Love Cinnabon, especially when you walk right by the kiosk and you smell the cinnamon rolls floating in the air. Today I tried the Harry Potter butterbeer roll. OMG! I taste butterscotch and so delicious with the added cinnamon. I gotta make sure I go there every day before cinnabon removes it from their menu. read more

Cinnabon - Butter beer roll! So yummy! A must try! - Bakeries Near Me - Canoga Park, California

They're the best, all super friendly and helpful. I have always had a pleasant experience here. Thank you :)

Cinnabon is always a treat for us. The consistency of flavor is something we can always count on. There is so much joy consuming a warm cinnamon roll from this location. That staff was super friendly when we were there too! read more

Great way to satisfy the sweet tooth. This cart is located in the Topanga Mall near Target. They are constantly making fresh ones. The go to is the original but unfortunately I devoured it before taking a pic. read more

They gave us excellent service at this location. We found the staff unexpectedly generous.

Nice option if you're craving something sweet while shopping at the mall. You can choose a single or half dozen that are baked fresh daily. Personally, one is more than enough, but preferences vary. Great iced coffee selection to accompany your pastry along with great customer service. read more

Visited this location on Saturday evening. It's located on the first floor of the mall, right next to Target. They were quite busy. Although the service was mediocre in that the cashiers were not friendly and actually seemed quite annoyed, the freshness of their Cinnabons make up for it. The mini Cinnabons had just come out of the oven so we ordered one order which includes 4 minis. They were warm and with just the right amount of frosting. Delicious. The 4 stars is for the freshness of the food. I'd give them a 2.5 or 3 for service. The employees weren't very welcoming and seemed quite annoyed. read more

Can never go wrong with the Pecan Bun from here! Even the classic is delicious. Cinnabon is pure perfection and we definitely need to visit more often! I needed my coffee for the day and unfortunately all of their drink machines were empty? It was the afternoon so I'm not sure how or why they were empty. They also had a bunch of boxes laying around so maybe they were more focused on restocking other things than their drinks? No idea. Was a bit bummed but at least they had fresh pecan buns that melt in your mouth and were made and prepared quickly for you. :) would definitely come back for the buns but I ended up picking up coffee from It's Boba Time instead. Great sweet treat! Everything is made fresh for the day! Not much to say! Cinnamon rolls are great! Do not recommend the iced coffee... it's extremely sweet and doesn't pair well with an already sweet pastry! But overall good read more

These cinnamon rolls are addictive! Cinnabon is located on the first floor of the Westfield Topanga mall near Target. It's difficult to miss the iconic logo and smell of sweet cinnamon that wafts through the area. There is usually a line at this location, as it is quite popular. Service moves quick, and I usually get my cinnamon roll pretty quick after I order. What I love about Cinnabon is that the rolls are freshly baked and are steaming hot coming out of the oven. Yes, there is a correct way to eat them (start from the outside and work your way in). The middle is the best part. If you're looking for a sweet treat that hits the spot, you really can't go wrong with anything here. I haven't given the drinks a chance yet, but the cinnamon rolls are little buns of pure happiness. Give them a try, if you haven't already! read more

If you're looking for a sweet treat that's ooey, gooey, deliciously sweet with icing and cinnamon run don't walk! This location is inside the mall and easily located on the second floor near the children's play area. I had a Cinnabon the other evening to treat myself and I can't say enough wow! Might and fluffy and perfectly sweet, not overly sugary at all! The workers are so friendly and happy to tell you about all of the options and sizes of cinnamon rolls. This product is the best by far and I've had a lot of cinnamon rolls in my time! I love that they keep their shape, and they're made fresh daily. The girls were rolling out the dough while I was there for another batch to be made! Highly recommend this location, but really the quality control is the same at all of them. This is one of the more reliable chains in my opinion. Worth the price! Clean, large parking lot outside! This kiosk is larger than most and can be spotted across from a boba spot too, around the corner from target Big request, please make a gluten free and dairy free version!!! read more

Cinnabon - a woman standing in front of a bakery counter - Bakeries Near Me - Canoga Park, California

I just had the weirdest experience & will never be returning. I showed I had a T-Mobile coupon & asked what I could order, placed my order & was rung up. I showed the coupon & she said, push "redeem". Then said to go to the Cinnabon website & sign up for an account. Then I had to download the Cinnabon app & fill out all my info again. I then handed her the app & she pressed "coupons" but nothing was there. She said enter the coupon code. I went back to the T-Mobile app, there was no code. So, I pressed "redeem" again. She said it is supposed to just show up on our app. So, I deleted the app & downloaded it again along with all my info & it still didn't show up. I said, it's obvious I have the coupon & downloaded the app. You will honor it right? She said No. I asked if there was a manager who could give her permission to honor the coupon. She said, I am the manager. I said, & you won't honor the coupon? "No." I said, I'll have to give you a bad review. She said, ok. So, here we are. read more

I have very mixed feelings about this location but I will give them the benefit & bump my review up half a star to 3 instead of rounding down. On a positive, the quality of food is great. Yes, Cinnabon are gut busters loaded with enough sugar to have your teeth chattering, but sometimes that's the type of instant boost you need after a busy day roaming the mall (or motivation to keep you doing a couple extra laps). They're also loaded with enough preservatives that, should you want, you can bring them home and even after a day or two, just zap them in the microwave for a few seconds and they'll taste as if they came right outta the oven at the kiosk. Now, here is the negative: the staff. You can tell they're all there for the paycheck & would rather do nothing than help you out. They're not necessarily rude, but they just don't care and don't have the best client interaction. Sometimes I don't mind as I just want to get my order & get on my way, but a smile from them isn't much or hard to do. Also, the last time I was here was a Saturday roughly around dinner time. We came by for dessert & was told that they were out of the regular cinnamon rolls. Our only options were the minis or the 'center only' premaid rolls. I get that it might have been busy, but a Cinnabon out of Cinnabons? How is that even possible? Not even a 'we're cooking more now.' Just a 'we're sold out for the day.' We ended up getting 2 minis for the price of 1 regular as a 'we're sorry' but come on. That's like a theatre being out of popcorn. It just shouldn't happen. Sooo....I guess if you're there later in the day during a busy shopping season, just be aware that they might be out of stock. read more

Very fast and great service. I love getting the center of the roll warmed up. It's absolutely delicious.

I truly wish I would've taken a picture of the juiciest Cinnabon ever but I stalled it whole before I even could! Shintaru was so pleasant and nice, love his energy so much I decided to leave a review! The Cinnabons are always coming out fresh here and they're not stingy with their frosting! All the employees are so nice. Can't wait to come back and indulge again read more

The staff here are very bad! Impolite, no team work, no kindness. I felt I was watching Mean Girls. 2 girls watched while one girl struggled and in the mean time clients were looking at each other as if to say "what is going on here". Get a manager in here asap to teach these kids how to work harmoniously and how to greet customers. Bad experience read more

I get there at 6:30pm. The hours say they close at 7. They are out of everything and they are cleaning up when i get there. I ask to see if they are open and they say yes but they have nothing to sell? And the girls gave me a stink face. Please change your hours if ur planning on closing earlier ‍ read more

I LOVE Cinnabon-and when I was at the mall with my daughters yesterday shopping, I was so excited to look down from the second floor to see it while waiting outside of Charlotte! I was fascinated to watch the workers start from scratch to prepare those delicious buns....only to watch in horror as: 1) The man working the cash register/handling money was ALSO - without washing his hands or putting on gloves...handling food...yuck...but THEN I watched as 2) ANOTHER worker who was sweeping, mopping the floor and putting hands on, and into the trash cans...and then dumping the filthy water into a drain with bar hands...so I held my breath watching/hoping he would wash his hands before moving on...and was ALMOST relieved when he turned on the sink...but then- DID NOT USE SOAP, and literally ran his hands under the water-did not even attempt to 'wash' them. He THEN proceeded to walk over to the bowl of white frosting-and handle it, mix it, and put it into small cups. All without ever washing his hands. Since this happened out in the open, without even a consideration for anyone seeing it-that means that these employees have NO IDEA about how important it is to properly wash hands after handling filthy items-or to even wear gloves. So incredibly grossed out and disappointed in what I watched. read more

Slow. Rude millennials. I waited 15 minutes for her to say with a smug face "If you don't have exact change I can't help you." Lame.

I can complain when coming here. They have the best cinnamon rolls of all time. Just make sure to get it heated up. Just like McDonald's fries, it tastes best fresh. However microwaved worked perfectly fine for me lol. I always get extra cream cheese icing. Seemed less cream cheesey than I remembered but still worked perfectly on the roll. I got the center of the roll option and it was nicely cut into little bites which is a way cleaner option so I totally recommend. The workers were really nice as well. read more

My husband went to buy Cinnabon at the Westfield Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills and Fatima , the store "manager" was pushing day old Cinnabons on him and when he asked for fresh ones she said he had to wait. She started to sell the fresh ones to other people in line completely ignoring the fact that my husband was there first. When he asked what the problem was she said that the fresh ones were more expensive which we already knew and he told her he didn't care to just charge him and give him the Cinnabons. She then said she didn't want ti sell to him. read more

Great service great food great everything, wouldn't complain about anything. The ambiance was amazing.

I got a Cinnabon the other week but what was really nice was ellie or emmi I'm unclear about her name, but she was a delight to talk to while my minis were being warmed up! She gave us a recommendation to download the app but it didn't sound like a sales pitch, she made me feel like she was really interested in saving us time and money with the deals. Like I know apps or these types of places always have deals but she was the reason I wanted to actually go home and download it. I would come back just for her. Raise is needed, she is above and beyond. read more

This Cinnabon location is very good and their lines weren't long so I was able to get my order quickly. I really enjoyed the customer service provided by Julie, Crystal, and Jocelyn. This Cinnabon location will charge you the full price of a Cinnabon roll if they run out of the cinnapack boxes. My mom got charged $32 and when she asked for the refund she got bad attitude from one of the workers. If I could give a zero I would. Last night Feb 13, I believe I got food poisoning from the kiosk in Topanga Plaza, I asked the guy how long for a fresh one, he said 8 min, I said great I will walk around the mall. I come back and the guys says "are you the one that wanted the fresh one"( Did they have a rush that he couldn't remember) I get it , I start eating it the frosting was hard, the outer part was hard, if anyone knows about Cinnabon it probably is me, I have been eating them for years, since they opened. I didn't even finish it, about 10 min later my stomach was really hurting. I ran to the bathroom in Target.. If it doesn't look fresh walk away and don't waste your money. I was so disappointed. read more

Ok I know you can't believe the one star but each year we get Cinnabon's for Christmas morning. Today when we went to pick them up they didn't have any 6 packs, 9 packs no minis no regular size. How can you not have any at 9 am? They said that they were only planning to sell singles all day. For 15 years we have been trekking to the Northridge location to buy boxes if these Cinnabon's.
