Nice staff but notice a pattern. Weekends the drive thru line is a 30min wait and everything is in stock and every other day no-one will be in line but they are sold out of alot. Coffee taste hasn't always been consistent but when it's good it's good. Just not very consistent. read more

It seems no matter where you go that Starbucks is predictably slow and expensive. I flew from Rhode Island to Arizona and felt like I had never left home. I do love their coffee so I return but I just wish that there were a way that they could bring down their prices and serve people a little faster. They are always friendly when they make you wait so long to get your coffee but it just seems that coffee should be a quicker thing to make. But I do enjoy their coffee and so I go back sometimes read more

Horribly slow. Every single time. I want to think it's people ordering big orders or complicated drinks but it's just the face that the employees cannot get their act together. I do t even know why I'm posting, I could make a vat of coffee at home faster than it would take waiting in the drive thru line. read more

This Starbucks is a convenient distance from my house. I've ordered in, gone through the drive through and done mobile ordering here. I always miss the initial turn into the parking lot going south on Rural. The drive through is always packed here during the day, though it usually moves pretty quickly. The baristas are usually pretty friendly, however if they are super busy there's a couple of baristas that act like the littlest inconvenience is the end of the world. I've had my order taken incorrectly a couple of times and although they probably weren't upset with me, it creates an extremely uncomfortable situation. Mistakes happen, it's ok. Additionally, since this is the closest location to my house, it is the only one I've done mobile ordering to. I've noticed between my drink and the drinks that I see just sitting there, that they don't seem as filled as if you were to come in to order or grab through the drive through. It's been pretty consistent on less drink in the cup from what I've experienced and have seen that it kind of deters me from using the mobile order feature. Lastly, I do appreciate the earlier and later hours because I have more opportunity to get that late night caffeine fix if I need to. So four stars for location convenience, hours of operation, and overall friendliness (minus a couple baristas, but two people can't make up the determination for all of them). read more

Does anyone know why the store abruptly shut down on Monday June 8th with a reopen designated as Saturday June 13 and the store reopened just as abruptly Thursday June 11??? My boyfriend and were delivering post mates and individual ordered Starbucks from this location..however it was closed due to a power outage so we pulled into a parking spot. Not even 5 minutes later an employee came out with a drink and a pastry and gave it to us for the inconvenience. I'm a shift at Starbucks and I just want to say it was lovely what you guys did. Proud to be a partner!! Thank you read more

Great service! Comfortable seating &) Polite staff :) Couldn't ask for any better, thank you! A+ read more

i got the strawberry açaí refresher with apple juice and it tasted so flavorful i get it every time! the lady taking my order was named jennifer and she was so nice she gave me an extra sticker even tho i thought my own cup! so much love to jennifer she deserves the world read more

The last 5 times I've come through this drive thru they have been out of the sausage breakfast sandwich. Insult to injury is that every time they also have a chalkboard sign at the entrance of the drive thru advertising that they "Now have the sausage breakfast sandwich back!!" At least take the sign down if you don't have it. Today, I declined ordering anything else since that what I specifically came for, and waited in the drive thru line for nothing. I work in the industry. Please stock appropriate, or at least advertise appropriately so as not to waste peoples time. read more

Looks like they got their act together and are back to the excellent service and food in the restaurant (except in drive thru, the wait can sometimes be short other times long. Issue with drive through is if ordering a blended beverage they make it and have it sitting there while still making the drinks for the car ahead of you. Thus your blended drink can be melted 60-80% by the time you get it. ) read more

Slow, horrible service and over charged me for my coffee. Management needs to wake up and get the store in a better place. I will never come back here. read more

I love this Starbucks and visit frequently when I have big school assignments due. The staff is friendly, the building is a perfect size, and the overall atmosphere and its location keep me coming back. My only problem with this location is that it is always freezing cold inside! I understand keeping the A/C on full blast during the summer, but even during the fall and winter, it is so cold! I work at a coffee shop, so I understand that it can get pretty warm making drinks by an espresso machine for hours, maybe that's why it is always cold. Even just a few degrees warmer would make a huge difference though! read more

Like goes fast. Staff is really friendly. Always get my drink right. Highly recommend.

One of the fastest drive thru Starbucks locations. During the weekdays, it may seem packed with the line but the line goes very quickly. Some people may drive off because of it, but they may not know that this location has speedy service even during the busiest mornings on weekdays. read more

Sell soft drinks. I will give you a LOT more money! I don't like coffee and neither do my granddaughters so coming to starbucks is a pain in the hiney. But we all love my hubby and daughter so we come here once in a while. If they sold soft drinks at a reasonable price we would drive through daily. Think about it! Follow me for more reviews. read more

Usually pretty quick service. One time the chick in the drive thru asked me my name, just because she wanted to know it... so that was creepy. read more

Very close to home so thought I'd come here before church. The staff here are extremely nice and are very productive. The external environment does not do the building any justice as to how big it is inside. It's very modern inside with a touch of that old coffee house chic furniture. My order came out perfect. Great location but a little hard to get into. I would definitely come back to this location read more

I used to like this place. I would go there on my days off have coffee and get some work done! One time they didn't make my coffee the way I want " I am sometimes picky with how I like to drink my Starbucks coffee" but I always explain to them how I like it and they recognize me because I go there a lot! But when I asked the barista that I like my coffee this way he was mad and remade it and gave me that attitude... normally when something like this happen in different starbucks they are nice about it and they apologize that they didn't make it they way I explained to them. But I guess this barista is not used to remaking orders. Just won't go there much anymore.. also people who work there are very very loud, it's annoying! read more

This particular Starbucks is a complete disgrace to the Starbucks franchise and other stores across the NATION. They are constantly out of everything and anything you could think of. I've even gone at a ripe 5am and they were OUT of tea. They managed to be all out of tea for the next few DAYS succeeding that one particular morning. Along with them being constantly out of all things Starbucks??? I have also had a very unpleasant experience there with one of the workers. My friend and I had pulled into the drive thru and there was a van that was a few feet off the turn in for the drive thru that wasn't moving so we just drove past it. The monitor screen wasn't working and we heard no word from any worker so we just pulled up to the window as we were maybe one of two cars there. When we pulled up to the window to order, the worker very rudely "informed" us that they had a worker out taking orders who to our "mistake" was hidden behind that van I had mentioned earlier. She was very unfriendly, condescending, and completely unprofessional. This experience alone should have deterred me from ever going there again but alas, I went again and of course, you guessed it! No bacon Gouda. I would not recommend going to this location as there is much more efficient and friendlier location up rural road off of Vista Del Cerro, right next to Potbelly sandwich shop. (: Happy Holidays! read more

Used to go to this Starbucks all the time and never really had any bad experiences here. The 2 stars is because of a recent visit when the barista (didn't catch her name) openly hit on my fiance while I was ordering. Super unprofessional and I'm a stickler for customer service. Good thing there's another Bucks across the street. read more

They are always out of stock of the drink I order. It's incredibly frustrating. And also predictable. Order more supplies so you can actually accommodate customers. Being out of stock 50 percent of the time is unacceptable. read more

Literally spent 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Sierra who was working at the bar looked at me many times and didn't say anything. There's 3 other people working.. I mean standing around and no one asked if I needed assistance. Poor Sierra. read more

Their staff is really nice and the location is very new and clean. They are very good about getting the orders right (which is obviously super important.) It's a great starbucks location. read more

I love Starbucks as a brand. This store could use an update. Don't get me wrong, I will continue to visit this store regularly as the baristas are great. Its just very crowded and the internet rarely works. Not the best place to go if you plan to get any work done on your computer. read more

Customer service can use some work and they are quite slow, especially the drive thru. This Starbucks is on the way to my work and I never know if my order will be correct or if I'll have to wait 15 minutes for a coffee. read more

My favorite starbucks! I drink starbucks everyday and this is the best one I go too. Dealing with drive though the line is always long but they are very fast here. The customers are always very nice happy which is always a plus :) I will continue to keep going to this starbucks! read more

This place is right down the street from my place so i would walk to here in the morning or anytime in the afternoon to grab sweets or whatever. Friendly staffs but they run out of pastry items quickly. One time i walked in around 4 and they didn't have birthday cake pops which are my favorite. On weekends almost always full of people. It is in the same shopping mall as whole foods market too. read more

My favorite go to Starbucks! Our drinks always come out right and the staff is super energetic and courteous!! Highly recommend this location!!! read more

Beware of the freshly minted baristas not knowing the difference between leaving "room" in an Americano and throwing the already diluted Americano down the drain to make "room." I'm more interested in the flavor an extra shot will make with less water than the volume of a full cup. And then to remedy the "room" request by throwing it away defeats the purpose. read more

I go here 5 days out of the week. I work across the street from them. About 3/5 times I'm calling to complain how awful their drinks are. I finally got tired of wasting my time and money here. I now prefer to drive a bit farther to another Starbucks. These people really need to be retrained on their drinks! read more

So on Wednesday February 12 2020 at 4:40 pm I come into the restaurant to order. What happens is the two employees don't even acknowledge me or say a word. I just stand there for like 5 minutes and decide to walk out. The girl in the pink and blue colored hair could have said something she didn't. The girl mixing the drinks didn't even make eye contact. I just feel the customer service was very poor. read more

Worst Starbucks ever girl was sitting there labeling cups for 5 minutes meanwhile waiting customers were getting their drinks spilt from the ditz next to her. Didn't make the drink right on a 1 drink order. If I owned this franchise I would have cleaned house and long ago. The manager did not say sorry or anything to the multiple customers waiting and upset. If I could give less then a 1 star I would. read more

Best Starbucks ever! The managers in the morning, during the week, are amazing!! They've made it a point to memorize mine and my co-workers names and orders, they greet us and just ask us if we want our regular. Not to mention how fast they are! It just makes my morning! read more

My partner and I moved to Arizona seven years ago from the "small town big city" of San Diego where we walked everywhere and it felt like we knew everyone for eight square blocks, every restaurant knew your favorite dish, and people stopped to chat you up on the street. Needless to say, it was difficult to leave that behind for a new home where we didn't know anyone, walking places is much more difficult, and there are more chains and corporate stores and almost no independents. I am happy to say, we have finally found our place "where everybody knows your name," we always feel welcome, and we enjoy the company of the staff. Surprisingly, we found this in perhaps the biggest chain of them all- our local Starbucks. The manager Jami is laid back and has a good time with her crew. It's one of the few Starbucks I've been to where the manager actually *works* alongside her team and encourages a fun and friendly atmosphere. The gang here doesn't have to try hard to have fun- it comes natural to all of them and they are always on point with both drinks and banter. Ashley always makes our drinks perfectly!! We will keep coming (yes, I drive there even though it's only four blocks) and let the water in my Verisimo go stale. You can't get good people like this out of a Verisimo Pod! read more

I frequent this Starbucks Monday-Friday on my way into work and have come to love this location. The staff is above and beyond here! The morning crew for the drive through always puts a smile on my face and they are FAST and Accurate! This location is doing something right to retain such amazing people read more

This place is awesome!! The food is not like fast food, it reminds me of European bakeries. This location in particular was even better today. I didn't have enouph money to pay, it was 10 and I had 4 left to pay, and she still gave me the food. It's small things like this that make me an optimist. Thank you!!! read more

Wow. I backed up and left the drive thru because the guy was so rude today. I'm a Starbucks regular of many locations and like most people I stick to my usual drink. He argued me about my order. Made me feel crappy so I left and went to another. read more

I like this location. Anytime I am in the Tempe area getting my hair done I always stop here. They are fast, super polite and never mess up my drink :D. I like their sandwiches better than my location in Gilbert. I am all about the mobile order so anytime I can use this feature and it's ready for me upon arrival, I'm all for! read more

Went to this location for my usual iced tea before work and thought I'd beat the drive thru line and walked in. That was my mistake. I had one person in front of me, yet it took 5 minutes for them to take my order and somehow 15 minutes to pour my tea. I probably would've gotten through quicker if I'd chosen to be the tenth car in drive up. Not impressed with the inability to juggle the in store customers with the drive up especially considering it took a few minutes to even get the attention of the staff just to get one cashier. I'll definitely be going to the location down the street. read more

This location is hit or miss. They'll either completely mess up my order and give me a free drink or get it perfect. I usually go to the one across and if I was in a rush I would come here. If you go inside they're a lot slower paced than the location across the street. read more
