The staff is always so friendly and helpful here. I've been to my fair share of Starbucks in the past and this is probably one of the more solid ones I've visited. Drive thru is always a plus, and the app makes it that much easier. The parking lot feels small but I've never had an issue with parking. One of my more recent visits, the staff originally told me they were out of mocha. I originally ordered half of the amount t of pumps anyway for my drink, and they had just enough to make it work. I don't know how - but they consistently get my coffee orders correct. I have patroned the Rock Hill location several dozen times since my morning commute changed about six months ago and while their staff is always ultra friendly - they do not get the exact same order correct. I cannot figure out how the same order between two Starbucks in the same zip code (? I think?) can be interpreted so wildly... and this one gets it correct so in the mornings I have rerouted to drive from Webster to Crestwood because they get it correct... They don't ever act like my drink is irritating to them to help reduce the amount of sugar I am taking in but still getting what I want. They drew a rainbow on my coffee sleeve on NYE and it made my day. Everyone that has ever met me at the window has always been so nice and pleasant and made conversation if we had to wait. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I frequent it often. Very often. Of course they can make every drink to perfection except the Flat White. It's supposed to be with steamed milk. Not a cappuccino or a latte but steamed milk. I hate complaining about things but .... Why can't they make a flat white?! The ONLY person that can a proper Flat White is Hannah. She ROCKS! She's awesome!! ....but she works mornings. So if I go on a day she's off or go later in the day, I shouldn't order a drink for my husband. Check out the pic of the drink we got today. This was the first time I had visited this location since I was in the area. I ordered ahead but chose to go through the drive thru since I had my baby with me. There was a guy taking orders on a tablet when you drove up and I gave him my name for pickup. The line was long but moved through quick and efficiently. I ordered Starbucks through DoorDash today. I received a completely different order than I placed. My name was even on the bag. I called Starbucks who immediately blamed the Dasher, again my name was on the bag. Then the gurl says there must have been someone else with the same name. There go to excuse. They tell me to call Doirdash. They take no responsibility when it's their fault. Doirdash was nice enough to refund my order. But I will never order from Starbucks again. People are nice but the coordination has never worked in drive thru or in store and I don't know why because they always have tons of people. The parking lot drive thru is definitely an issue. Yesterday, I have a cast on so I ordered through the app. I want something simple to get in and get out. My drink was there and I ordered a yogurt parfait. It's not there, the barista says go down to the cooler I go there with my 1 hand, there is none there. So she says well we can give you a refund or make you something else. I didn't want to wait that's why I ordered online. Suddenly another lady hears and brings my yogurt, no spoon it takes another few minutes and the people on the other side of counter still aren't getting it. I happily live less than 2 miles from 2 Starbucks but this one is the closest. I am thinking, walk up here on a nice sunny day type of close because it is only about 2.5 blocks away. The staff: They're always friendly and accomodating. They don't rush you. You can always expect greetings when you come in and smiles on their faces. They always get my orders right and they do it in an efficient manner. The storefront: Clean and well-maintained. There are several tables and comfortable seating inside. Some outdoor seating as well and a drive-thru. You can get the usual drinks available at any other Starbucks here as well as the pastry/food options. You can hang out and enjoy your beverage inside where you will find a few tables and comfortable chairs or take it to go. read more

This Starbucks is a mile from our house. My wife will sometimes walk up when she wants to get in a bit of extra exercise. The store itself is pretty standard for a Starbucks. The service has been good and the store has been clean. It is in a relatively easy location, although the drive in is in a very awkward position. I would recommend ordering online, parking in the shopping center parking lot, and just walking in. read more

Excellent Starbucks location. I visit a couple times a week and everyone is always nice to me. Some even know my name and know what I order each time. It makes me feel like a celebrity. From time to time, they have let me try new menu item samples, which is always a plus to me (I mean, come on...free food and drink!). The facility is normally pretty clean and the staff, although busy, seem to stay on top of it. My only very tiny con is that it seems they don't offer the free coffee grounds anymore. Years ago, they would have packages of it by the door to take home for composting. I guess it was too big of a pain in the butt to maintain. read more

I love this Starbucks in Crestwood! The location closest to me often makes my drinks watered down or adds too much ice when I've asked for little to none. I moved to STL from SoCal two years ago. Started going to the Starbucks at Chippewa and Landsdowne because it is within walking distance of my home. For 1 1/2 years, I put up with the poor customer experience because I figured that's just the way it is here in STL. Then, I happened to drive by this Crestwood store and tried it out. I couldn't believe how clean, friendly and professionally trained the staff is and the store is very comfortable. So, now I get in my car, drive by the Chippewa store and head to the Crestwood store each morning. Believe me, it's worth the drive to start my morning with a friendly store with exceptional service. read more

This Starbucks is the closest to me, but I don't frequent it to often since it's in the opposite direction of my work. When I do visit, I always go through the drive through. It can get congested but goes quickly. I'm not a fan of Starbucks coffee. I do love the black tea here though, which I always get. Come here regularly to study. Good atmosphere with friendly staff. Just today, an employee (with whom I'd had a lovely conversation) accidentally rang in a cold brew instead of a nitro brew. They replaced it super quick no problem and gave me the cold brew for free. Another employee even strained the cold brew so it wouldn't get watered down while I studied and I could have it later. Well, then, this is the Starbucks for you. These situations happen all to regularly here. I would like to meet the manager of this Starbucks. I am truly interested in why the service and quality is so bad at this location compared to all other locations that I have visited. Do yourself a huge favor. Go to the Kirkwood, Tesson Ferry Road, St. Louis Hills, or Valley Park Starbucks. Avoid this place at all costs. This location I only go to during the day. Their drinks are consistently good. They do a good job handling the busy mornings and are good at remembering regulars and what they order. I recommend this location - the staff is what makes this location my favorite Starbucks location in st Louis (and I do frequent several of them). The staff here is absolutely outstanding and is why I drive a little out of my way every morning to go here instead of the Starbucks right by my house and instead of going to the one right by where I work. Kudos morning team! The night staff might be great as well but I don't go here at night. read more
