This Starbucks has me feeling sick the next day, if not the same day, 90% of the time I frequent it. I never experience that issue with the other ones I visit. Also, their drive thru is always slow and backed up and the drinks they do provide are not consistent. They're either amazing or horrible. I come to this location about once a week since it is so close to my home and i am a Starbucks gold card rewards member, which means I am always looking to complete the star challenges. This location is the type that you can walk up and order or drive thru, there is no indoor lobby/restaurant to sit within. There are tables with umbrellas provided. *The drive thru is usually pretty busy in the morning, but you can pull into the lot and see how long the line is and easily exit back to Saticoy or Louise if it's too long. Overall: The staff is usually friendly. This location is hit or miss on whether your item will be made or rung up correctly, so be sure to double check your receipt/order. They seem to always be out of something - one day they had no napkins, another day they were rationing cups, and often they are out of add-ins such as the berries/fruit or syrups. It is a good idea to have a back up order in mind. Generally they take your order pretty quickly but it takes quite some time for your order to be ready, especially at the walk up window. The main reason I go to this location is that it is so close to home and drive thru option is really convenient. Tips/Notes: -If you order drive thru- taste your drink before you leave the area to ensure it is what you've ordered. I've received drinks with missing ingredients such as syrup or caramel and one time someone else's beverage. -There is a restroom, just ask for the code. -There is plenty of parking, as this location shares a lot with Ralphs/Rite Aid and many other stores. Do not park in the red zone next to Starbucks, especially for mobile orders, as neighbors in the area have already been complaining about these vehicles in the red zones. -There is a taco truck in the afternoon/evenings on Louise, right next to Starbucks - their tacos and carnitas burritos are good and go well with a cold Starbucks tea/refresher. read more

The service here is horribly slow, the drinks come out white like milkshakes, don't you dare ask for a remake even thought they advertise how they will gladly do so on large signs because you will be met with rude responses instead of sure no problem. Zero sense of urgency, there's six people standing at the walk up window and two cars in the drive-through and stood there for 15 minutes before the guy even acknowledged anybody in the walk up. I ended up leaving and going to another Starbucks. I would expect this in the afternoon but at 8:30 in the morning when everybody wants their coffee, this is rather unacceptable. Placed my order on the app and then waited close to 15 minutes for my drink in the drive through line. Mind you, only 3 cars ahead of me so they are obviously not working effectively or efficiently. Once I pulled up to the window, I was not greeted or even acknowledged. The girl finally looked over at me & gave me a drink order total (that was not mine) expecting payment and I let her know I paid on the app. She then said, "oh, whats your name?" And proceeded to hand me my two drinks that were made incorrectly... missing my two add ons. They have no clue how to manage their orders, there was 10 people behind me in the order line, a couple of people behind me ordered on mobile, and they got their drinks before I was even able to put in my order. I asked if they do walk up orders, and was told by one of the workers that they take care of mobile orders first. This was about 35 minutes of being the first one in line. I ordered some drinks and every single one of them were wrong. I know I ordered them right because the labels were right. On one drink i said no whip cream and the drink had whip. I asked for oat milk for my matcha and they put regular milk. I asked for caramel driz on a frap and there wasn't any. Im guessing they just made the drinks without looking at the sticker label. I even left a tip. They even said they didn't have a drink called a cafe vanilla frap but I work at Starbucks and I know they do. This Starbucks is not following the correct Covid-19 procedures and aren't wearing gloves or masks or even practicing social distancing. Every starbucks is different. I have come to find that this Starbucks sucks. If you want a good Starbucks drink, this Starbucks is not the one for you. Baristas are often in a hurry to make a drink due to the long line and forget the quality of the drink. They don't fill the cup all the way, and they are in a more grab and go mindset. This location is the best one by my house. It's drive-thru/walk up only. There's no indoor seating, but they do have a few tables/chairs outside. Usual orders: Pike Place brewed coffee iced Caramel Frappe with Soy Bacon and Gouda Breakfast Sandwich Hot Chocolate Chocolate Croissants (warmed up) Really good, but seasonal it seems: Salted Caramel Mocha Frappe. Service is always good. Plenty of parking if you want to do a walk up order. read more

Starbucks - almost all of them are the same but I go to this one fairly often. The servers are friendly and you get what you need quick. In the hot days I get the Venti Java Chip (Mocha with Chocolate Chips on the inside) with Extra Caramel drizzle all over the cup. On cold days I'll get the Venti Cafe Latte. Both above average drinks in my opinion. Everyone has a different taste so it's up to you on what you feel like getting. The two choices I mentioned are my go-to-drinks everytime I hit up Starbucks. It's also a drive-thru so you don't need to even get out of your car... Good place to stop by if you want a quick caffeine boost! I was on the edge of giving this place a 4/5 on yelp (3.5/5 is my rating but they don't have a half rating) but I think a 3 is reasonable. This location is SUB PAR at best. Not ok: 15minutes late beyond the 15 minutes of ordering ahead - that equals 30 minutes for a PRE ORDERED COFFEE. Morgan, who was working the window, made no concession or apology, nor did he indicate to the numerous people waiting that Mobile orders could approach the window first despite paying witness to customer confusion and conflict. Legit the best Starbucks I have been to by far. My favorite person in this location is Max! Max has what it takes to be a manager. I hope he becomes one ASAP because he's the hardest worker by far. The most CONSISTENTLY BAD Starbucks. I Moved a block away from this location almost 8 months ago and have been going simply out of convenience (although I try to avoid it) and I cannot remember a single drink they've made correctly, they always forget to add the extra shots I pay for and yes I CAN TELL when it's not made with the extra shots. Not to mention 1 time they didnt put the (iced) lid on correctly and as I was walking away from the window I drank some and it's as if I poured the coffee all over myself. I walked right back and told them, yes, yelling (as I had cold cream and coffee all over my clothes) and she turns and tells the other barista that I spilled my coffee. I said no, me spilling my coffee is me at fault. This is YOUR fault for not putting the lid on. They went on to say that the lids sometimes pop off etc. I told them I never touched the lid, I grabbed it from her hand and went to drink it and it all spilled. Another time I ordered 2 exact drinks and they added all the extra shots to one cup and the other was basically milk. I got a mocha cookie crumble and it tastes like water with chunks of cookies. Staff needs to be retrained ASAP or close this place down and make it a coffee bean. read more

But this, my neighborhood Starbucks, has a long-term, well-known problem with its drive-thru design that regularly results in serious and costly damage to customers' cars. When turning right into the very narrow drive-thru (as most people do), it is simply impossible to see the curb to gauge the turn properly. The rather odd and seemingly unnecessary curb is too low to see and avoid hitting yet weirdly tall so that it inflicts costly auto body damage when one inevitably scrapes it. Curbs are intended to be bumped. Indeed, that is their purpose; one knows to stop when a tire bumps a curb. This, in turn, is why they regularly are lower than the full height of a car tire. The standard curb certainly is not high enough to cause body damage. Is this not common sense? For the owners of Saticoy Plaza and Starbucks, evidently not.. It is absolutely stunning how many have seriously damaged their vehicles because of this well-known, long-term, obvious, yet still existing issue. Today, it was my turn to be indoctrinated. The foot-long scrape on my car's passenger side is deep, ugly and, without question, expensive to repair. The staffer at the window and later, the manager exacerbated this already maddening situation; they both casually stated, " ...it happens all the time". Perhaps they developed immunity to these complaints because they both offered no real concern, solution or assistance. Indeed, the offensively blasé manager actually shrugged her shoulders, stated it wasn't Starbucks' problem, refused my request to contact Starbucks Corporate about this tortious circumstance and told me to call the parking lot operations manager. She did not, however, offer contact information for the operations manager and clearly had no intention of looking for it. What a shockingly poor display of managerial and people skills. What an equally poor display of the much-admired Starbucks brand experience. Adding insult to injury, I realized as I drove away I received a Mocha instead of the Tall no-foam latte I ordered. I hate Mocha. So, in summary, the curb itself is coated with so many different car-paint colors and deep scrapes in the concrete it qualifies as modern art. More significantly, it verifies this is a frequent, foreseeable, preventable and well known hazard. Whether or not the manager is aware, Starbucks has a role in rectifying this ongoing, costly risk to their clients' property. Indeed, only Starbucks customers enter the Starbucks drive thru. This means Starbucks need consider negotiating with their landlord on their clients' behalf to lower or, better yet, remove entirely the poorly embanked, blind and ridiculously-high curb. It also should show good faith and neighborhood loyalty by ensuring those of us with damaged cars are compensated fairly for their breach of duty. In any case, it seems very likely to me both Starbucks and the landlord are jointly and severally liable for negligence. I am hopeful one of these parties steps up and makes this situation right without involving complex legal proceedings. If I must, I will hold both accountable and they can battle it out with one another to determine who is primarily at fault. Either way, I am the innocent, damaged party that deserves compensation. If this is not resolved swiftly and satisfactorily, I am prepared to pursue this matter fully. I am collecting signatures and other verification from neighbors that also have car damage from this drive-thru curb. I am encouraged. I just got started and already the list of signees exceeds anything I expected. If you experienced a similar incident at this Starbucks, I am interested in hearing from you. This truth is simple: A cup of coffee is just not worth this expense and trouble. read more

Pretty good, I always get a caramel frappe since I love everything caramel, but they aren't consistent with the amount of caramel being added. Sometimes there's a lot but other times its so little you can't tell if it's caramel or vanilla. Other than that everything is pretty good. read more

I never thought I would fall prey to the ultimate, lazy Los Angelian - a drive-thru Starbucks, where you don't even need to get off your bum to get a cup of joe in the morning. I used to come here every morning on my morning commute. The staff here is always ultra friendly - which surprises me because, after being jammed into a tiny hut w/ 5 other baristas, I'd be hella cranky. The coffees here are made pretty well. One barista remade mine on the house because I forgot to mention non-fat milk. I must admit, it's tough to order pastries/food because you can't see the case full of pastries. And as the previous reviews mention, they often run out of stuff. But it's understandable because you can't really fit much stock into that tiny hut. read more
