I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Aspire and Dr. Singh! Having experienced other…read moreconcierge medical practices, I can confidently say they fall incredibly short in comparison. Aspire has completely redefined what I believe healthcare should look and feel like. After more than two years of navigating complex health challenges, I had honestly started losing faith in the medical system. I was spending countless hours researching my own symptoms, advocating for myself, requesting tests, and trying to piece together my care. For the first time in years, I finally feel like I have a physician and an entire team who are managing my health with the same level of attention and commitment I have always given it myself. Dr. Singh is truly exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and, perhaps most importantly, she listens and believes her patients. She takes the time to understand not just your medical history, but the bigger picture of your health, lifestyle, and concerns. She educates you along the way, welcomes questions, and encourages collaboration. As someone who is very proactive and informed about my health, I appreciate having a physician who is willing to explore different approaches and explain her reasoning rather than simply dictate a treatment plan. Her attention to detail is remarkable. From the comprehensive initial intake to the extensive laboratory testing, she investigated markers I had spent years wanting other physicians to explore, along with others I hadn't even considered. I have tremendous confidence in her care plans because they are thoughtful, individualized, and realistic. If you have medication sensitivities or concerns about a treatment, she doesn't dismiss them. She listens, considers alternatives, and finds a way forward that actually works for you. Her entire team deserves just as much recognition, especially her virtual medical coordinators. They are incredibly attentive, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in keeping you on track. They follow up, answer questions, coordinate care, and remind me of things that even I sometimes lose track of. What impresses me most is that their support often extends beyond matters handled directly by their office. There is a level of continuity and personal attention that reminds me of old-school medicine, when your primary care physician was truly the central point of your healthcare, overseeing the bigger picture instead of leaving patients to navigate everything themselves. Even when Dr. Singh is unavailable, I never feel unsupported. I also deeply appreciate her willingness to collaborate with my outside healthcare providers, including my nutritionist. That kind of coordinated approach is something I had been searching for and rarely experienced elsewhere. Aspire is worth every penny. There is an enormous difference between simply having access to a doctor and having an entire team genuinely invested in your long-term well-being. After years of feeling like I had to fight to be heard and manage everything myself, I finally feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Singh and the Aspire team have restored my faith in healthcare, and that is something I don't take lightly. This is what medicine should be, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!

First my ear (just one of them not both) were stuck with thin hair like needles. I think about 5 or so to help me quit smoking. A nasty habit that I am glad to try anything to rid myself of! I didnt feel any pain as they were inserted one by one. I also talked about my diet and what was not good for me. Would you believe spinach! Thats right spinach is horrible for you! Im no doctor so if cutting spinach out of my life will help so be it! I also will be returning twice a week for about a month. No, normal insurance does not cover these visits so its out of pocket and a bit pricey BUT the cost I would have spent buying packs of cigarettes at 8 dollars I will be invested back into my health and correcting it in a healthy manner. I will re review after the first month as I will be on a detox drink mornings and evenings as well as eating in between drinks. It detoxes my body. Try some acupuncture if you always have wanted to! I did! It was painless and it will work for me!

She took the time to actually listen to me and care. Between acupuncture and the holistic natural medicines provided, I am starting to feel so much better. My shoulder injury is 80% better, and everyday I continue to see improvements as we continue weekly treatments. My endometriosis pain is becoming more manageable, and with the natural vitamins I am taking, I am feeling much more alert, focused and energized. Prior to coming to Integrative medicine , I just had doctors shove medicine and pills down my throat, that weren't really dealing with my problems, but were masking it and causing additional side effects and health issues. Now I feel I am actually walking towards actual healing, and in a way where I am not adding more issues. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend anyone who feels defeated by dealing with health issues or pain to go see Integrative Medicine. They are healing angels!
