What a cute coffee house! I met a couple of friends for a late coffee; we arrived around 8pm. Service was stellar and even with a couple of other tables present, it was still quiet. I tried their cortadito and have zero complaints. The coffee cake was good too! I was able to get some work done via their free wifi and catch up with some friends as well. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. I'm pretty picky about coffee bring from Oregon; coffee snob heaven. The better places in town usually have light roasts which I don't enjoy. Picasso had a menu with explanations on each variety so I could pick the exact blend I want. The espresso drinks were also top notch. I usually frequent the streets of at Charles location but was coming down to Main Street and wanted a coffee so I stopped by here to grab one. My favorite is the Van Gogh's Milky Way. It's amazing, not too sweet but not too bitter. Coffee always tastes like it is made with quality espresso. Service was super quick and fast and prices are what you would expect. I would come back! So good!! Mom and I got a facial in the same strip and we're looking for something warm to eat or drink on the cold day. Picassos is so cozy and welcoming and so are the staff. Our barista was super sweet and was talking to us about what to do in the area, how our days were going, and if we needed any accommodations to our order. The food and drinks were amazing as well. They have many fine food items, along with coffees, wine, and many other drinks. and pastries! I typically don't order salads, but I did this day,... for lunch, we enjoyed: - Spinach and berry salad, with salmon on top - Wilted spinach and salmon... bacon tomatoes cheese croutons and an egg a nice Savignon Blanc, by The Loop vineyards, in New Zealand. !!! For dessert !!! for my gluten intolerant wife... one wonderful Sophie's Bakery pumpkin chocolate chip muffin for me... the best pop tart I've ever had... a mixed berry pop tart from Mr. Meowski's, two doors down... filo dough, real fruit with not too much juice - just right, and icing that was also just right. A staple on Main Street! I always wish there was more seating (and have wished it for years), but I know they are doing the best they can with the space they have! The staff is kind, though service is a little slow. They make up for it with an amazing taste for all of their coffees! The times I've visited, the orders are always made correctly. The taste is consistent each time. The coffee is smooth and robust, and not at all bitter. I went inside this coffeehouse today during Deck the Streets St Charles . They gave out complimentary hot chocolate to everybody who supported the event. Staff was very friendly, vey professional and moving as quickly as they could in an overwhelming situation. The ambience was beautiful with all the paintings , I just couldn't get any pics on the inside, It was a lot of people. I will definitely go back in a more calming setting. The place was cute and had a chill vibe like a cozy lounge. Staff was very friendly. The baked goods looked tasty, and the specialty lattes particularly got my attention. I ordered the Aztec skim milk latte, and it consisted of cocoa and espresso. It had the perfect amount of sweetness, and the cocoa was so flavorful but not overly rich. My friend also enjoyed her drink, which was an oat milk chai tea latte. She mentioned it was made well and one of the best she's ever had. I did order a spinach and Asiago soufflé and thought it was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary, but the pronounced flavor of the Asiago was a nice touch. read more

We went to walk around town and stopped for some delicious coffee at Picasso's. It's a real warm inviting little coffee shop with delicious coffee. They have lots of different coffee drinks to try and good music. It's very relaxing to sit and drink your coffee and look out the window. All the employees are friendly and will make whatever drink you want. It's nice to have coffee at a local business instead of a large chain restaurant. We tried the Aztec mocha, it was a perfect blend of spiced cocoa and espresso. It's a perfect pick me up on any day! We tried the traditional latte as well and it did not disappoint.
