This Starbucks should be investigated! The employees are the rudest most inconsiderate and disgusting human beings I've ever encountered in the customer service business! They think they own or run the chain and I blame poor management and poor training ! They will treat you poorly and humiliate you and discriminate ! I have contacted corporate already and will proceed to get this information to someone higher .. As Reseda is one of the main arteries I use when conducting business in the valley, this SB location is very conveniently located. Not far off the 101 and Ventura, this place is ran efficiently and never too busy. When I last came here, I ordered an iced coffee and an oatmeal. The iced coffee is as I ordered it, perfect with 2 shots of the classic. I always appreciate the oatmeal, a healthy option when they got rid of others. The ambience inside the store is pretty chill, although the workers tend to prioritize the drive thru. So if you don't mind waiting a bit inside, no issue. The store is decent to sit down and get work done on a computer. Their drive thru takes care of my needs well. They can expect consistent business from me whenever business brings me to the valley. read more

It's pretty busy at this location at 4:30 p.m. from inside to the small parking option and drive-thru. There may be a school nearby from seeing so many kids around. It doesn't help that there is a bus stop in front of this place that adds even more foot traffic. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, and it was made very well with the adjustments I made--props to whoever made it during a hectic time. I do notice they prioritize the drive-thru, which makes sense, but that means you stand waiting for someone at the cash register for a few minutes longer than usual. read more

I come to Starbucks every day sometimes multiple times a day. I ordered my drink on the app. I use my points and I rode through the drive-through. I ordered a egg and cheese box. I scanned for it at the window with a employee named Rosa. A gentleman took my order and told me next time give them more time. I pulled up paid for the fruit and cheese box. They brought the wrong item to me and said this is not what I wanted I said no that's not what I ordered to pay for then they told me I couldn't get a refund cause I didn't pay for it. I had to pull up my receipt and show them that I paid for it. They didn't wanna give me a refund for something that they didn't have in the store. Their attitude was really bad. I went to get my second coffee of the day like I always do. The order started off with my husband having to repeat himself twice because she had the order wrong on the screen. The three time he had to remind her to add vanilla. This part not the end of the world, it was correct on the screen before we pulled forward to pay at the window. When she handed me the coffee I tasted it before leaving to make sure it was right. It wasn't. It tasted off in flavor and burnt from the shots of espresso sitting to long. I expressed to her it tasted a bit off. She gave an attitude and rolled her eyes as she took the drink from me. Walked away handed it to the other barista and talked for a couple seconds. This place was literally designed with no plugs. So if you need to sit and work you can't unless you don't need to charge your computer. Seems pretty pointless to not have a single plug in the entire place that can be used. Also when I was leaving, a girl driving almost hit my car in the parking lot. This location only cares about drive thru customers. They took over 30 mins to prepare my mobile order when the app said 5-8 minutes. The drive thru wasn't even that busy and they had a full staff! I don't know her name but she was rude and it hasn't been the first time I've encountered her. Both times she's had an attitude. I place my order through the app, when I drive up she's all "jolly" but when I tell her I placed my order through the app she rudely says "pull up to the window". She gave me my muffin along with bunched up napkins, tried getting the muffin with all the messy napkins and accidentally slipped out of my hand because she let go before I could grab everything. I looked at her so embarrassed, I apologized to her and she gave me this rude look, she sighed and turned around. After I got a new muffin, I apologized once more and with a rude tone she said "that's fine". I used to be an employee at a Starbucks and we're trained to have a better attitude than that.
