Love the coffee but can only afford when there's a special! $7 for a medium is too high for me!

Had a friend visiting, brand new Dutch customer, and we came multiple times because she loved it so much. Unfortunately I was so bummed about the service we had twice with the person who came to the car side door to take our order. They 'weren't friendly at all, barely smiled, didn't engage much besides "what are you having," and they didn't look like they wanted to be there at all. The another time there was a different person who took our car side order and it was only slightly better but not much. It's been a few years, so let's update my review, shall we?... I'm still diggin Dutch Bros after all these years. I still come here at least 4-5 times a week. Most of the time I get a warm welcome, and most of the bro-istas recognize me and know my drinks. And there is usually some sort of recognition, and friendly banter back and forth. One of the biggest selling points to me (besides the friendly people) is that they offer tremendous sugar-free, flavored latte's with alternative milk options. To me that is huge, as that is a necessity for me, diet-wise. The other part that matters a lot to me is drink accuracy. I would say they get the drink right at least 95% of the time, and maybe that's actually under-stating it, if anything. Compare that to Starbucks and Peete's in the area, and the difference is really stark, in every way that matters to me. Keep up the great work guys/girls, and I'll keep commin back. read more

The workers are always kind. The music is blasting and the energy is good. Nobody has been rude and we have gotten consistent delicious coffee every time. They're fast and efficient. Recommend to anyone looking to grab a good coffee. read more

This is the worst Dutch I've ever been to. they are ALWAYS SUPER SLOW, come to the car to take your order, but don't start working on it until you hit the window. Dutch Bros coffee is generally good, but for the price it is now it's almost not worth it. what used to make the price worth it was the friendly people and atmosphere but that is completely gone now. the people they have working both in the stand and as runners are completely incapable of any level of customer service. when asked how their day is going they said good and then just stare at you. it's really disappointing, I would honestly rather just make coffee at home than pay to be ignored. best of luck to the gen z workers though read more

Hit this Dutch prob 2-3 times / week, I'm an afternoon guy... Med Iced Mocha, cut with 2%... sometimes a slash of Irish Cream. Know most of the faces in there.. Ray and the crew always take care of me or us.... always fun and chipper. Always attentive with the pad outside, easy to order. My drink is like my afternoon delight... always made just right. My least favorite Dutch due to location and the line is always out to the road, but drinks are always consistent and the service is always super friendly. Not the quickest Dutch either. But I had time to kill before my appointment close by but stopping here definitely made me a few late to my appointment because it was not quick! read more

I've been craving a gingerbread coffee for a few weeks now, so when I went to order a coffee yesterday (11/25) I was stoked when I saw one available! I ordered online thru the app and showed up about 10 minutes later - around 2:40pm. When I was at the light close to the store I saw no cars on either side of the drive thru. Great! I'll get my coffee right away and get going! Instead I pull up and see a bunch of employees leaned against the counter chatting and my coffee had not even been started yet.. A little irritating but its whatever. They whip it up in less than a minute and I'm on my way. After my first sip I noticed how bland it was. I figured maybe it wasn't mixed well so I grabbed a straw I had in the car and mixed it up and nope! still super bland. If I didn't KNOW I ordered a gingerbread latte, I would NOT HAVE KNOWN. I paid 7$ for a bland, lukewarm, mediocre latte. I guess I got reminded why I dont frequent Dutch Bros anymore. Waste of money. read more

Super disappointed with the service today. It's my 30th birthday and I really wish I would have used my free drink at a different location.

I go out of my way to way come here even though it's not the exactly the closest DB. They're usually fast and the drinks are consistently good (for the most part). Today I got a iced green tea with honey and it's like 80% ice. That's usually a Starbucks thing and even then I've never gotten this much ice from them ... what's going on Dutch bros?!! I literally have no idea what is going on at this Dutch Bros. There's like 6 girls working at this drive thru on any given day and still stuff takes 20 minutes to get because they are literally chatting with their guy friend. When you have a line of cars waiting it doesn't mean take your time talking to your buddy. I watched them do this and after the second time I WILL NOT BE BACK. Grow up. Realize that customers are on their way to work etc and are locals of Oregon City and know who you are. I'm being nice by not dropping names. Dutch Bros has notoriously small parking lots, so when a line builds up it is not great. But they'd rather chat it up then get to work and realize they have a line of cars out in the street. Stupid. Everyone is super nice. Of course it can be really slow a lot of the time but that is really the only problem. One of my favorite experiences there was when I was driving through and they asked how I was and I told them how I was failing one of my classes. I love Dutch Bros, not a huge coffee drinker but they got super delicious drinks for me too. Iced kicker or a white chocolate iced kicker is about the most coffee tasting I get. I mostly get flavored iced Rebel drinks. Rebel is their energy drink similar to a Red Bull and can get it flavored so many different ways, when the kids come they love the fruit smoothies and we all like the treats. This location has to be one of the best, staff is amazing and remembers my drink, friendly and quick great service every time with consistent drinks. read more

1st place gave me a free cup since it's been while since i've been to OR and was a pleasant surprise. Coffee was clean and tasted as good as it did years ago as was the service. 2nd place was friendly but I asked for 2 Splendas inside coffee Since hot didn't taste till too far to turn back. It was Stevia. I'm picky about my coffee and dont always use even Splenda when traveling but never Stevia. It's to bitter and in my opinion ruins the whole coffee experience. read more

I'm not ashamed to admit the following; I am by no means a coffee purist. Some people denounce all sorts of flavoring and additives. "Real coffee drinkers know how to distinguish between this bean and that bean. You need to drink it black to really appreciate the flavor profile" Look.....I'm not here to rain on anyone's parade. And there's definitely truth to the aforementioned. But please....let me enjoy my chain coffee in peace. I'm not strong like you. If I see a "birthday cake latte" I'm going to succumb. Sometimes coffee is a way to wake up and concentrate, other times I want desert. Is a chain ever going to give you that full authentic superior brew experience? No. But as far as chains go, Dutch Bros is top dog. It even slightly beats my precious Dunkin Donuts (EVER so slightly.) Most Dutch Bros don't offer seating, but rather two drive thru windows. Like any good shop, you have all the traditional beverages covered. But they also have a variety of interesting flavors at your disposal (cherry blossom, cotton candy, german chocolate, dinosaur egg? I'm just scratching the surface) it's fun, in an overgrown child type of way. What can I say? They do niche drinks better than almost anyone. And you can have it in nearly any way you'd like. Cold brew, iced, blended, frozen. You name it. On my worst days I'm a fan of the annihilator. It's a much more delicious version of a stimulant. Not a coffee drinker? You're in luck. Dutch bros has maybe one of the most extensive non coffee menus I've ever seen. Tea, smoothies, lemonade, sodas, hot cocoa. Seriously....what the hell can't these people do? On the sliding scale price wise, I'd say they're in between Dunkin and Starbucks. But I feel like they have the right to be, the menu is mad diverse. Sizes are pretty standard 16 oz being small and 32 oz being large. Go big or go home, right? Can't be 5 stars because we have to be realistic that local brews will always win the coveted 5, but god damn is it close. My one complaint? Why aren't you in Utah. The Cadillac of drive-thru coffee shops and some of the fastest baristas in the southland. Always perky, prompt and fun. Dutch Brothers is the best coffee option in Tualatin, which sadly doesn't have much else aside from multiple Starbucks. West Linn, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville and Sherwood all have local coffeehouses that also operate as neighborhood hangouts, but I haven't found one in Tualatin and I lived there for 12 years. I find their coffee drinks to be cloyingly sweet so my visits tend to be for my kids who order their chocolate milk, hot chocolate or mini fruit smoothies. All are served with whipped cream on the straw. If you are taking it home, just ask for whipped cream on the inside so you don't have a whipped cream avalanche. Learned that one the hard way. For a splurge, I sometimes let them order muffin tops (hello Seinfeld) which are ridiculously decadent. This place is all about ease and convenience. It really is the McDonalds of the coffee world. Not my favorite coffee place, but there are really no better options in Tualatin. Oh, and this location really does have a superior drive-thru compared to their other locations in the area. read more

This is the first DUTCH Bros I ever went to and I loved their drive thru, happy attitude & creamy drinks. But, you have to be in the mood for sweet 'cause that's the way they swing. Though I seriously don't think my hubby should be allowed to get the 911 drink because he can't think clearly afterward. I suspect it doesn't hurt that the staff is always hot and you can check them out really good from your car. My off color idea for a new sticker: "Dutch Bros - Making more chubby hubby's than Ben & Jerry's." Keep up the great work! Why not 5 stars??? Not enough boys to men on the payroll. read more

My co worker went to this location to get us all coffee that were in the office, when she got there and ordered all drinks their card machine went down and they told her to go get cash and come back for them (with some of these drinks being blended and wouldn't be any good by the time she got back.) She wasn't expecting to get the coffee for free but also they didn't even offer them to her on Dutch bros cost since this was an inconvenience on Dutch's part, they just kept them and told her they would be dumping them down the sink since she didn't have the cash on her for the coffees - Not the kind of "Customer service" you'd expect from a place like Dutch. Do better. Don't see us ordering coffee from them again after this poor service. read more

Every time I come to this location I am waiting over 15-20 minutes for a coffee with having 2 lines. I'm sitting in line and I'm watching 3+ workers come out to the line to talk to ONE car. I get that they are super friendly but any other Dutch I have never experienced such slow service. Oregon city location has one line and it goes way faster than this location. Every time I come the outside person taking orders from the cars doesn't go in order from when the cars get there and on top of that is very slow. I would recommend more staffing or more training because it's terrible service read more
