White Chocolate Mocha

This place always makes my drink. Super delicious. I come here every day thank you Starbucks team except for one time but I think the girl is new so I forgive her.Lol anyway it's only Starbucks aside from another one that I trust with my drink because there's other Starbucks that make my drinks super watery, but this location is amazing!

This was after ZERO sips.

Service wasn't slow this time so that was a huge improvement, but when I pay six dollars for a tall peppermint mocha and the cup is only half full, it is annoying.. I love you Starbucks, but please tell your employees to give us what we pay for because we pay for a lot

Always exceptional service at this Starbucks drive-through. The employees are super friendly and chatty when there is a moment and I very much appreciate the suggestion when I am not sure what it is I would like to drink for the day. Even just sitting at the pick up window, waiting for my order, you can see the smiles and hear the talking and laughing and it seems like a very nice environment to be part of.

Awesome smiley face :)

The service was super fast and the drinks taste like how they're supposed to taste. I was on my way to jury duty, which sucks, especially early in the morning, and Thomas took my order, he was super nice and he drew this awesome smiley face on my cup which made my day, hence the yelp review. Thanks for a great starbucks experience Thomas!

The service here continues to trend downward. One car ahead of me and no one behind. I placed my order of the brown sugar oak and a tomato mozzarella panini. I also asked for an ice water and to purchase GC's. I was told by the gentleman who took my order ( not sure if it's the same guy as the one in the window) that I can purchase the gcs at the window. He also didn't seem to understand what food I was ordering when I said tomato mozzarella. When I pulled up, Jesus started me off with the GC purchase. He gave me the option of selecting which card I would like to select and proceeded to charge me in two separate transactions. Everything seemed fine up to now. I noticed that the ice water was in a grande cup, and honestly I can't recall if I asked for it to be venti or not but it wasn't a problem... i proceeded to ask and maybe my wording ticked off this ticking time bomb even more ... I said... " if you guys are going to give me a grande ice water can I get two" immediately Jesus took a unprovoked, unprofessional and defense stance. He quickly with attitude responded " then next time make sure you ask for a venti"... shocked I said "excuse me... and asked "I'm sorry was I rude to you" to which he replied something like " next time ask for a venti so you don't accuse us getting your order wrong"... or something down that line. I'm totally downplaying the attitude that this guy was giving me at 6:30 in the morning. Completely shocked that again, this guy had the nerve to speak to his customers like this when I was not rude, belligerent, talking down or anything. I'm not sure what set this guy off with me... even the person I was on the phone with said that this was uncalled for. I asked to speak to his manager Mike who was apologetic and said he could hear the whole interaction and motioned to the headset. He continued to apologize when I returned for the GC envelopes that I had asked Jesus and was not provided. He continued to apologize when I contacted the store and asked for the district managers information. I left two voicemails for their district manager. I understand we have a holiday break coming up. However, I want to hear back. My experience this morning should not have happened. Is this the norm for how we treat our customers? Has he done this before and no one complained??? Well not with me. I frequent Starbucks maybe 3-5 times a week. At $12-20 each visit sometimes more or less. I don't think a bad attitude is the way to retain your customers....

That's just a little bit of milk to them I guess

No card reader- sign is not readable before you get stuck in the eternally long drive through. Asked for two shaken espressos while I uploaded money on the app to pay- they can't make that. Asked for two iced coffees with just a little bit of milk- got two iced coffees that are at least half cream half coffee. There's much better Starbucks nearby, save yourself the time.

Always pretty busy so sometimes orders are incorrect. Also very small so usually a pretty long wait.

Take it from this Filipina, Yonder's ube is the real deal! I also love that they are all about helping the community. They've done food donation drives during the LA Fires last January and they recently did an Earth Day event by having a clothing swap from local vendors. They have a very inviting warm space indoors and a spacious covered outdoor patio so there's ample space for having a coffee sesh with your bestie and/or getting work done on your laptop (they have free WiFi as well). Plus the branding is cool. Anyway, onto the food and drinks. I ordered an iced matcha and the Marigold sandwich. The matcha was perfect honestly because they gave the option of sweetened or unsweetened. Also, the sandwich was delicious. I was so excited to see something with turkey bacon by default and not regular bacon since I can't have pork. The spread they use on there is really yummy. The menu has a lot of interesting flavors on it. There are some Korean-inspired dishes that I definitely want to try like the Kimchi breakfast tacos. Can't wait to go back! Note: 1. Plenty of seating inside and outside under a tent of sorts. 2. Plus they have a speaker outside so you can hear when your order is called. 3. There's a small parking lot but also a residential area next to it where there's street parking.

That said, the Madagascar vanilla latte was really good - smooth, slightly sweet, and definitely something I'd order again. The burritos were a highlight!! super big portions and satisfying. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality and size, which is always a plus. Staff was nice and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I'd come back, especially for the burritos and that vanilla latte!

Parking was easy to find, they have a lot and there are several surrounding free parking lots. The cafe inside was clean and well designed with several tables - by the time we got out drinks, a table had cleared up and we sat down. We ordered the matcha einspanner and the hojicha einspanner. The matcha was high quality, very rich and strong. The cream added a nice sweetness, but it wasn't overall sweet or bitter either. I love hojicha and always recommend it as an alternative to matcha or coffee at cafes. The hojicha here was chocolatey and smooth, absolutely amazing! Very well balanced and well made drinks - and they are absolutely photogenic as well ;) Highly recommend!

They have a small and limited parking lot behind the coffee shop as well as some street parking open on Reseda and Dearborn. There's a Trader Joe's and Chili's across the street with more parking as well and I have parked behind Dave's Hot Chicken and the Habit and there is always space there. Ambiance: This coffee shop is quaint and feels a little cramped when you finally get inside and through the line. There is a counter top with some chairs as well as one couch and desk where one can study although, I personally never would. It's clean and bright with a minimalistic vibe inside. With it being cramped, you basically just get in, order, and get out. It's rare to find seating inside and it can feel overwhelming just sitting there trying to enjoy your drink with so many people around. Drinks: We've been there multiple times and you can always expect the same- mid, slightly overpriced, oh- getting some post purchase clarity. But it's the type of slightly regretful decision we continue to make every time. We've gotten the matcha einspanner on several occasions, vanilla iced latte, caramel latte, and the most disgusting Americano known to man. Whether you get the dark or light roast Americano, you will not run away from the burnt and bitter flavor. Service: The line moves quickly, they take your order and get you in and out without a long wait. They also offer stamp cards, buy 10 get the 11th free. What a steal! Gimme 10 more! Overall: All this to say, it's oddly grown to be a valley staple, and represents some bordering LA values- overpriced, overhyped, but for some reason addicting in the fact you always seem to go back. I would say 3.5 but it doesn't allow it, so I'm feeling generous today.

The Bischoffee or Banana Latte or Corn Coffee were all very tempting but I went for my preferred drink these days Strawberry Matcha although as I stood there waiting for my drink (which quite a bit longer than my friends American) I was regretting not trying one of their insane looking coffee drinks (aka deserts). My BF said his Americano was excellent, not acidic or bitter in any way. I turned into the small street nearby but all the street parking was full and there was a gated parking lot right behind the building with the gate to enter open but the gate to exit closed so I didn't want to have another bad experience and avoided it altogether. Swung around the front and got lucky with metered parking. Their entrance is on the side despite all the signs and windows up front. Walked into an empty shop, 1 worker guy greeted us and took our order. This place had a lot of seating but felt more like a dessert place and based on my drink, it was absolutely that. I got the Creme Brulee latte and it was torched at the top like you'd expect so that was cool. Gorgeous decoration which is great for photo ops. Once the guy gave me my drink, he basically disappeared to the back. I took my photos and left. It was good but tasted like melted coffee ice cream. The sweetness was over the top and the more I drank it, the more I was getting a crazy sugar rush and it did not mix well with the heat that day. Couldn't even finish it but if you are a child or someone who enjoys super sweet things, then this is for you. Sadly it isn't for me! IG: @ammysalamii
