The pictures of these doughnuts are phenomenal. The price isn't. For $5 I expected an amazing-beyond-imagination doughnut. The dough isn't much to rave about. Flavor wise, it's not bad! Keep in mind that these doughnuts do sit out for a while so they're a little dry. I'm a sucker for new and hot things, especially with a syringe that promises concentrated sugar (extra filling). As much as I liked how it looked, I could've easily appreciated 12 assorted variety donuts from KK for $9. We paid $15 for three. But what the hey, you're walking through the mall and these are hard to resist! Go right ahead and get your sugar fix!

New spot alert! I took a trip to Sawgrass Mall and spotted this little gem. Its definitely new. I walked by this kiosk and the creative donuts got my attention. Maybe it was a syringe!? The donuts are about $5. Pretty darn expensive for donuts but I get it. Theyre huge. Theyre ridiculously huge. The donut flavors are pretty bomb. Also, some have chocolate pieces on top. They come with syringe filled with nutella or vanilla. (Theres another option).

I got the s'mores filled with Nutella. Did not enjoy it.

The stand really caught my eye! Really well-designed and in a great location in the mall. The marketing that they utilize is also really cool. You get a great idea for what they are selling with the injectable donuts without really even asking any questions. And personally, I had never seen anything like this so I was intrigued! Unfortunately, I did not do my research before I purchased or I would've seen the Yelp reviews and made a more informed purchase. The young lady that worked there was not very helpful when I asked her about the more popular flavors and so forth. That's a really standard question I ask when I go to different food establishments. However, she did not willingly provide any feedback. The donut was dry. The icing was just OK. The Nutella filling that I got in the injector was really thin and did not taste like normal Nutella. I ate it because I've paid for it but after my first bite I knew that I didn't want any more. Not recommended.

This little shop immediately caught my eye and drew me to it! There were so many vibrantly colored and decorated donuts with a little syrup (basically just concentrated sugar)syringe stuck in them. Taking a picture with this donut will totally be perfect for your Instagram feed! However, paying $5 for one donut, I expected something different and striking. I got the coconut and caramel donut, but there wasn't much to rave about. The donut itself tasted like a glazed donut with some coconut shavings and 2 pieces of caramel on top. Tasted like a normal donut, but very appealing to look at (decent size as well)!

Amazing little gem located in the west end of the Sawgrass Mall. I stumbled upon it after coming from Its Sugar and they did not disappoint. I got the Pirouline vanilla iced donut- a vanilla iced donut with nutella, hazelnut pirouline and crushed golden Oreos and the Berries donut- a vanilla iced donut with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and a white chocolate drizzle. Super delicious. The customer service wasn't the best but the donuts were great.

Discovered Smart Donut while shopping at Sawgrass Mall. I couldn't find them on Yelp so I quickly added them as I enjoyed my coffee and donut. Extremely articulate and detailed donuts with flavor injectors is their thing! We ordered an Oreo with vanilla creme filling and a berry with Nutella filling. Getting to self inject the creme was definitely a great novelty and something different. The donuts were nice and hit the sugar spot perfectly but had probably been sitting there a good part of the day as the freshness was slightly lacking. The Cappuccino was surprisingly good for a small mall donut spot and went just right with the sweet treats! This location was just at the top of the food court area near Marshall's and Dicks. Later in the day I found another location in a different section of the mall between "Avenues" 2 and 3, so there are at least 2 locations at the mall.

While shopping in the Sawgrass Mills Mall over near the higher end stores we found a custom donut stand with syringes sticking out of them and flavorful candy type toppings. Each donut starts as a basic donut that is fluffy and light. It's then coated with any of several flavors like S'mores, Reese's, Kit Kat, berries and more. They then have an added syringe of flavoring that can be plunged into the center. They offer Nutella. Caramel, or Vanilla. (Strange that chocolate is not offered). They are offered for 5 dollars each. The donuts appeared fresh made but may not have been made on site. The toppings also appeared fresh especially the berry version. There is no seating in area to enjoy your treat immediately. Owner should immediately try and add 2-3 small tables and offer a specialty coffee or tea also. They did have a small case of RedBull drinks.

Was walking through Sawgrass Mills and who doesn't love a doughnut? This donut place is extreme. They have about 15 different types and they all look amazing. Very busy and seems like high turnover for the food which is a good thing.

This is a yummy looking little donut spot in the middle of Sawgrass Mills Mall. They have a lot of delicious looking donuts displayed behind glass which makes you stop just to look at all the different donuts! They also have a variety of coffees that they will male for you. The donuts are $5 and you can get the donuts with a syringe filled with either Nutella, caramel or vanilla. We picked a Sweet Coconut donut which had vanilla frosting, coconut shavings with some soft caramel chunks & a caramel injection and a Snickers donut which had chocolate frosting, crushed peanuts with a chunk of a Snickers bar & a caramel injection. I don't remember the name of the donut that my daughter picked. The donuts made it home where my husband & I tried them. As pretty as they looked, we were a little disappointed that they were just regular cake donuts with fancy toppings. All in all, they weren't bad but not worth $5 each. I guess if you're in the mall & craving a donut, you may pay a little more for convenience. Just know that under the beautiful toppings, it's just a basic donut.

We were shopping at the Sawgrass and saw smart donut and I made a beeline to see what it was all about, the girl at the front counter went over all the flavors with me so that I could make my choice, I decided on the berries with the vanilla syringe to fill my donut, I must say the donut was very fresh and berries on top were nice as well my concern was that by the fruit being on top of my donut that it would be soggy on top but that definitely was not the case my donut was light and airy with a sweetness The vanilla filling was a nice addition to the donut and they have different flavors that you can fill your donut with such as Chocolate, Vanilla and Nutella, they also have about 12 different kinds of donuts as well so there's something to surely satisfy your palate. I must say they are a little pricey for a donut $5.30, and to me it's not worth paying $5.30 almost 6.00 for a donut with a syringe that you fill so I would say you are paying for the concept more than anything, and it'll defiantly help them being in that location part of the mall with heavy traffic passing by so it might survive, and to my understanding they also have another location within the mall location. If you're there and want to pay the 5.00 for it by all means do because they are good. and on a side note I wish there was more filling that could go into the donut because the syringe only supply you with a small amount to inject which doesn't fill the whole donut. Enjoy!

After a few hours perusing the aisles at the massive Sawgrass Mills mall (mostly in the outdoor section), I was getting quite parched in the South Florida humidity. Being from the West Coast, I'm not used to this type of climate! When searching for a place to imbibe, I was surprised to see a boba shop here in the first place, since this neck of the woods isn't exactly known as a hotbed for Taiwanese or East Asian culture as a whole. Perhaps it is aimed for tourists? I was a bit skeptical initially as to how it would taste, but heck, I was on vacation. It was worth a shot. To be perfectly honest, I rarely if ever patronize mall boba shops even back home, as I know there are better options elsewhere, but since I was running on fumes at this point, I had to find something, and Komma appeared in front of me like the mirage in the desert. And ultimately, I'm glad I took the plunge! I ordered a simple honey green milk tea with no ice and 1/4 sugar, and it was just the perfect refreshment to hit the spot. Business was quite slow, as I was the only customer, but the lone bobarista working there was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I'm not sure when will be the next time I visit Sawgrass Mills, but if I ever return, a stop by Komma will undoubtedly be on the itinerary!

The oversized cakes are available for customer's sweet tooth or parties, which definitely added a fun element, even if the crepes and waffles aren't available for catering. The outside covered seating was inviting on this cool day but chose to take a small inside table listening to soft music while relaxing with my espresso. The unisex bathroom with separate stalls for girls and guys certainly adds a quirky and modern twist to the cafe's atmosphere. It's alluring design choice that sparks curiosity and adds to the overall unique vibe of the space, blending practicality with a bit of mystique. The coffee flavors, I felt like I can find them elsewhere but the key lime pie was nice- just sweet enough and right level of tartness. The spicy beef empanada was nice too or maybe I was just hungry. You make sure to try it and let me know if it was really good or no.
