Start the new year with a great coffee spot! I thoroughly enjoy this place and their seasonal menu! But their breakfast sandwiches are SOO GOOD. It's hard to stop by without ordering one. I've only done drive thru, but their customer service is friendly and fast - when during a rush. The outside is cute as well, but the exiting/entering can be an issue from the customers from the nearby car wash. Highly recommend! read more

I popped in for some breakfast this morning and had a seamless experience. I placed my order in advance, and it was ready when I got there. I opted to eat inside--there's only two chairs at a small bar area, so I wouldn't necessarily plan on doing that. However, they do have a small patio with umbrellas. Their drive thru seemed busy, but I was the only person inside during my visit. I had great service and my food was delightful. I got the breakfast bowl--a version of an old favorite of mine from their OG location in Demun. My cold brew was perfect too! read more

I hate to be a complainer, but Kaldi's has ridiculous prices. I got a medium (large maybe?) iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup (nothing else, no cream etc) and it was almost 8 dollars. I never complain about prices but I was shocked at the price. Coffee tasted good which is why I gave 3 stars but I won't be going again based on the principle. I tipped two dollars as well so I'm not a hater I promise. read more

Trying Kaldi for the first time (while we visit family) and love that they have chocolate chai latte on the menu. They also have a house made vanilla latte which hits the spot! My kids finished their chocolate chais in 5 minutes! Highly recommend :) read more

Kaldi is a favorite spot for me to get coffee. Their cold brew is the best in St. Charles County. I visit here fairly often. The staff is incredible! They are friendly and kind. They make recommendations. Even though this is a takeout/drive thru spot, the menu selection and food quality is amazing. read more

Grateful to have a Kaldi's on "this side of the river". IFYKY This location is a drive thru. They offer counter service as well, but seating is limited to a two top counter and four outdoor tables. The weather was fantastic today, so I took advantage of the opportunity to sit outdoors. The team was very friendly and helpful when making selections. I'm a fan of matcha after living in Japan. I've found most American versions are cloying and overly sweet loosing the delicate flavor of the matcha. I was able to get an unsweetened version and it was exactly what I've been missing! I paired this with the avocado toast with bacon. This was a hearty mid day meal. I plan to stop back by again soon to try more of their menu. read more

Wow! I'm so lucky. I have 2 Kaldi's at work on campus, another off-campus, but 5 minute walking distance, and now I have one right by my house! Super excited we have a Kaldi's in Saint Charles now since work from home 50% of the time. My go-to's: House-made Vanilla Latte and their Breakfast Burrito. However...Opening week, I ordered the Iced Lavendar Matcha with their breakfast burrito and on another day, their Iced Ube latte. Just as perfect as the Vanilla Latte. Great taste of coffee and espresso! The flavored drinks are not too sweet, which I love!!! Drive-Thru and indoor ordering! Patio seating! Thanks to the guy who had to run out to give me my breakfast burrito because I forgot I ordered food and drove off. Thankfully, he caught me while I stopped to take a photo. OOps! read more

Got their Vanilla Iced coffee and it was really good. Not sure but it seemed like they only have one size and it was 6 bucks! Seemed pricey for a smaller cup of iced coffee??? Hence the 4 stars. The best coffee ever!! The items are a bit pricey but for the quality it makes sense. I almost always get a chocolate chai but the few times I have gotten a latte the espresso tasted great. Food is delicious and I definitely recommend the veggie sandwich. Service was quick and friendly. The ambiance of the place is standard, it looks beautiful inside. I visited last week and I am sad to say I was a little underwhelmed. The location is nice and convenient and I love the look of the new place. However, I pulled up to the drive through, not having been to a Kaldis since the day I bought my wedding dress a few years ago and I got less than stellar service. When I pulled up I was greeted with "what can I get you?" No hello, no how are you? I work in the customer service industry and was sad to see this happen at such a new place.
