He's usually right there to greet you with a smile, ask how you are feeling. My first visit I got an immediate reaction from him as if he knew some things before I told him. Simple, basic form to fill out on first visit, as you would anywhere. His work area is clean and well kept. Seriously, 6 months of acupuncture coupled with a supplement from him & now, the only time I have hot flashes is when I eat something I'm not supposed to.
