I had never tried this 7 Brew location before, but was DoorDashing in the area and needed a drink. The staff was friendly like usual and the building looked new. Not much of a line either. My energy drink was fine but for some reason they didn't mix it-- like at all. I've never had this issue at the Kirkwood location, so I'll stick with that location when I can. read more

This is the best 7 Brew location I've been to in the St. Louis area! The employees always go above and beyond to accommodate guests, and they are consistently friendly and welcoming. It took me a laughable amount of visits to finally find a drink I'm happy with, but I seemed to crack the code with their drinks. When I drink an iced coffee, I want to taste the coffee, not milk! So I figured out that if I order a small iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso, it does the job for me! I learned that their small and medium iced coffees come with the same number of espresso shots, so keep that in mind if you want to taste the coffee flavor like me! I do appreciate how everything is super customizable though. My go-to drink here now is a small iced cookie butter latte with an extra shot. When I'm wanting the energy but not craving coffee, I'll get a medium pink mermaid energy drink with light ice. Make sure to specify the light ice... I also had to order this drink a laughable amount of times to learn this as well! This particular location is by far the most consistently amazing! read more

I love 7 Brew! They've been popping up like crazy, and lucky for me this is right by one of the gyms I go to. I love the drive through concept and how kind the staff is. They stand outside in all kinds of weather and are always welcoming. I love their original drinks they've created for their own menu, and the fact that you can customize them. I have been a big fan of the cinnamon roll and making it sugar free. It's more affordable than other chain coffee spots and their coffee is super good quality. The girl who was at lane was super rude and did not acknowledge me and instead gossiped in the doorway with machine. Then when i did not receive a straw, i asked nicely and she proceeded to give me an irritated look then handed me a straw and turned around without saying a word. Will not be returning. I tried my first experience yesterday and it was not good whatsoever. Long story short, I ordered unsweetened tea with lemon. I pulled out & got down the road and noticed the drink looked very light and I tasted it and it was sickening Sweet and didn't even taste like tea. I thought they had put the wrong beverage in my cup so I turned around and went back. The manager explained that their tea is a concentrate and it is a sweetened lemon concentrate. They do not have real lemon and the concentrate is horribly sweet. I did get an unsweetened tea, which was good.I will not go back here again. This is ridiculous; if I wanted, sweet lemon or sweet anything, I would ask for it. I've been hearing all about this place and needed to check it out for myself. It definitely lives up to the hype. There were employees out taking orders on tablets, similar to Chick-fil-A. I wasn't able to see the menu from where I was ordering so I panicked and picked a special off the window that I could see definitely recommend looking up the menu in advance or on your phone in line. The waits weren't bad and the drink was brought out as soon as I pulled up to the window. I picked the seasonal special, Crème Brûlée latte. The flavor was spot on. I've been loving the seven brew for a while now! I've tried a variety of different drinks and loved all of them. The staff at this location is so friendly and efficient today they had a huge deal going on (which they do often) and even so I did not wait long for my four drinks that I ordered. I love coming here because it's an easy drive-through experience. The menu might look small at first glance, but they have a huge secret menu that you have to look up separately online you can also make your own combinations. a definite must try. read more

I was lucky enough to live close enough to be sent coupons encouraging me to go, but that definitely wasn't the first time I went by. Early stage kinks in the system (entry line covering exit line, meaning no one was able to leave) was quickly fixed with the use of traffic cones. I've seen some people speed in and out of there which makes me nervous for the employees outside on their feet. I see a careless driver come through each time. The playlist is always loud and fun. This place is fast and efficient and the employees take your order at your window (reminds me of Chick-fil-A). All of the employees have always been really nice and in more of an upbeat mood. I see 7brew popping up everywhere, so I decided to stop this morning and see what the hype is about. I thought the whole thing is that they are fast. That was definitely not the case. I waited about 15 minutes for a medium latte. Which by the way has no flavor at all, I at least want it to taste like coffee. Super disappointed. Maybe their selling point is the energy drinks. If I go back I may try a different drink. But for now I am sticking with other coffee companies!! read more

Went Labor Day, little crazy cause of the coupons they mailed to the neighborhoods. Tried a fizz and a coffee, got the wrong drinks. Hard to tell because they don't do the ingredient stickers on the cups like other coffee shops do, so we didn't realize until after we left. We stopped by the new coffee shop today while they were setting up and giving away sample drinks. We were lucky enough to get to try the Blondie and the White Chocolate Mocha. They were both absolutely delicious, but if I had to choose, I would say I liked the mocha better. I had not heard of 7 Brew before so I was really happy to get a copy of the menu to see what all they offer. It does appear that this is strictly a drink place with no food offerings but a whole lot of yummy drinks ranging from iced coffees, hot coffees, energy drinks, lemonades, smoothies, shakes andfizzes.. They even give you the option to customize everything from the foam to the sweetness. The employees were extremely friendly and talkative. Even with two other large name, coffee shops, practically right on the corner, I think that they will do business with all of their different offerings. It is also gonna be a great place to stop and grab a quick drink before going to the park right up the street. read more

When we arrived we pulled into lane one. After a few minutes of waiting the woman taking the orders asked us to pull into lane two after a few other cars had pulled in after us. We get our order taken and are waiting but as we wait we notice the car we were originally behind, in lane one, was already at the window as we were still a few cars behind in lane 2. We continue to wait as lane one is getting cars through the drive through quickly, we counted 8+ cars that had got their drinks and left after the one we were originally behind. And we were still sitting in lane two without our drink. We finally get our single drink and it was made incorrectly. We often go to the 7 Brew in Cottleville and will probably continue to make the drive there vs going to this Chippewa location. I understand that they are a newer operation but that is no excuse to have one lane getting their drinks as soon as they get to the window while the other lane is stuck waiting for an extended time. I like 7 Brew for their coffee, but If you have to be to work or on a timed schedule I don't recommend. I spent 20 plus minutes in the drive-thru this morning. Only one of their lanes seems to move quickly while the other lane you'll be waiting a very long time. read more
