1st time at this location and other than it being in an older shopping plaza with a terrible parking lot, this Smoothie King is a very clean and well organized inside. I stopped in mid morning for my birthday 20oz smoothie for $2 in the app. The store was pretty busy with online orders so it took a minute but the ladies behind the counter were busy blending and serving drinks. I ordered a Kale, Lemon, Ginger smoothie that was neither tart or very sweet. It was just the perfect refreshing drink on a hot summer day. I was greeted when I entered and thanked when haded my order. I also thought it was a nice gesture that there were kind affirmations written on the side of every Styrofoam cup. read more

Just ordered a smoothie online and the ingredients were SOUR. I threw it in the trash and waisted 14 dollars.

This was my 3rd visit to this smoothie king location. They had a bogo deal with the 20oz smoothie. I placed my order and when I got there it was ready. Whenever I go in the place is always clean and welcoming. It was super busy and I saw one person attending to customers but as I was leaving I saw an employee walking in. The smoothies are always delicious. I usually go to the one on n Lauderhill which is closer to my job but the Tamarac location in the Sunshine Plaza is closer to my home and convenient when I'm running errands on weekends or if I decide to get something on the way home. I sometimes forget they are in that plaza so I'll have to make an effort to remember to patronize this location since I want to see my neighbor thrive. I had my smoothies for during lunch and dinner on a hot south Florida day. I have a $2 deal so I'll be back soon. read more

Horrible. I waited 1 hour on an online order. There is one person that works here. She ignored the online orders took care of the people in front and then took care of the online orders. It's obvious that's not how it's supposed to work. Never coming here to this place need to be more organized read more

I ordered the metabolism boost strawberry pineapple smoothie and it came out perfect. It was my first time trying this flavor but it did not disappoint at all. The gentleman working behind the counter made it quickly and will definitely be getting this one again. read more

I love Smoothie King and happy to see this location. I frequently would go to this plaza and its nice that they added a Smoothie King. I went here on a Sunday afternoon and it's pretty small inside. They had 2 workers and it was two other customers inside. You stand near the dog to pick up and farther from the door to place your order. The girl inside was cleaning and I had to wait for the guy finish making a smoothie to take my order. Luckily it wasn't so busy. Their scanner is broken if your a Smoothie King rewards member. Instead, he asked for my number and I was able to redeem my $2 reward. My smoothie wasn't bad. Overall, I'd return here. read more

This smoothie king opened up not too long ago, I know it was supposed to open last year- I'm sure the delay had to do with covid. I've gone 3 times since they've opened and I can see they've made efforts to be more efficient. The first day I went in, I was with my boyfriend and it seemed they were very short-staffed. Took a while for our smoothies & they were a little watered-down, but I understand they're new so I gave them another shot. The second time I went, I ordered for us in the app. We arrived about 10min earlier than pickup time and our order was ready and spot on! The third time, we also ordered ahead and again arrived early and they were just finishing up our order and had more staff. Every time I have gone, the team has said hello and they were friendly. Just left this location in which I order the same exact thing at any smoothie king I visit which is a Strawberry Pure recharge. Ordered my drinks and they are kids working in here which I have a teenager so of course I'm patient. Received my drinks walked out the store tasted them and I don't know what happened in the process of making my drink but it was horrible. So I walked back into the store and asked them to remake it. The young girl automatically caught and attitude and I explained that it doesn't taste right. After going back and forth I simply stated just give me a refund in which she responded we can't I don't have a code and no manager is here. I responded call your manager I'll wait. She proceeded into the back and called the manager and said whatever she said to them and came back and repeated we can't give a refund but I'll remake it. I stated that's what I asked for to begin with. This will be the first and last time I will ever visit this location. If you are going to have children working make sure you have a manager on sight. I was nice but the next person that may not be especially with their slick mouth and comments. So your service is definitely a zero. read more

I went in the other day wasn't sure what I wanted and a young lady helped me, Kayla was her name. Very sweet, knowledge and had patience with me since I had no idea what I wanted. Absolutely horrible! This smoothie king does not know how to offer customer service and has Very slow turn around time. A female employee with short curly hair. Wore it half up and half down today told the girl she was working with to stop taking orders. She completely ignored the fact that we were standing there and didn't even acknowledge us.
