a cup of coffee on a table
Udayan K.

I went here on a Sunday morning. It's a relatively small place, a corridor with about 5-6 tables. You're always within earshot of all of them. There is a cabinet with exotic looking wine on one end and the barista/cash counter on the other. There are a few snacks available as well, but the coffee is of course the main attraction. I thought I knew something about the espresso coffee variants, but I found myself stumped by the names of the drinks on there, and put on the spot, I went for the usual latte. Next time I will do more research beforehand and definitely pick one of the more exotic drinks. The coffee tasted great! Give it a try if you are looking for something different.

Decided to get a cold brew on nitro and my mind is blown. Leaps and bounds better then any cold brew I have ever had. I updated my review to a five star from a four star. This place is hands down the best coffee I have ever had and it is literally 2 minutes from my house! The baristas are knowledgeable and always polite. I love their outdoor seating it is a great place to chill and sip your Java.

Cafe Marzocca is a gem. They have a nice interior and exterior with plenty of fancy Italian espresso drinks. Wanna know what makes coffee even better? Wine tasting afterward! They have $10 wine tastings (with food included) every second Saturday of the month. This runs from noon to 3, and is veryyyyyyy popular, so come at least 30 min early if you want a good seat.

Wow! Great coffee. Feels like a coffee bar in a small Italian town. This is where the locals go. What a find

Perfect. Excellent customer service. The nitro was delicious. Service was quick, friendly and professional. Parking is easy. This is a great place for a quick coffee.

Yes this is a tiny cafe but who can say no to Illy coffee?? I fell in love with Illy coffee in Paris. It has a very unique strong aroma that no other coffee has yet able to beat. So I was super excited when I found that unique logo on the side of the street when I drove by Boones Ferry road. The decor inside is nice. Not overwhelming but cozy. They share the same parking lot and owner with Vin Italy and Ricardo's Restorante. Now I just wish they have the same soft fluffy chocolate croissant I had in France....

Drove all the way out to the area to try their coffee but they didn't update their hours. They're actually closed at 12 on Sundays.

Wow. I must write a long review here, because of how blown away we are…read more My husband and I, had the pleasure of dining here for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and I still have been compelled to return to write this review.. Quinten. The food. The wine. The ambiance. 10/10. * Food - Wild Mushroom Rigatoni: Top tier, perfectly priced, outstanding complexity of flavors, a literal culinary masterpiece. Ratatouille: They put a wonderfully unique spin on the traditional form. Served with bread to be enjoyed as an appetizer. Delicious. * Wine - My husband, a wine guru, is hard to impress. Yet the wines offered here, accomplished this hard goal! I watched his face light up with every single one! * The service: (our most memorable part) Quinten: elevated our entire experience. He now holds our #1 spot for providing us with the finest service we have ever encountered at a restaurant. We spent the whole ride home discussing how wonderful he made the night for us. His presentation, confident yet warm energy, communication, & knowledge were captivating. Quinten compliments the ambiance, the hard working chefs behind the cuisine, the wineries, and the visionary owner of the restaurant flawlessly. Ashley & Travis will forever request you, thank you for making this our new favorite restaurant around! We eagerly look forward to our next visit!

We both had the Estate tastings along with the hamburger, French fries, and hush puppies. The hush puppies were so good -- crispy, flavorful, and served with a tasty spicy sauce. The burger with Gouda was delicious too! Our only hiccup was the fries, which were undercooked at first, but when we mentioned it, Abby immediately took care of it, and the fresh batch came out perfect. It was our first time visiting, and we loved the cozy mix of indoor and outdoor seating. This is exactly the kind of place I could see myself becoming a regular at. Great wine, good food, and even better service.

We also ordered a classic burger which was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and sat on a pillowy brioche bun. So good! Service was delight, our server was friendly and super informative. OK, so the fries were not as crispy as we'd like but that's not a dealbreaker. The space is great, the upstairs is nice and woody and warm, with a patio overlooking the street giving it a Euro vibe.

The bartender (a more mature fellow) was casually talking to someone, not serving him - standing in the restaurant talking. No one acknowledged we were there - or they would come back in a min. There were obviously plenty of people working a gal was putting candles on tables etc - we waited TEN mins to even have someone come over and give us a menu. The bartender seemed irritated at my question of did they have a pinot gris in the happy hour menu. "no, only chardonnay". And, when I asked for a taste - also seemed to irritate him. The food is great here - that is without question, which is why we went. And, it didn't disappoint. However - receiving the bill - there is a weird ADDED $1.25 for a "Hosting Fee"... Hosting Fee??? what the heck is thattttt. (if you google it will tell you that it's for 'helping the employees' basically) What? Then, I had gotten a regular non-premium martini. It says in menu Well Drinks are $8. A regular martini is just their well vodka and should be that. The charge for the martini was $12.00! Never going back - the service was lously. They are padding their prices and I can get much better treatment (and pours) at Five Spice or Tucci!

The combination of ingredients was thoughtful. The mahi mahi is a must! The hamachi appetizer was right up our alley of taste and appreciation. Spicy Kung pao cauliflower - fantastic! Definitely order. Great flavor, texture, sauce…read more Balsamic glaze Brussels - tasty although watch out for those pork belly fat pieces, neither of us cared for that. It made the dish unnecessarily greasy and they didn't add any flavor or texture that enhanced the dish. Confetti of lentils - five stars! Superb flavor for everything. Lentils were awesome and the red peppers had a smokey vinegar flavor which reminded me of pizza! Would absolutely order again. Black Cod special - unfortunately we were very disappointed with this one! For the $38 price tag you get a speck of fish, which was cooked to perfection but poor flavor, and the edemame puree didn't help mask it. The bar has an awesome atmosphere too. Especially once it gets dark outside the mood of the bar becomes even more intimate and inviting. View is stunning in the daytime so you can't go wrong anytime of day. Janice was a peach as a server and Molly the manager was a doll to work with with our gift card hiccup. Overall I give this a 4.5 but was happy to round up to a five. Next time I'd want to try more appetizers.
