The Caramel brulee topping has a nice crunch, no additional flavor. Had the iced apple crisp non dairy cream chai. Pretty good. It has a nice apple flavor. Slightly reminds me of an apple scented candle. Chai or oat milk seems to make the drink thick no matter if it is pumpkin apple or gingerbread oat milk chai. Atmosphere - Loud holiday music playing when I visited. I did not visit the restroom. Not hot or cold inside. I have been to some places where it's been hot. Good sized Starbucks. Don't wast your time with this location. Bad vibe from the moment you walk in. I was greeted with. What can I get you instead of hello. How is there not a single employee? and that was after I intentionally smiled, like the staff are intentionally ignoring the friendly gesture. For five dollars for a cup of coffee. I was hoping that Starbucks would live up to its name I've customer Service but it seems to be a trend in several locations. Are a good note. The Starbucks at McClintock and Ray Road is outstanding and has a great vibe with people who love working there, and welcoming everybody in for the inflated coffee. Prices that we pay. No room for cream in the coffee despite being asked to do so. Flavoring on the Pistachio Latte was only tasted as the dregs on the bottom; why not take seven seconds to give the drink a stir? Ditch the headsets and start caring about the people standing right in front of you. We've been going to this location for many years but the vibe has changed. This is an excellent SB with all the bases covered. There is all types of seating- cushy work spaces, lounge chairs in and outside enclosed patio with above avg. indoor space. Staff does an excellent job especially Barista Sam. The only minor issue I had is they don't stay open later; so you can enjoy cooler evening temps on the nice patio. read more

I chose to go inside and I noticed that every person was greeted and the staff was super friendly. Everyone was smiling, people said hi and bye it was just really pleasant. As I waited for my drink, even the customers were friendly. It was 8am! Who knew. My drink (vt iced cinnamon almond milk macchiato) was also very delicious. Tons of seating and a well thought-out floor plan. There's a nice variety places to sit whether you come in alone, with a friend, or as a group. Tons of windows, so great light during the day. It's fairly busy and well populated, so it's a good spot to have those ambient coffee shop noises around you while you work. Power outlets at many tables. Clean bathrooms. The outdoor area is great as well, and this location has a nice cushioned wicker sectional that others don't have. Lastly, friendly baristas who don't *outwardly* appear to be judging me for my many refills! Overall a pretty great 'Bucks and I hope they stay consistent! read more

Quite a departure from the sad little Wendy's this location used to be. It's very spacious with a sleek, sophisticated interior. Of all the Starbucks that I have frequented, this one seems to call out to me. Plenty of sunshine filters through the windows for an overcast tan. So you can actually be the person wearing sunglasses indoors for a real reason. Lots of outlets provided for your laptop, iPhone, external charger, and hey! even George-Foreman- ha! JK! But lots of tables per square footage of space. And definitely a variety of seating options: tall intimate stools, communion table, bridge or mah-jong-sized tables, patio couches and chairs, and solo leather couches. Music is always tasteful and set to a volume of I-can-actually-hear-you-when-you-are-talking-next-to-me. One thing I noticed with this location is the temperature. How weird is it to have to bring in my sleeping bag or ask a stranger for body warmth indoors when it's melting outside? Not here thank goodness! And of course - service! I've been here enough to say that service has been good to me. A drive-through is available here. I haven't drove through yet, but I think either way, you'll probably have good and bad service experiences. Bad service is most likely due to the car in front of you who ordered 4+ drinks. So that being said, beware there is an IT factor! An ITch of some sort! IT is here time and time again!! IT never goes away!! IT is annoying!! IT makes me vomit in my mouth!! My family and I came in to grab a quick cup and wifi. The good: The interior is huge with a lot of seating and a very comfortable vibe. Music was chill and the volume was at an appropriate level. The bad: I'm not a fan of having to look for half and half or coffee creamer. I believe if the joint is open, the creamer should be placed appropriately where you dress your drink up. They keep the creamer on the server drink delivery counter. I guess the walk is just too far to place it where it should go. The ugly: The front counter was a mess. There were two registers that were cluttered with bars and boxes. I almost felt like they were purposely placed there to let us know that they were closing soon. And most disappointing was the fact that I stood there waiting to be helped for about five minutes. Stay focused on what makes Starbucks so great. They are super quick and efficient. I know I pay a bit more for my coffee but if the drive thru is speedy and quick it is worth it. I always order the same thing so it helps with speed as well. I love the associates who work here. They are always swamped, but they're still friendly; they say hi when you walk in the door, ask how you are, ect. This is a very busy location and a really fun place to people watch if you've got some time in the morning. My only complaint is the parking, some days the drive thru line gets so long it blocks in the cars sparked in the parking lot. I think parking and going in is faster than driving thru so I try and park a little ways away (near the Italian restraint) to avoid this. read more

Very unpleasant experience at this location, Employees are not focused and immature for their age and clueless on what they're doing.

So far I've been here at least 15 times. Doesn't matter if I order an easy drink like tea or regular brewed coffee, or something special like one of their Reserve blends on the Clover, the service is fast, friendly, and attentive. I was here probably the first weekend they opened, and then also in the early morning, afternoon, weekends, and weekdays with no problems. The space is lovely, with plug-ins and seating for everyone. I know Starbucks employees are known for their friendliness, but I cannot stress enough how friendly they are here, regardless of how early it is. The staff is competent as well. A great thing about this location too, is that it's not nearly as crowded or as hectic as the other two locations closest to here.
