**May 2025: Weekday Morning Visit** My friend and I were looking for a quick on the go breakfast to take to the airport before our flight. I found this one on Yelp and the distance (3 miles away) and the fact that it appeared to be a local joint checked all my boxes. This small mom n' pop shop is located in a very suburban area of St. Louis and parking is plentiful. They played 90s type of music and had a wide array of donuts to choose from, though my friend and I decided to each get a breakfast burrito as we prefer a savory start to our day. The burrito was made to order and had one egg, mushroom, onions, sausage, potatoes and salsa. It was delicious. Super savory and I really enjoyed how the mushrooms gave a nice meatiness to the burrito and the caramelized onions gave a slight sweetness to contrast the heartiness of it all. My only critique is that the burrito is wrapped a tad loosely, but it's not a deal breaker. Also the price point - $5.99 (+$.50 surcharge for egg) was extremely reasonable. I've been going here for years. This is one of the best breakfast and lunch places. There are so many unique donuts to choose from. My favorite are the apple fritters. They are made with real apples unlike other shops. They also have large omelets, breakfast sandwiches, a large breakfast platter, in addition to coffees and juices. They even have smoothies. For lunch they have many sandwiches. There is plenty of seating inside and out. However, parking can be scarce in the morning. It can get crowded, but the lines are minimal and the service is top notch. Everyone seems very friendly. They do have a rewards program so be sure to sign up. read more

Friendly staff, clean and open space and good portion sizes. If you are dining in, you place your order at the counter and then they will bring it to your table. Definitely worth your money. I had the house gyro with chicken (suggested by the young lady that took our order) and sweet potato fries. Both were perfect! The naan was some of the best I've ever tasted. Hubby had a breakfast sandwich with hash browns and said everything was fresh and excellent tasting. Of course, we had to take a donut to go, just because they looked fabulous. Super cute place, the donut case is a thing of beauty, staff is friendly. We ate in rather than carryout today. My gyro omelette was great! However, while I appreciate keeping the dining area clean, the gal cleaning tables sprayed so much cleaner that the over spray floats around and not only can you smell a strong cleaner odor, but actually taste it in the air as it drifts over you. I struggle to find cannolis outside of the hill, so I was excited to see they are offered here (chocolate-dipped too!). The people working here are nice and helpful, and the food is good. The coffee was on the watery side the day I came here and there was no hot sauce to be seen. Wow, 3 years already, time for an update. This place remains 5 stars. I've been multiple times for donuts and coffee. I love that it's a local coffee shop option close to home. Hubby has really enjoyed the coffee. Today I had lunch for the first time. Ordered through Grubhub from a gift card I was gifted. The entire experience was seamless and I will point out that their delivery fee was low compared to many other restuarants (2.49). I ordered the philly cheesesteak meal with onion rings and a root beer. It was delivered sealed in a bag with a sticker over my drinks straw hole as well. The food was very secure. It was still hot and fresh upon delivery and I inhaled it lol! Even the onion rings held up! The taste was amazing and so much food!!!! Wow! This place has it all for breakfast! They hav a amazing selection of doughnuts, great coffee, freshly squeezed juices, fresh smoothies and a full breakfast menu! I stopped in after an airport drop off so I went in for a quick coffee and doughnut. When I walked in the place was packed in the restaurant side and a line for coffee and doughnuts. A chocolate craving and a quick google search of "sweet treats near me" led us to this little gem of a place. We are so happy we found it! We stopped in around 6pm on a Saturday afternoon and they were surprisingly busy. This cafe is definitely on the small side, only about 6 tables if you'd like to eat in. I can't speak to the meals they offer, because we only picked out an array of donuts, pastries, and cake to try. The staff were very friendly despite their afternoon rush and made sure I was attended to. I was impressed with how expansive their sweets menu was. We ended up deciding on an eclectic half dozen donuts, chocolate croissant, cannoli, and chocolate chip mousse cake. The donuts were great, the perfect amount of airy and chewy/doughiness you yearn for in a donut. The fried croissant and the chocolate croissants were stand out delicious. I was also happy to find a solid cannoli so far from the hill (my usual cannoli destination). Last, the cake was kind of an impulsive add-on but man am I glad we got it. Man third time here now and they are always popping off. Love it. Everything is a great price and the food is always made to order. Fries come out crispy as heck just out the fryer; gyro is tasty and delicious, Philly cheese steak had a ton of peppers and steak and tasted awesome. Typically, I don't get a lot of perk from a breakfast blend but theirs is done well. They have the typical creamer options (though I prefer black) but the Irish crème still remains my go-to.
