I decided on a 50/50 ratio of açaí and blue majik base with granola, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, strawberry, banana, and blueberry toppings with a fresh made peanut butter drizzle. Have to say that this was a very good bowl. So fresh and packed with ingredients. The owner was experimenting with fresh pressed juices as they are not normally part of the menu. Actually most of them are delicious. The problem is...if you're diabetic, or pre diabetic, those blends have too much sugar. This morning I went to Swami and yes, they have they pre mixed blends which has strawberry, banana, almond milk, blueberries, coconut water granola and honey. However, the sweet young lady told me she could make me one with only strawberries and blueberries (diabetic friendly fruit) and I was ecstatic! I wish more people offered a fresh version and custom for individuals like me. Furthermore, it was $12 and change!!! I was able to eat and enjoy a guilt free açaí bowl FINALLY!!!
