exactly the kindness everyone needs during these difficult times. Thank you, Yogurtland and especially the kind human behind the counter for creating a safe and welcoming space for us. decided to stop by last night for a small amount of yogurt as my sweet treat for the day! there were two employees behind the self serve station & reg, but they were so busy talking to each other that we were not welcomed or even acknowledged! although i know it was late (9:30p) and im sure they're tired & ready to close, a small hello or even a smile can really determine/set the vibe! i still decided to get a small portion because i wanted something sweet. they had a lot of flavors to choose from and i was so excited to add my toppings (my favorite part)! as i began adding my toppings (strawberries & cheesecake pieces) i noticed a fruit fly. i got a little nervous, but i still wanted to get my froyo. i went for a rolled wafer and i began to notice SO MANY FRUIT FLIES ON SO MANY OF THE TOPPINGS. i was so disgusted, i knew right then and there i was not going to eat my froyo anymore. however i didn't want to upset or bother the employees, so i just paid for my froyo and tossed it straight in the trash once i got home. although i know $3.03 is nothing & i'm not asking for a refund, i'm more upset about experience we had. i hope the business does their part to make cleanliness a priority & better their customer service!! read more

This establishment is incredibly unprofessional and does not follow standard cleanliness and safety procedures. The bathroom was a literal biohazard, I noticed the manager also provides preferential treatment to people who have lighter skin color, whereas with people like me with tan skin, she rudely spoke to me while laughing about inappropriate subject matter to a colleague they were speaking to on the phone, which I also think included gossip about employees over confidential subject matter which I think is also highly illegal. I am genuinely baffled how corporate management lets this place stay open when management is so poor. They don't permit free samples, and they also do not replace the toppings when I see children running around, grabbing fistfuls and spitting into the containers. It is pretty clear based off of management's attitude and employee morale that there is some level of disorganization going on behind the scenes. Had yet another unpleasant experience here. The cashier was eating yogurt at the register herself, therefore I grabbed a spoon for myself upon paying. She began to berate me for simply taking a clean utensil did not understand that I did not want her assistance given she was eating and her hands were likely unsanitary, but she kept making me feel bad. We came in with our daughters and grandmother. She stormed off and the manager came out and didn't even say a word!? I have been enjoying their tasty treats for quite some time, and love coming to this Encino location. because the Encino Town Center outdoor mall where it's located is so beautiful and pleasant. I have always been impressed by how delicious the yogurt is at Yogurtland, and also by their extremely creative wide range of flavors, which are always so accurate in terms of taste.! And, of course, you've got to love their great variety of toppings! At this Yogurtland location, I have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous. While this location is usually pretty clean, one thing I would improve there a little bit is that It could be a little cleaner. It's yogurtland corporate so they've got a uniform product and that's the only reason they get three stars and not two--cuz they didn't completely screw it up. HOWEVER, the place smells of foul cheese (easily could be the stench of vomit) and when I brought it to the clerk's attention, she rudely said, "I don't smell anything" and looks at me and my son like we fell from outer space. Meanwhile, my 5YO is physically covering his nose with his mouth because it smells so badly in their shop. We proceed to get our ice cream and for the toppings, everything is still, in 2023, still behind glass and the same unfriendly clerk has to now wait on us just to get toppings on our soft serve.
