Super cute place in a busy shopping center. The staff was polite. The service was a bit slow but not bad. Grab an Ethiopian latte but skip the chai (it's missing essential flavors - tasted like cinnamon milk). Loved the option of teff waffles. The store was cute and there was ample seating. Wish they had some outside tables.

Great breakfast food! Tasty coffee and friendly people! We ate outside and loved the Ethiopian full breakfast. Happy to buy a travel mug and bean while here too! Found a Christmas gift while eating treats! Great place to come and hang out while getting caffeinated!

Stopped in today to grab some "go-go" juice. It has been on my radar, glad I was able to finally make it happen. Walking in the door you are hit with the deep comforting smell of roasting coffee. They roast on-site. The menu is full of fun titles like "zebra mocha, Milky Way, red bone mocha" along with the normal go-to of macchiato and espresso. There are frozen and non coffee drinks offered too. I ordered the red bone mocha latte and the Milky Way. The Milky Way was for my niece. The red bone had raspberry and chocolate. The flavor was there, but not over powering, the coffee was very smooth. It did not have the bitter bite to it you sometimes end up with in some chain coffee shops. They have coffee for sale. Plenty of seating to meet up with friends, do some work, or have a date - they also have outdoor options. It is tucked into a strip mall with an Aldi's in the same parking lot; you can grab groceries and have a great latte to enjoy at the same time. Friendly staff. I was eyeing the pastries available but opted not to try one at this time. Looking at the menu they have several options available for breakfast sandwiches - a reason to definitely visit again, though the coffee is good enough to make it a "come again" location on my list of places.

Loved the ethiopian macchiato and the warm blueberry muffin. I wish their website had a bit more info on menu items. I wasn't aware of their full breakfast menu and wish I came hungry enough to try something! My friend and I ended up splitting some of the muffin which went well with the coffee. Will be back to try breakfast!

Updating with a recent visit. My drink order was the same as last time, and was perfect. The staff are so welcoming and laid back. The environment is very lively and diverse. International soccer was playing on the screen. I love the vibes in this place.

    Ethiopian macchiato and bear claw.

The coffee here is really great. I got the Ethiopian macchiato light sweet. It was beautifully presented and the flavor was delicious. I think there was some sort of almond syrup or flavoring and it complemented the coffee so well. The counter staff were also incredible. Eager to answer questions and gave very helpful advice. The only thing disappointing was my bear claw. The croissant was too soft, no crispy exterior and the filling was lacking in flavor a bit. The place is very easy to get to with ample parking and the decor of the shop is very nice. I will definitely be back to try some of their other coffees!

The lattes here are very good. Service is always excellent and quick. Definitely better than Starbucks in my opinion. The cafe itself is quiet and clean.

Another local coffee shop option in the books for me to visit when I am in the Maryland Heights area. Came here with a group of women for a meet up event and everyone liked their orders. Friendly and warm employees from the moment we walked in. The art portraits on the wall are a personable touch to the customer experience while we are seated at one of the tables. Open space and did not feel cramped/ not confined. It also appears the staff put effort and love into each order. I was in awe with the heart design on my cafe latte I held off drinking it until I started to realize the drink would become cold. Almond croissant had a generous amount of icing along with almond filling and fixed my sweet tooth for the day. I will continue to support our local coffee shops like Ethio Coffee.

Super friendly staff. I was in the area with a colleague and we wanted good coffee. I got a dulce de lache hot coffee and it was amaazzziiinngg. It was a cute small coffee shop and it felt cozy.

Still excellent coffee and food as I remember. Same friendly staff and clean space and music.

Met my friend from high school for coffee and chat. So hot outside this morning at 9am. Coming inside Ethio Coffee shop, it was cool inside and nice atmosphere with Ethiopia theme and culture. My friend ordered drip black coffee. I had latte with almond milk. Latte was very good. We didn't get chance to eat but we chatted for hours and had great time. Next time I come back I'd try their food. Their food looked delicious. I'll be back. Thank you

Not a single miss. The biggest standouts were the lavender yuzu berry cookie and the berry trio walnut bread. The cookie was incredibly well balanced -- floral, citrusy, and not overly sweet -- and easily one of the best cookies I've had in a while. It's also a pretty large cookie, so good for sharing... or not The berry trio walnut bread had great structure despite being packed with nuts and dried fruits -- really thoughtfully baked and especially amazing toasted. Overall, Foundry is a really great bakery. Absolutely worth the drive to try something new, and I'll definitely be coming back.

Lots of customers. Parking was minimal at the location. Parking garage in back is so very very tiny. It was 100%full. So we drove a tad up the street. We parked across the street, at a closed tiny strip mall like place. Would I return? Absolutely! Great place, so expect lots of customers.

They give you complimentary buns that are colorful, we thought they were different flavors but they were all the same. They were pretty good. The had a regular menu and also still had a valentine menu. After reviewing all the menu options and chose the Carnitas Bowl from the Valentine menu. It was a good choice! Food came out pretty quickly. Mine arrived as ordered with no cheese and the eggs over easy. The flavor was so good! Potatoes, carnitas, onion, tomato, jalapeno, two eggs, avocado, and Fiesta Guac Salsa. Lots of flavor. I decided to get an Oat and Honey shake; banana, oatmeal, honey, amaranth, almond milk, and cinnamon. It has a delicious flavor but not thick as I anticipated, more like a smoothie. Lots of options, good food, nice and quick service,
