Was in the neighborhood last week, my son had a dance session with friends, and I needed a pick me up. Located near Union Landing, good spot for coffee! Inside there is multiple tables on each side, the ordering and barista spot is actually pretty big for a Starbucks, they have their display of what's available at the moment- my coffee came out quick even though there was a lot of people inside. Make sure to keep using your Starbucks app for free food or drinks! Great parking area, close to lots of shops, my coffee was so good- I will be back! read more

I'm a loyal Starbucks Rewards member and I visit locations all over, but the Union Landing store is a complete disaster. How does a massive, high-traffic location in a major shopping center run out of NAPKINS? While I was there, I heard the staff tell at least 10 different customers they were out. In the same breath, they were "out" of several other items, including their ginger drinks. As a retail business professional with decades of experience, this is beyond pathetic. ‍ This store is literally neighbors with a Walmart and plenty of other shops. If you run out of a basic necessity like napkins, a competent manager sends an employee across the parking lot to buy a few packs to get through the day. You don't just shrug your shoulders and tell every paying customer "no" for hours on end. ‍ It is lazy, unprofessional, and a total embarrassment to the Starbucks brand. It's really a hit or miss on drinks, I order the same thing every time and this is the only location where it ends up tasting strange a lot of the time. Sometimes the coldfoam is just milk, or the coffee is unusually bitter and doesn't taste very strong. The workers are really nice and remake the drink for me when I ask, and when they do it tastes fine, but for a $7 coffee I'd rather not have to have it remade. read more

I asked to use my personal cup and requested a quick rinse. The cashier declined to touch or rinse it. Other Starbucks locations have rinsed my cup in the past, so this experience was unexpected. If store policy does not allow staff to rinse customer cups, there should be a sink available for customers to rinse their own. A simple rinse would resolve the issue. This is our go to Starbucks on Friday nights and the staff is very friendly. They're very kind to give us a pup cup for our fur baby we request one. With some plugs, WiFi. The baristas that are always helpful and kind are Bree, Angie , Jon and Mike. Place is clean, plenty of seating available except maybe on some Fridays and some weekends. Century 25 movie theater is close by. Plenty of parking. read more

This location has really gone downhill the past couple of years. This used to be my go to Starbucks after I drop off the kids to school. My recent visit will absolutely be the last time I go to this location. There were so many people behind the bar. Yeah it took 30 minutes to make my drink. They just kept talking. Got my order wrong and unlike other Starbucks where they fix it, they made me go back in line to pay the difference because they messed up. This has been the worst customer service in a Starbucks I have ever experienced, and I will never go here again it's two minutes to go to the next one. that's where I will go now. Yesterday I felt very frustrated waiting for my drinks. The main problem was the big disorganization. It was three girls. Two were making the orders and one putting the order together for the customers. I guess the main problem was the one girl putting the orders together couldn't do it right. She wasn't reading the orders. She kept having to stop the two girls from making drinks to help her. Part of me wanted to just go behind the counter to do it for her. It was so frustrating to watch. I wasn't entirely happy with the service I experienced at this Starbucks. The store was pretty clean and parking was plentiful. After placing my order and paying with the Starbucks app, I found a table, which by the way needed to be wiped, and sat down and waited for my name to be called. There were quite a few people sitting at other tables and a long line of customers was forming at the register. When my name was called, I gathered my order and saw that I was missing an item. After I informed them what I was missing, they confirmed with one another that I did not say it when I placed my order. Wrong, it was the second item that I ordered and it was repeated back to me. I also frequently go to buy gift cards since I know a lot of people who unlike me like coffee. I went there recently to buy a gift card and I paid cash. After I paid, I was expecting a receipt but she said she couldn't print it because something was not working properly. I left without a receipt but it's a bit uncomfortable buying a gift card cash and not being given any sort of proof of the transaction. I also like to include it with gift card when I gift it in case there are any problems. The ambiance was fine. This Starbucks is conveniently located within Union Landing. I stopped by during the weekday and was able to work remotely at this location. They have a good amount of tables and outlets (if you need to plug in your electronics) and the staff here is friendly and attentive. The main thing that stood out to me about this Starbucks location that prompted me to write this review was their customer service to their regular customers. While I am not a regular, it is something to note when the staff knows their customers (some even by name) and are able to ask about their spouses, girlfriends, or children! This says a lot to me about how they really work to create a great homely local coffee shop kind of vibe and how they are definitely succeeding! Pretty sure this place can get super busy during the weekends due its location, but if you're coming during the daytime in the weekdays there is typically a vast amount of parking (at least from my own experience)! Asked for a Venti Iced Coffee (blended) to avoid all the calories and the gentleman at the register refused to make the drink the way I preferred. Said it would alter the flavor because it'd basically become 'ice chips'. I said, "that's ok." He rolled his eyes and said, 'how bout a coffee frapp?' I asked if it was the same thing in which he replied, 'yes'. I plug the venti coffee frapp into my Fitness Pal app and it's 350 calories!!! It's NOT THE SAME THING!
