Yeah so this Starbucks location is close to work. I come here to grab a Tarragon Chicken Salad sandwich and a coffee. Parking is ok if you come early in the morning before the Habit wakes up. Service is pretty good although the drive-thru window takes priority. Never too crowded - just your usual poser with laptop or ipad hanging out. There's also seating outside. I'm a to-go type so that doesn't matter much. They are consistently quick, never messed up an order and that's what keeps me coming back. read more

I'm really disappointed in the cleanliness of this Starbucks. Most recently, my wife and I stopped here to grab a coffee on our date night. There was an open, half eaten subway sandwich on the counter, coffee spill stains on the bar and generally dirty floors. It raised the question - "what do things look like behind the counter?" When we looked, we found more of the same...over flowing trash cans and whole gallons of milk sitting out on the counter. The coffee and food that we get from this store are on par with other stores - pretty darn good, you just don't leave feeling good about eating/drinking it when you're there. read more

I look forward to my morning coffee and pay a considerable amount for that cup every day. Twice this week and several other times since I've started stopping at this location my venti carmel ribbon crunch frap without whip comes with the whipped cream and is half frappuccino, half watered down. When I allow myself the time to sit in the drive thru or wait patiently in the lobby, I expect to get the cup of coffee I'm paying for. I'm very disappointed however with every negative comment, there should be a positive...the staff is always super friendly. read more

I love the customer service here - Randie was very helpful & genuinely friendly with taking my order and also giving me info on the Starbucks Rewards program. She is also very good at remembering customers names while they are still here if they head back up for a refill, or in my case a breakfast sandwich! I love this location. Any rare time I've had an issue they've been quick to fix it for me and go above and beyond! I got there at least once a day if not twice and everyone makes you feel welcome and appreciated. They care at this location. Lee the store manager is amazing he really does Starbucks a credit to be part of their company. The other two guys that work there are always so nice and attentive. And all the girls are amazing even the new ones who made sure to ask me if they got my order right since they had never taken it before but heard me or seen me order it and wanted to make sure my drink was up to standard. The layout of this location is odd. You go to the end of the counter furthest from the door to pick up your drink. There are some soft seats and a couch if you get lucky enough to arrive when they aren't in use. Also, a few tables and a mister outside. Service was quick and friendly and the bathrooms were clean. read more

Everyone loves Starbucks, but sadly at this location has terrible customer service. I walked in, no welcome or anything like everyone usually gets. Stood at the counter and the young girl kept waking back and forth, then cleaned out the drain then finally came to the register and said "what would you like?" No how are you or what can I make for you today. Her makeup was completely blacked out eyes, had scars all over her arms and no smile. Definitely wont be returning to this location again. I've been back to this location many times but the service is hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are friendly and other times they just ignore me. I usually order using the Starbucks app and while they advertise in this location about skipping the line by using the mobile app, I often get stuck waiting for a while for someone to acknowledge me when I'm trying to pick up my order. I know the location is busy but the employees should still acknowledge you when you're standing right in front of them. read more

Came to this Starbucks with my mum and little sister. The Barista was rude and they all talk about you like you aren't even sitting there. Usually Starbucks calls out your name when your drink is ready, but when we went up to the counter, our drinks were just sitting there.. Service is overall good but somehow everytime I go there they manage to mess up my drink and they are simple drinks on the menu no extra things like syrup. I'm not a complainer so I'm just pretend to be satisfied and also their drinks taste bitter compared to other locations I've been too. First time to this location and the barista gave me attitude and was pretty rude when I asked to get a tea refill (I'm a gold member) He told me they only give refills within 30min of original purchase (I had been there 45min..) and that I shouldn't expect to get refills at all because otherwise it would be like I'm getting a free drink. I noticed other people's comments about cleanliness so I made sure to look. behind the counter was clean and I did see staff clean while I was there. several tables have crumbs on them but people were sitting there when I came in. the creamer area was clean. Out of the four Starbucks locations close to my home, this one has really gone downhill in both their customer service and in the quality of their drinks. At least 5 times in the last few months, my drinks have been made incorrectly. Most of the employees are unfriendly if not downright rude. This Starbucks is the location closest to our home, and it has a drive-through, and yet we will go out of our way to go to another location because of the poor quality and service. We have called the Corporate headquarters and lodged a few complaints, but nothing has changed. read more

I have been coming to this Starbucks for awhile and there is a reason why. I started out with the drive-thru that has always been fast. Even if there are 10 cars in line, I can count on getting my coffee within 5 minutes max. Way awesome for someone like me who is constantly on a busy schedule. I then went inside one morning when I had extra time and the staff was so friendly! Everyone was engaging, they completely made the best coffee ever! And my breakfast I ordered was just the perfect temp to eat right away. The store manager introduced himself to me as Nicholas and has made a point to say hi to me every morning since I've been back, even on drive-thru. If I could give zero stars for this specific Starbucks location I WOULD! The service was terrible me and my friend walked in and literally waited 10 min keep in mind we were the only ones in line. There were two people by the counter and we weren't greeted or acknowledged once. They did make eye contact with us several times but ignored us! Hey it's the Starbucks way but not every Starbucks is that way. Well this one is an Oasis and they are always there with a smile and some conversation. The wifi service in my opinion is better than that of other Starbucks locations. There are also bigger desks for working space since outside has some shades available. The parking space is a bit small which is a downside, but the drinks are good and the bathroom is clean.
