Tucked away inside of a bike shop, you will find a small coffee shop serving delicious coffee. We came in on a Saturday morning and were greeted by the barista Juan. He was very friendly and helpful in picking our items. He was also extremely knowledgeable with coffee/espresso. Love going to a coffee shop that actually knows what they're doing. Ended up getting a Cortado and my wife got the Americano with caramel. Both were DELICIOUS! So good so that I bought a bag of their beans which are roasted locally by a roaster in Coral Springs. The Cortado was smooth and silky with perfectly textured milk. Also grabbed a slice lemon blueberry cake as well as a beef empanada. Couldn't be happier. They have some seating in there which was made out of pallets and wood. Super cool. If you are looking for a good cup of coffee, run, don't walk here. read more

If you're biking in the area this is a quick place for a quick pick me up before or after your bike ride. I wanted a simple latte. Parking was easy and service was great. My cafe latte was delicious. Great coffee pit stop! read more

Finally found this shop! Looked for it last weekend but couldn't locate it. My GPS brought me to a bike shop so I was confused - it's INSIDE the bike shop! So glad I found it bc my oat milk latte was great! So were the chicken empanadas & Choc muffin. They roast their own beans as well which is obvious upon 1st sip. Best coffee in Weston! This small coffee shop is embedded in Alex's Bike Pro Shop - so you will need to go through the bike shop to reach it. There is very limited seating if any - mostly for bikers who come for coffee & a quick chat. But the coffee is solid - def the best one in the area. Highly recommend! read more

Sadly not a real coffee shop as advertised in the Yelp pictures. Drove all the way here from Downtown Fort Lauderdale only to get coffee shop catfished. There was a mobile coffee stand outside - which is not what is advertised on this Yelp Company Page. Heading to Cubico instead. read more

TLDR: Fantastic coffee, delicious snacks, great atmosphere & friendly staff; Definite new must-try coffee shop in Weston. Nestled in Alex's Bicycle Pro Shop is a new hidden gem: Watts & Coffee. The coffee is incredible. I've been here a few times now and thought it was a perfect time to write a review as I have tried most items. The Nitro Cold Brew in my opinion is hands down better than Starbucks. The flavor is so rich and SO GOOD that I didn't even need to add sugar (and I always add sugar to my coffee). Will (the owner) gave me a secret menu item today: Nitro Cold Brew with coconut milk and coconut water and WOW!!! Definitely recommend! Also if you're a decaf drinker, he now offers decaf and tastes EXACTLY like the regular. The espressos are so rich and are served in cute little mugs. The caramel latte either hot or iced is definitely a must try!! It's always nice to have a pastry to go along with your coffee and Watts & Coffee definitely does not disappoint! The best part is these pastries and goodies are DROOL WORTHY without all of the guilt!! All of his items, since he is located in a pro bike shop and a few short minutes to Markham Park, have athletes in mind including protein cookies, energy bars and keto-friendly items. The treats include protein cookies that literally just taste like chocolate chip cookies you'd imagine your grandma would make (with dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, rolled oats and whey protein [my mouth is watering just thinking about them]), banana muffins (YUM!!), peanut butter energy bars (with coconut, honey and cranberries), pumpkin bread (best I've ever had) and keto cookies (ooof). The service is extremely attentive, quick and always friendly. The atmosphere is trendy with industrial yet quaint feel. People come and hang out after their bike rides and even bring their dogs. Cool little place inside Alex's bike shop. Who would've known to put a coffee shop in a bike store. Spoke with the owner little bit and he mentioned it's a big concept in the Colorado area. It works as the bike shop adds to the ambiance as you're having coffee. Coffee is tasty as well. The owner mentioned they roast it themself locally and source the beans themselves. I'm realizing more the difference you taste in freshly roasted to not. Overall, great concept and coffee. If you ride bikes and like coffee. This is a win win for you. read more

I came into the bicycle shop this is in for a new cleat, and left with a coffee too! Hidden in Alex's Bike Shop, this is smooth and rich coffee. So lucky to have it so close to my house! It's a small area, but they have a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from as well as a bunch of milk alternatives. I got a cold brew with oat milk and it was great! I would highly recommend this place for a local coffee hit! It is cute, the baristas are friendly, and the coffee was great. read more

I was so excited to see that they opened a new coffee spot in the Weston area. Located in a bicycle shop, it is a cute little spot within that has exceptional coffee and service! It is decorated adorably, they have the nicest little personal touches, I personally loved the rock sugar they have to sweeten your coffee. They have alternative milks like oat milk, coconut milk, soy milk, and others. But if you want cow milk they have that too. So vegan or not, this place is your go too. I got an iced latte with oat milk and it was delicious. They have several options, your traditional hot or iced coffee picks, along with flavors you can add. The coffee is rich and smooth, I personally love it very much and recommend you try it out. The girl that helped us was very sweet, and this place overall is a great coffee spot. While on vacation in Weston I googled coffee shops and found this one tucked away in the bike store but so worth going there to get coffee. It's the first coffee shop I've been to in the USA where the coffee design looks the same as advertised. ( I am from South Africa where most coffees are served with a design on the froth). I had a latte which was delicious. My only complaint was that I am an early riser and the coffee shop only opened at 10 on a weekday. My favorite thing to do on holiday is try new coffee shops and this is definitely the best in this area! read more

The coffee shop is tucked away in a bike shop. The menu includes lattes and drip Colombian coffee. A small selection of pastries is also available. I tried a hot croissant pastry , with cheese. Very tasty. It was baked fresh on-site. My cafe mocha was tasty with just the right amount of everything. My server was friendly, efficient and very courteous. The shop is designed cozily with a couple tables available for guests to linger. Great place to browse for bike gear. If coffee is all you need, it's a great place to pick up a good cup of Joe to go. read more

Really interesting concept. My boyfriend and I were looking for good coffee in Weston and found Watts & Coffee. We were a bit confused when we realized that the shop was inside a bike store. However, we soon realized what a hidden gem this spot is! The coffee is super rich and refreshing (I got the nitro cold brew, and my bf got the Caribbean nitro cold brew) and one of the better coffees I've had in the Broward area. Check out my cup of Macchiato in the pictures. By far the most beautiful cup of Macchiato I've ever had. The taste was the perfect balance of richness and bitterness. Will is an artist and you can see his passion in coffee. Tucked in the corner of a bike shop, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a nicely decorated coffee bar. The prices are very fair. Its a very comfortable and welcoming environment. Makes perfect sense when waiting for a bike repair. Located off of 84 makes it convenient to swing by. Definitely recommend trying. read more

Coffee is like an art to him, between the selection of beans to the method of creating each cup of coffee. It was a beautiful day out and the atmosphere at Rosso was immaculate. I love all the open seating, the hammocks, and the peaceful sounds of the wind chimes in the breeze. My grandfather fell asleep in the hammock and I could have comfortably sat there for hours. Unfortunately, everything was limited today. No food, no pastries, no matcha. There was only one person on staff inside the truck who was available for additional questions with the ring of a bell. I ordered a lavender latte which was really subpar. I barely drank half of it and was relieved when I finally tossed it. My mom and grandparents ordered iced teas and no one was really impressed with their beverages. I want to come back another day to give Rosso another chance and hope that it's a completely different experience.

Whole Latte Monkeys is in a little van in a patio area, where there is also a food truck. I got an iced matcha latte with lavender, and it came in the cutest little can. At $8.99 it's definitely on the expensive side, but I also feel like the portion was pretty big. The quality was DEFINITELY there. It was absolutely delicious. The area is cute too. I brought my laptop to work for a while in the shade, and there were groups ranging from families with little kids to people on their lunch breaks. It was such a calming place to relax or to work, and being outside is always nice. The only thing that keeps me from going back more regularly is the price, but it's such a great place.

The space is shared with another truck but I think they serve food. At Whole Latte Monkeys I was sad to see that the truck was not open on the inside, but from what I could see, the set up and decor inside the truck was very cute. I placed my order at the window, and got a Lavender iced Matcha latte with oat milk, a vanilla latte with oat milk and a Papito Chulo with oat milk. As I was ordering, I realized some of the names of the drinks are named after some of the monkeys they have shown on display in the truck which was a very cute touch. I wasn't able to read the stories of the monkeys, but I will certainly ask next time. The cashier/barista was very kind and patient while I decided what to order. I wasn't too crazy about the matcha, because I love a stronger, more astringent matcha, but the Papito Chulo was a hit and I would come back for that drink. Overall such a cute spot, great coffee and a hidden gem in this area. I'd definitely come back with friends and family to grab a drink, walk around the garden and relax.

Before leaving, I decided I wasn't done yet and ordered a cortada (hopefully I'm spelling that right). I waited by the counter, but the lady kindly told me she would bring it to my table, even though I didn't mind waiting. It was divine as always. Even the unique little glass cup with its interesting handle stood out to me, and yes, once again, the coffee was perfectly extra hot just the way I like it. I truly enjoyed my alone time there. It can get a little noisy, but honestly, once you settle into your own little zone, you barely notice. I'm off for the week, so I'll probably end up back here again in a couple of days since I'll be in the area. All in all, Ella Cafe is a must try coffee shop experience. After waiting 35 minutes for my latte, I finally had to go ask about it myself. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, just "we'll make it." After another 5 minutes of waiting, I noticed the cashier remind the barista again. She eventually brought the latte to the table, dropped it off, and walked away -- no "thank you for waiting," no apology, nothing. It's a shame because the place has so much potential, but customer service can completely change the experience. Sadly, after this visit, we won't be coming back. I really hope they improve their service because the atmosphere alone is not enough.
