I stumbled upon Blueprint Cookie while in the shopping plaza and decided to treat myself and I'm so glad I did! They had a wide, mouthwatering selection of cookies that made it nearly impossible to choose. I was torn between the Crispy Butter Sea Salt Caramel and the Golden Oreo Cookies & Cream, so I asked the friendly guy at the window for his recommendation. Without hesitation, he said the Golden Oreo was the one and wow, he did not steer me wrong. That cookie was everything I didn't know I needed soft, rich, and stuffed with the most heavenly cheesecake filling that was to die for. It was indulgent in the best way, and since the cookies are huge, it took me a couple of days to finish it (worth every bite!). You order from a window, which gives it a cool walk-up dessert bar vibe. There's also outdoor seating with benches along the sidewalk if you want to sit and enjoy the moment. Blueprint Cookies has a spot in Plantation that helps you satisfy your cookie cravings. I believe this used to be Batch cookies but rebranded. I have only had them in Fort Lauderdale but when I hear they were in Plantation, I had to stop by for a sweet treat when I was in the area. Their location is a more of a pick up spot where you order from a window. You can see the inside where they make the cookies and as soon as you walk up to the window, the cookie scent is strong and welcoming. They have a display of the cookies available on a TV screen as well as on physical display by the window so you can peruse. The person working at the time was helpful enough. We ended up getting the Brookie and the Nutella crunch cookies to go. I love that the box itself is beautifully designed and branded with instructions on how to reheat the cookie and enjoy it to the fullest. The Brookie was pretty good and sweet and the Chocolate Nutella Crunch was definitely different than any Nutella cookie I've ever had. Not sure if I would get it again if they had it but I do respect that they were going for something different with this cookie. I feel like it could have more of a Nutella taste and I wish I knew what the crunch part of it was. The cookies here are a bit more on the less solid side, especially when heated up which I think goes more towards what your cookie preference is. I personally like it more solid and crunchy but if you like the ooey-gooey sort of cookie, this place might be your fav! Cookies are my passion and my literal job. I make it a point to stop at every local cookie shop with every new destination and Blueprint was my target. Compared to other cookie franchises within the area - I'd have to say these cookies do the job! You order your cookies in a walk-up window and are able to view the interior baking operations. I got super nosey and started talking to the gentleman portioning dough. And found out he was a Co-Founder! We always love when owners get their hands dirty and I can completely appreciate two founders working the shop. I ordered the chocolate chip - which is a staple at any cookiery and my tell all to the cookie the brand stands behind. The cookie base was super delicious and packed with flavor. I'm going to take a small guess and say they use Valrhona chocolate which is amazing. Couverture chocolate is the choice for cookies and those who know... know why. Whatever chocolate they chose to include - amazing choice! The crème brûlée now... whoa. Prepared fresh at the bakery, I had to wait a minute or so while they torched the famous sugar topping crème brûlée is famous for. This cookie is no exception! So delicious! It didn't last a minute in my possession. Overall, this cookiery knows what they're doing and knows quality ingredients. Some brands can definitely learn from Blueprint. What a gem! Today was my first visit to Blueprint cookies and I'm blown away! The place is super cool because the store is basically one big kitchen that you can see what's baking and you go up to a window to order. The cashier was friendly and told me what his favorite was and I left with 3 cookies. Chocolate Chip, rice crispy Oreo, and strawberry shortcake. All 3 were amazing. I've passed this cookie place so many times and I decided to finally try it now that I had the time to stop and actually look at the menu! It is a walk-up counter so as soon as you place your order you stand around and wait for the cookies to either be warmed up if they ask you if you want it or you can ask just for them to be put in a box and you can take them home. I decided to get the Oreo Rice Krispie cookie as well as a chocolate chip cookie. They are roughly the price of $5.50 each but I definitely think they are worth it! The chocolate chip cookie is their original and when it is warmed up it is the most decadent thing ever! The chocolate is melted beautifully and it has that semi-sweet flavor so it is not overly sweet to where you can't enjoy it. It also is a very nice size with each cookie basically taking up the entire size of one box. The Oreo Rice Krispies cooking was phenomenal as well and that is a sugar cookie that is just sweet enough with Rice Krispie rolled around it and then dusted with Oreo crumbs! Definitely great but I would definitely do another one next time just so I can keep seeing what the other options are. The service was super friendly and insanely fast and they also offer a Rewards program that you can earn points towards free cookies in the future! Despite seeing this place every time I shop in the plaza, it's located in I finally decided today to make a quick visit. It was pretty quiet as it was during the middle of a weekday. They take orders from their window and also have a separate window for orders when ready. I liked that they also have a large screen right outside the window with the menu and photos of the cookies so you have an idea. I actually ordered a classic chocolate chip. The employee asked if I would like the cookie warmed up or not. Of course, I got it warmed, and I'm so happy I did. It was absolutely divine. I felt as though the chocolate to cookie ratio was perfect. The cookie was extremely soft and falling apart (in a good way) with every bite! Since I just got a single cookie, it came in a cute small box packaging. This made for easy traveling back in my car on the way home. The employee was kind, and my cookie was ready in just a few minutes. Lauderdale, Batch the Cookie Company recipes were created by acclaimed pastry chef Max Santiago who is famous for winning cooking competitions and for having developed the beloved Salty Donut's brioche dough. Their first artisanal cookie shop is located in a former warehouse that has been turned into different eateries and named the Hive. In addition to a lineup of gourmet flavored cookies there is also a milk bar serving oat, whole, soy, skim, chocolate and cereal milks. They have since changed their name to Blueprint Cookies. This location of Blue Print Cookies opened in June of 2021 in the Fountains in Plantation. It is a walkup and you order at the window. I like how they have seasonal flavors like the Super Bowl cookie I ordered today. A chocolate chip cookie was stuffed chock full of pretzels, M&M's, and Twix for a mound of deliciousness. They even heated it up for me for that fresh baked experience. The only snafu came when they asked me what color I wanted based on the team I was rooting for in the Super Bowl. I had to admit I don't even know who is playing! I know Rhianna is the half time performance but other than that I am there for the food. Since we were in the neighborhood we did a quick google search and located them in the funky strip mall that hosts Glitch bar. The service was quick and kind, but she didn't explain whether there was an option for combos with promotions or not. There isn't a huge variety but we bought 2 cookies and weren't disappointed. the whipped cream on the "Brownie Sunday" cookie was finger-licking good, better than the cookie itself. The other one we chose was red velvet which is vegan and gluten free. It didn't disappoint us either, it wasn't dry or flavorless and the chocolate chips are a bit reminiscent of "ovaltine" chocolate which reminds me a lot of my childhood. The texture is soft and chewy. There is a core "classic" group of flavors and then monthly special flavors. Make sure to sign up on their "frequent flier" list. You will rack up points and get special offers that will totally ruin your diet! Want to get someone the best cookie cake ever? You can order a cookie cake in any flavor. We have ordered cakes in ChurroDoodle and Iced Oats flavors. Cakes usually need to be order two days in advance. The staff is always super friendly. One time I needed a cake a day in advance. Luckily when I called I reached Adam, one of the owners, who was happy to accommodate me. Crumbl cookies by another name ??? Yep ... We were shopping for wife this Sunday morning and popped by this location. While looking at the offerings a window opened and nice young man offered to sell us some cookies. He offered them warmed if wanted, and cut to share. The only item of any challenge is that they did not offer a 4 or 6 box special. It's per cookie plain and simple. No samples and only two came in smaller mini sizes and these were not the specialty flavors. We got the German Chocolate (delicious), Peanut Butter (boring - not even PB topper), Cannoli (perfect ) and a gooey chip variant Chip and Snickers. We snacked on the goey one quickly. Nice size, super sweet, and 1/4 was just enough to satisfy. The others were consumed thru next two days.
