I don't normally review chains, but maybe I should start. This used to be one of my preferred Starbucks locations - the baristas were always super nice, it was clean, and they'd actually make my drinks the way I asked for them. Not the case today. The frozen refresher I ordered was decidedly NOT frozen (per the photo), and new the turkey sage danish I got to try was ICE cold. The muffin I specifically asked to be warmed was cold as well. They finished 3/4 of my order and then went through like 4 more drinks before prepping my last drink, which makes no sense. And they forgot the topping on my frap, which was just the kicker. Not sure what changed here, but y'all should really change it back. read more

I sit quietly at a big circle table in the corner and write this updated Yelp review while sipping my freshly brewed coffee (only 10 calories, compared to the frappucinos at 380 - 480 calories). The seating at this Starbucks is not comfy as others are with the sofas and love chairs. Only five hard uncomfortable scratched up tables and with non cushioned chairs including an elegant thin counter bar with four small bar stools without backs. The staff consisting of five humans are friendly and professional but not overly excited, like the Plantation Starbucks yesterday morning. Relaxing music playing low giving off a chill vibe watching the exhausted customers march in for their morning fix. The glass display case with several sugary treats kept calling my name especially three items: Cake Pops at $3.25 - 150 cal, Double Chocolate Brownie $3.45 - 480 cal, and the Blueberry Scone $3.45 - 410 cal. But, im trying to keep my girlish figure so I fiercely resisted the relentless urges. Big basket of Milano Sole and Luna fresh beans for sale in addition to Starbucks gift cards as easy counter grabs. Love the shelf display against the wall of Starbucks tall coffee cups in a variety of colors and sizes - been sitting here for forty minutes and ive never seen anyone except ME even view one time these cups. 4-8-22 1pm So after lunch on the way back to the office thought I would stop in for a treat. When I saw the photo of " The Pink Drink" I thought that will work. So when the associate at the register describes it coconut milk and strawberries sounds fresh and delicious right? I overlooked the fact of 140 calories figured all fruit has calories? So I pay $4.76 for the smallest size which is a Tall. Which quite honestly is ghastly expensive. How do some people come here daily?! Of course paying by app puts you in a trance as you aren't take cash out of your wallet physically. First sip brought me back to my school lunches as a kid and my Mom would put strawberry Quik with milk. Well that was the beginning of the end. I slowly sipped as I arrived back at work. Glad these employees were nothing like the possibly tired, weary, maybe personal issues Van--a. Was clearly seen on my promo video. No name tag. Her name was called out on the video by another SBucks Staff member. Everything, was moving along. Sadly she lost her composure and her head did an Exorcist(Movie) 360° started shouting. No Video!! I mobile order from this starbucks almost every morning on my way to work. but this morning when I went in to grab my Drink which I had to stand awkwardly for 5 minutes before someone even looked my way to ask if I had a mobile order, I was handed this(shown in picture). whoever made my drink decided to practically dump almost an entire bottle of caramel drizzle in my drink, and ended up having to throw it out as soon as I got to my job since it didn't even taste like coffee. There is always parking, either at the empty business lot close by or near the Starbucks. Careful backing out because people have a need for speed in this parking lot. Due to the limited layout inside the cafe, they only allow 2 customers in the store at a time to allow for social distancing. They have umbrellas up outside if you need some shade during your wait, which is considerate. So why the three stars? Drinks were alright compared to other locations: either watered down, lacking a cafeinated boost, or simply sloppily prepared. My issue is when we are handed a drink with a messy outside cup. It gets everywhere, drips, and stains. Also, they forgot to give a cake pop we ordered. Didn't realize until we got home. We have given this location a few opportunities for redemption, but received the same results. I prefer the drive through in plantation. read more

Parking is extremely difficult to obtain in this plaza. The plaza has multiple food businesses. Starbucks was clean, the team member was efficient and nice. Giving four stars not due to service, however do to having to circle the plaza 4 times to finally get a parking spot. A side note. Be careful parking under the palm trees. I saw a huge palm frond fall onto the good and roof of a car. They are extremely heavy, so I know it must have caused damage. read more

I frequent this Starbucks, and was impressed on how the shift manager handled a heavily swamped day. There was a line of those with mobile orders, & others in line ordering. With 3 baristas and one of those in training, they smoothly rode the storm. What impressed me the most was the calm demeanor of the shift manager while she took charge in making every drink without getting worked up about it. All in all, I believe this location does very well. And you can clearly see the employees here are trained to work efficiently and at a fast pace without letting the pressure get the best of them especially on busy mornings. read more

If you work in the Sawgrass Corporate Park, this is the most convenience Starbucks. It is typical of most other locations but on this day, the displays were oddly placed creating a tight squeeze in with people seated at the table just inside the door. I was in to meet someone so on this note it was perfect but I do know at other times the parking can be difficult. I come here every so often before work since its on the way and it varys each time. I am usually there at around 6:30 so there usually isn't too many people there yet. I totally relate to being slow going that early in the morning, but sometimes they do move quite slow. Today there were two ladies working and it took a couple minutes to be helped because they were slowly preparing what I assume were online orders since there was no one waiting. But realistically this does happen at most Starbucks. Other times they are quick and ready to get people their coffee ASAP. I will say they are always friendly and it's always very clean inside. Even when they remodeled, it was kept as nice as they could. Overall, this is a decent location and in a good spot right off the Sawgrass, so I'm always caffinated when coming to work. I visit this Starbucks on the fly maybe once or twice a week there's another Starbucks right around the corner off I 595 which I go there more often due to convenience. However this Starbucks is located in a shopping center where there is a Panera Bread, How do you roll, Sal's Italian, Quiznos and Moe's restaurants. This is one of the reasons why I like this Starbucks because after you're done with your lunch you can swing by and grab a cup of coffee to cap off the meal, The staff has always been friendly and very helpful and I have never had a problem with anyone of my drinks.
