Great place for a smoothie. Stopped in with no wait. I was greeted and serviced right away. I order a large white gummy for my son. However we shared it in filled up a medium cup and out the rest in a small size cup. It's a delicious drink that has a sweet taste and even better after taste. The place was clean and smelled good. From the waggles to other treats it's a great place. They have many flavors even healthy options with vegetables. And açaí bowls. It's on the corner so you can't miss it. read more

One Star Review and my first review ever. i never write reviews but this is absolutely unacceptable. This business has been operating for weeks without a working air conditioner, putting both employees and customers in miserable--and potentially dangerous--conditions. The heat inside is unbearable, and management seems completely unbothered by it. Employees are sweating through entire shifts, and customers can barely stand to stay inside long enough to complete a purchase. This isn't just uncomfortable--it's a health and safety issue. After seeing no effort to fix the problem, I've taken the step of contacting OSHA to report the working conditions. No one should have to suffer through this kind of heat just to do their job or shop. Shame on the management for ignoring this. If you care about your health or basic human decency, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere read more

These people are clearly idiots, but they are also lazy apparently. You see, I can get an allergic reaction to just a trace amount of peanut butter. Obviously if I don't order anything with peanut butter, I have no reason to expect it to be in my drink, right? Wrong. They are required to clean their utensils, mixers, EVERYTHING for this very reason. I've even gone so far as to request that they make sure the utensils they use are clean because of my allergy to peanut butter. Even when they insist they clean their utensils properly, I still find it necessary to remind them of a PB allergy, even though I NEVER order a drink with it. 2 times now I have received an allergic reaction to a drink I have ordered at THIS SPECIFIC store, and the usual "oh, sorry," as if that f*cking satisfies. So all in all, absolute trash store with lazy people incapable of even cleaning a spoon. Avoid always. read more

This location is new and I have visited once a week since it opened. Addicted? Probably :) The staff here are young, friendly and always pleasant. I just ordered a small Caribbean Passion and 1 apple cinnamon pretzel. The pretzel tasted horrible like it was old and it was hard to chew. The cashier that rang me up "Tris R" was the most unfriendliness cashier I've ever encountered. She had these stickers on her face and she was very rude. I asked her a question and she just looked at me with a rude look and just nodded. As I was waiting to pay I was waiting for her to tell me the total to know when she was ready for me to put my debit card in the machine and she didn't say anything at all and I was like okay guess she doesn't like to talk. No thank you or anything. I work retail so I get it customers suck but you can still be nice especially since I wasn't the reason Tris R was in such a sour mood. The music was up so loud as well. This place is Filthy ,extremely dirty concrete floor.dirty A/C registers .mold under caulk around stainless steel sink. Nasty employees One employee kept scratching his hair while preparing my açaí bowl. .one Customer had his shoes on the table that he had on the floor earlier and Manager never mentioned a word to the customer. I had a negative experience at this location on 7/29/23 at noon. After placing my order I asked the male worker named Adrian if I could use their bathroom and he pointed me in the right direction. When I went to wash my hands I discovered there was no running water. I walked out with soap on my hands. I informed the female employee and she said "thanks for letting me know" in a tone that made it obvious that they were aware. She didn't know my sister was also in the store facing her direction. My sister let me know that when I turned she had mocked me in a bad attitude. The worst part was when she asked the male employee to smell the blender she was making drinks in and he proceeded to stick his face in it and they continued making drinks. I was disgusted. This was just overall really bad. If you don't want to work in customer service, then don't. Especially if you can't treat your patrons with simple common decency. I threw both the items I ordered in the trash. I'll be an Ubatuba customer from here forward. read more

I normally don't leave reviews at chains as the food and pricing is generally up to corporate. But when the customer service is horrible I try and leave a review in hopes that the managers or cooperate see it and do something about it. This is the second time I've come in during the morning and the people behind the store are so unfriendly and short. They don't say hello, no greeting, nothing. I'm the one saying hello and asking them how they are and they don't respond or just say fine and don't ask back. I understand it's early in the morning 8/9am but not too early to not be polite. It's a customer service job, I've had many, it's part of the job and just saying hello and a smile is the bare minimum that is expected. Maybe I'm the one expecting too much but it makes me not want to come in. Im not expecting a show and dance but again a smile and a greeting would be greatly appreciated. read more
