When I first moved here, I stopped in out of curiosity, and I still remember how genuinely kind and welcoming every employee was. As someone who was new to the area, that first impression meant a lot. Three years later, the same warm atmosphere keeps me coming back. Their hours have always worked perfectly with my schedule, giving me a comfortable place to study after work. There is plenty of seating, and best of all, lots of outlets, which has been a lifesaver for someone like me with an ancient laptop that seems to lose battery the moment I turn it on! Beyond the amazing coffee and cozy ambiance, what really sets this place apart is its commitment to the community. They regularly host events that are open to the public and even keep an event calendar posted so customers can stay informed. I've also seen them partner with organizations like Prisma HealthCare to offer free health screenings, which speaks volumes about how much they care about the people they serve. This isn't just a coffee shop. It's a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and connected. Between the wonderful employees, delicious coffee, inviting atmosphere, and genuine sense of community, it's easy to see why I've been a loyal customer for so long. Thank you for creating such a special place. You've made Arizona feel a little more like home.

The kind of place you come when you want to slow down, sip something good, and let the stress melt off. The staff were friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better. I'll still head to other coffee shops when I need to get work done, but I will definitely be back here to relax and destress. A wonderful place, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The lady gave me a snarky comment and said, "yeah you got Vietnamese coffee, that's what it will taste like". That's definitely not true, I've had Vietnamese coffee plenty of times and it was delicious. The gentlemen who was making the coffee was nice and said he would look into their supply. He remade my coffee for their salted caramel. It was very mild, wish the flavor had been more pronounced. But overall it wasn't a bad drink. Overall this place has become a pass for me.

I would definitely order it again, especially for the fall vibes. The interior was super cozy, clean, and seemed like the perfect spot to get some work done. I'll definitely have to come back and try other drinks!

Drinks were delicious and they have decaf espresso so you can still have their lattes even if caffeine is not for you. I had the avocado toast and my friend had the caprese toast. Both were made fresh but came out fast, and they were very tasty. Plenty of parking in the plaza outside. My friend and I went right at opening time on a Sunday, it got really crowded within about 30 min of that. They have a cute photo booth on the premises too. You can use your credit card in it (so, no cash needed) and you get to choose color or black and white for your photos. It initially charged my card but didn't let us take photos. We had to wait for a manager to come help reset the machine. Aside from that, it was a great visit!

I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. Glad to see Infusion takes customer feedback seriously.
