Drink - I had the Chestnut Praline Topping on my drink and I think it was plain. It was crunchy but didn't add any additional flavor or sweetness. I also scooped off the topping with a spoon to try it first. Had the iced oat milk chai with the apple brown sugar syrup. The flavor was very Apple flavored as I would expect. The pumpkin oat milk chai tends to have a slightly weaker flavor. The gingerbread oat milk chai has the weakest flavor of the three. The ginger bread is more sweet than the pumpkin. The Apple is more sweet than the ginger bread. The Chestnut Praline Topping is a little more plain than the Caramel Brulée Topping and the Caramel Crunch Topping. The Chestnut Praline Topping is just crunchy to me. I didn't taste any other flavor to it. The Caramel Brulée Topping is a little smoky flavored. I don't quite like how the Caramel Brulée Topping tastes a little burnt. The caramel Crunch Topping is sweet. The Chocolate Curls Topping doesn't taste as chocolatey to me as I think it should. It is a bit lacking in chocolate essence. The Cookie Crumble Topping is alright. It seemed more chocolate flavored than the Chocolate Curls Topping, but gets mushy easily. The Pecan Crunch Topping is weirdly salty and sweet at the same role with a coffee essence. The Red & Green Sprinkle Topping is festive but nothing else beyond that. No additional flavors. Is crunchy. Atmosphere - I liked that there was no music playing when I visited. I did not visit the restroom. Not hot or cold inside. I have been to some places where it's been hot. However, if you sit in the front of the store in the sunlight, it gets hot fast. Not very busy. Service - There were not a lot of employees. I think I saw there was two. I'm so upset at this spot!!! Ok sooooo there was only 1 car in the drive thru pulling up but I find it convient going inside since this drive thru is designed weird. Upon entry the staff appeared nice and chill. Remind you, it was NOT busy! They were standing around with the exception of the drive thru guy who was serving the 1 car and possibly others who may have pulled up while I was ordering. HORRIFIC AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I waited only a few min for the croissant thanks to the cashier who made that for me. I swear it had to be almost a 20 min experience, if not more! A lady and her daughter walked in, got their 2 drinks as well as, a Mom and her kid as I still stood there pacing, admiring the items on the shelves while waiting for my teeny 1 drink. Sheesh!!! This was one of the times that I've received the WORST SERVICE at a Starbucks! It wasn't until the same lady who made my croissant, asked the other bistro humans about my drink that made her jump into gear to make it for me. The other bistro lady looked at my crossed eyed(respectfully) as if she didn't see me waiting around. What a joke! Just went through the drive thru for 2 drinks. There was only 1 car in front of me, they moved along rather quick. Very poor customer service. I have come to this Starbucks for years while working. Retired and very disappointed at their leadership and quality of drinks. I am on a contract so going back to work forces minute so always get a drink in the mornings on my way into work. Monday asked for a caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle got to work took a sip and it was like drinking pure caramel no coffee. I didn't call or say anything so on Tuesday I decided to ask for without extra caramel drizzle and just for a side of caramel to add once I got to work. Luckily I tasted it. It was overwhelmingly sweet not like I have gotten before. So I called this time to be put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. Called back to have the line busy for hours. Today, Wednesday I called asked to speak to the supervisor. Eileen answered with a tone that appeared to be not wanting to talk to me. I explained the situation she replied so will talk with my team but they are following the exact recipe. Which I told her couldn't be as I have gotten a normal caramel macchiato and it wouldn't be sweet enough. I asked her what she would do for me. Not even an offer to make it right for me after spending two days for coffee extremely sweet. I had to warm up plan water to dilute the coffee. I would give them a zero star if I could. I will take my business to another Starbucks or coffee shop. This Starbucks is on Ray and McClintock. Wouldn't recommend this place you may be paying for a cup of tonic that will give you diabetes for sure. Poor management service and I plan on writing their corporate office on how I was treated. She made it sound like so was lying to her about how sweet it was. I have had that same coffee at other locations and it never has been that sweet. Yes, it was mostly me... But, I went to the Starbucks on McClintock and Ray, drove up ordered a large iced late. "Is that a venti late with coconut milk?" she asked. No, a large iced late, that's all. "Oh ok; An iced, Venti, late with coconut milk?" I would never say coconut milk. Can you hear me ok? May I have A Large Iced Late? nothing in it... "You don't want coconut milk in your late?" No, just an iced late... I've never felt the urge to write a review on a Starbucks location until visiting this location. I stopped in this morning with my four year old son, I had a few minutes of work to do on my laptop and he did some coloring and playing on the tablet. All of the staff greeted us warmly when we walked in and were especially sweet to my son, asking what our plans were for the day, what we were up to... etc. after we had been sitting for a while one of the baristas brought a cake pop out and gave it to my son. This place is terrible and today was the last straw with me. They're consistently unfriendly at this location and they consistently leave off the whip cream that I order on my drinks!!!! EVERY TIME! I always end up getting home and not even having a full cup of coffee or a full vanilla latte. I know I get charged for that. Besides their complete lack of competence at this location, its really unpleasant to speak to a dull miserable sounding employee when I pull up in the drive through. I get it, you're busy, but I work in the service industry too and it's the most important thing to be friendly and smile. At least to pretend you're happy to be there. I like this location because they have a drive-thru. Even though there is almost always a long line, they get you on your way fast. The staff is friendly and competent. Also, they rarely run out of anything (other locations seem to go through their entire inventory of breakfast sandwiches and scones by 9am). If you are the type that does not drink your morning coffee inside a moving vehicle, they also have comfy chairs inside and decent patio seating. The patio faces the parking lot and drive-thru but it does have shade umbrellas so it can be very pleasant in the morning. read more

I wouldn't normally write a review on a Starbucks. It is, after all, a Starbucks and unless you've been living under a rock or are allergic to coffee beans, you've probably seen one before! Well, when I was there, the customer in front of me had apparently just crawled out from underneath his rock to place an order. The man behind the counter was so very polite with this guy that I was impressed enough to write this review here (I'm not sure, but I think he was the manager). The manager didn't roll his eyes, ask him if he was visiting from another planet, or ask him if he knew what century this was even once! Amazing! I wish that I could be this nice. Not only that, the manager correctly recognized this guy's order was going to take FOREVER and so he asked one of the other employees to take my order and open up another register. Again, nice job. I have to admit I have a Starbucks addiction. That being said I have been to a plethora of stores and this one takes the cake! Not only do they Always get my order right they use my name, say hello when I walk in and have a nice day (said with a smile) when I leave. I wish I could say I was consistently this friendly at my place of business. Also here is this super cute young man who works here, named Victor, who just stands out. Such a nice, pleasant person carries on a conversation, remembers my husband and I play golf, asks about our game asks about our vacations etc. I believe this great employee deserves a raise. Oh and PS, a couple times I used my mobile app and accidentally sent it to the wrong store so and they said no problem and whipped up my drink! read more

I will go out of my way to come to this location. I am a daily Starbucks drinker. There are several Starbucks around my house and in the areas I go to the most throughout the day. But if at all possible, even if it means driving out of my way, I will go to this location rather than the ones that are closer. The baristas greet you as you walk in the door, often greeting me by name. My order is always right, there is rarely a wait, and the people who work there are friendly and seemed happy to be there. The location closer to my home is filled with workers who seem irritated to be at work. They rarely check the mobile order machine so more often than not you are left standing there, sometimes upwards of 5 to 10 minutes, without anyone even acknowledging your existence. It's worth it to me to drive a little bit further for the great customer service and the friendly atmosphere at the Ray and McClintock location read more

Until the time we get there and she comes to the window to see her beloved dog boyfriend. Cutest thing ever.
