Another Starbucks stop. Quiet shopping mall with several for lease signs. This Starbucks is located in the back corner of the shopping strip mall. It was quiet when we stopped in - around 5:30 pm. One other table occupied. The store was clean. The staff was friendly and the young gentleman greeted us when we entered. I ordered a Carmel Macchiato with an extra shot. Yummy! Consistency is key and what keeps me as a Starbucks customer. I will stop into this store again when I'm the area!! read more

My husband drinks this crap but I always goes get his coffee. It's becoming absolutely disgusting when they force a tip on you. Now a tip is at the customer's discretion NOT the business. If you order there they throw the iPad in ur face & say "it will ask you a question"their app is no better they just shove that tip right in your face to keeps popping up until u finish with the app order. Today I've got three notifications to adjust a tip, like hell I will! Employees sitting & bull sh#tting, you think ur getting a tip from me!! When you beg/ ask or however for a tip, or throw an attitude towards me because of not getting a tip you WILL NOT receive one. I told hubby make ur own damn coffee I'm not going back cause I can't stand their attitudes towards not getting tipped! (My hubby has severe anxiety & schizophrenia & he doesn't leave the house for anything so he won't go get it which is perfect!! I should give them a "tip" like "don't expect tips"! Not so great customer service, came here at around 5:20, and girl with black hair quickly came to tell us they're closing in 40 minutes before we could even sit down. Weird. After, we got our drink we tried leaving and she said the door was locked but we could exit from the front door. However opened/unlocked the door for customers right after we sat outside. Seemed bothered that we came in 40 minutes before closing? I would understand if it was 5 minutes before closing time but 40 minutes is weird. Not sure what her deal was but just rude and weird behavior! read more

This Starbucks is located in the Hedges Greene Shopping Center in Tualatin. It is next door to TJMaxx on one side and a Hallmark store on the other side. It has a nice atmosphere with plenty of seating options inside and a large outdoor patio with umbrellas outside. All the usual Starbucks drinks and bakery items are available here. I come to this location almost every day and I love every single person that works here. Everyone is always right and Smiley no matter how crazy it gets there. I'm taking the time today to give a shout out to the gentleman who always goes above and beyond for me and does little things like put a smiley face on my coffee. I'm not sure of his name I only see him a few days a week but he definitely knows who he is. He's a young man with curly hair and the sweetest personality ever. I just wanna make sure management knows how great the entire staff is at this location. I don't think I have ever come in here and been met with a bad attitude. When we came in their bakery case was full of flying bugs, and when I pointed it out they just replied they don't serve out of that case. That may be the case but it's disgusting to see a family of fruit flys in the food display and almost certainly speaks to the level of cleanliness they aim to uphold. read more

This starbucks is okay. Location is pretty good if you wanted to stop in the strip mall and do a little shopping. I feel that most starbucks look the same, so not much to say about that. Service depends on who is serving you. In the short time I was there, I was probably up to the register four times to purchase drinks and food. The first girl was bubbly and friendly. The second time I went to the register the perky girl was replaced by a younger, less friendly employee. Went up for another pastry with the same girl. After the last time I decided that I didn't really want to bother going back up to the register and put myself through another unfriendly exchange, so I left. Lots of tables. Perfect for studying. Quieter than the banshees that live above me. This Starbucks is by Perfect Look in the Haggen's strip mall. It has plenty of seating, indoors and outdoors. You won't find lots of the comfy chairs like in the Starbucks by Fred Meyer. I prefer the normal chairs with a table so I can unload copious amounts of school supplies and books. The service here is pretty average for any Starbucks. Adequately speedy when they are busy and pretty fast when you are the only one ordering a drink. I took away one star because their wireless slows down dramatically when more than a couple of people are on it. read more

I've came to this Starbucks location twice. Both times the staff were very unprofessional. I'm not sure what their problem was. I ordered my drink and it appeared that asking for light ice was a problem that the girl gave me ugly looks. They also asked for my name and when my drinks were ready they didn't even inform me or the next person. They just tossed the drinks on the counter and you had to go figure it out. OK. There are two Starbucks in this strap mall. One is in Haggen and another that I"m at is next to a haircut place at the corner. (I'm guessing this is the right one! Well, I'll move the review if I'm wrong). Nice layout. They have an outdoor seating on the back of the store away from the main parking lot facing The Art Walk. They got glass rather than opaque wall facing that so the store will be very nice and bright when it's sunny. The service was good too. I rarely visit this place, so I am not sure if it was an off day or it is a regular thing. Line was fast, I agree with the previous reviewer. I stopped by about a year ago - 5 star experience, very pleasant. I stopped by this year.. Uh.. Out of some baked goods even though still displayed, I got something else, which made my stomach upset for the rest of the day. Not sure if something was wrong with the pastry or just too much sugar on an empty stomach. But what really got me was - they need a major clean up of their carpeting and seating, ewww. I will try Starbucks in Haggen next time. Starbucks is an expensive special treat for me once in a while, so I expect to have a nice experience, this was not. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to... customer service is not on par with other Starbucks. I waited 5 minutes for them to tell me they had no iced coffee then another 10 for them not to make my drink correctly and tell me I could pour the half and half in myself... even though that's how I asked for it and they left no room. Starbucks is already so expensive for a simple cup of coffee. The least you can do is have the right prices marked on your baked goods. It's a little inexcusable that I'm paying more for a simple sandwich because you increased the price and didn't bother updating your signage. Next time, I'll just pass on eating here period. This is my favorite Starbucks. I've gone to several in Washington, Clackamas, and Multnomah counties. A lot of the employees are pleasant and kind at other locations but this particular location usually has relatively genuine employees that make an effort to get the order correct. I've gone here for several years off and on but had never written a review until now. I've made a few orders that were not done correctly but the employees have always made an effort to correct it without any sarcasm like some other places have done. This strip mall is not as busy as it had been similar to many across the country. However, how this Starbucks is able to hire genuinely friendly employees is beyond me. I use to go to the Starbucks closest to my job in LO where I was also a regular. They consistently were out of stock of my regular order and made it seem like it wasn't a big deal or to just order something different. Well, it wasn't such a big deal that I've decided to go with friendlier service and something closer to where I live. I'm aware it's competitive for this Starbucks - there is a Dutch Bros Coffee across the street. I've been there a few times. Despite the changes and competition I still enjoy going here when shopping at this local strip mall and will replace the other Starbucks I've gone to in the mornings before work with this one since they open early just like the other ones do. read more

This is a well-kept secret for being so available. This is a small store inside the grocery store, and has a door from the outside and the inside. The employees are all friendly and want to be there. Unlike other SB's, they like dealing with customers, and so I never go to the full-sized store in the same shopping center. They work hard to remember you and your drink, and the service is always good. read more

Went in around11:00 a.m. on Monday morning to the counter. No one was at the counter but two workers standing and talking at drive through window ( no customers). Two people inside talking while they were making one drink. The person who was suppose to be at counter no one knew where she was at. So myself and two other customers had to wait instead of someone helping us. Very poor management. Worst Starbucks, managed poorly. Myself and other customer went to another Starbucks after waiting for over 5 minutes. If your a working person this is not the location you want to go. Hagen location or Bridgeport a lot quicker and they will take care of you. read more
