My wife and I went out for brunch today and ended up at First Watch. We arrived around 10:30 a.m., and the place was busy--only a couple of tables were open--but we were seated right away. We started with coffee, which was smooth and well-balanced--definitely a great way to kick off brunch. My wife ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict, featuring poached eggs on toasted ciabatta with smoked sockeye salmon, red onion, tomato, and hollandaise, served with mixed greens. I went with the Market Hash, which included eggs over seasoned potatoes with mushrooms, onions, red peppers, spinach, mozzarella, and herbed goat cheese, along with whole grain toast. The food itself was very good--flavorful, fresh, and enjoyable. The only downside was the timing. Even though we weren't in a rush, we noticed a couple of tables that were seated way after us received their food before we did. I guess the kitchen doesn't believe is FIFO. (First In First Out). It wasn't a major issue, but it did stand out. Our server was fine--nothing exceptional, but no real complaints either. Overall, it was a solid brunch experience with tasty food, and I'd still consider coming back to this location. read more

I think of First Watch about like Panera: decent experience, decent food (but not exceptional), overpriced. The major difference is table service at First Watch Here I ordered a bowl of oatmeal, which had a few chopped strawberry bits and nuts, for $10. It was an ample serving, but more than I wanted. Really, more than I needed. And, that's the rub: oversized portions give the illusion of value and drive up the price. The excess either gets taken home or thrown away. And is there anybody who takes oatmeal home? read more

We love stopping in at Frist Watch for a filling and super tasty breakfast or brunch! I always make sure to grab some green tonic elixir and a cup of coffee to start. Then depending or if Im feeling savory or sweet browse their extensive menu to choose what's for breakfast. This last time I got the salmon eggs Benedict, the hollandaise was perfection but the plate could've used a touch of green for my own preference. Besides looks this plate was phenomenal, make sure you get your potatoes upgraded you will be so pleased! read more

Now, I have to say that I have been to several of these places before...FL, OH and I think some other places...this one just happened to be pretty bad! Now the biggest thing was not the service which was pretty good, ambiance was good, coffee..OK. The big thing with this one was the food. Maybe I ordered wrong, maybe I was expecting too much, I don't know! Now I admit, I ordered a frittata instead of an omelette ...what was I thinking. I really wanted toast too and it said it came with toast, like any breakfast thing! Now when this showed up the issue was it wasn't really a Frittata ...it tried but was a very poor example of one. It also didn't come with toast! It came with this like half a soft breadstick thing..that wasn't really uncooked but was far from toasted...and it had way too much of like this butter substitute on it! To be clear, it was gross! Another breakfast date with hubby and it was a success. Chanel was our server and I must say she was great. She was very helpful, friendly, eager to assist and available at all times for any of our needs . I ordered an omelette with all the fixings i personally crave and a seasonal fruit bowl. Hubby ordered the elevated egg sandwich and cheesy grits and seasoned potatoes. For drink we ordered the pitcher of Blackberry Bramble Sangria. Good: Maria was our server. She has excellent customer service. Had a coloring sheet and crayons out for my daughter before we even took our coats off. She was prompt with drink and food orders. Everything came out in a reasonable manner. The portions are better than what I previously remember! Bad: I'm plant based so I only ordered the potatoes which tastes as if they're just frozen potatoes thrown in some oil to fry up. Which isn't bad unless you can taste that it's that way. My potatoes came out below room temperature when I received them which has absolutely nothing to do with our server and more with the kitchen staff. Maria listened to my concerns and they gave me some potatoes...which just looked and tasted like they threw my original potatoes in the fryer again or maybe a microwave. Whatever they did, it didn't help. The 2nd round of potatoes just tasted extremely hot on the outside and yet still weird on the inside. Maria did attempt to accommodate me again, but I insisted that it was okay as I generally cook and eat at home due to how I am with food in general. I only came here because my daughter was hungry and my car was getting serviced at the tire shop. We would've went to Freddy's bc they do have vegan food, but my daughter doesn't like burgers. All in all, all the other food looks delicious. Just please cook the potatoes longer in maybe a lower heat. Y'all can take yall time sending em out because my food did come out almost as soon as we ordered lbvs. P.S. We were sat right in the window. When the sun is out, this can become extremely annoying and HOT. Let me just start off by saying I have an obsession with both carrot cake and juicing so to get both in one sitting was awesome! The Kale Tonic breakfast drink is always one of my go TOS's here. It's the perfect balance between savory and sweet. That Carrot Cake Pancake deserves its own shine because that thing was stellar! The food was amazing, and so was the atmosphere! I placed an order online today for pickup and received burnt food. My potatoes were burnt to a crisp, my French toast was slouchy and not done in the middle. I ordered the Floridian French toast and the fruit was browning and looked old. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. I made all the way to work with nothing to eat though I just spent money and tipped. I'm never going back to this place. I don't recommend ordering from here. It's not worth your time, money or energy. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. I always enjoy the experience and the food here. My last visit was with a group of friends, 9 of us to be exact. I joined the waitlist online but could only list for 6. I was able to call the restaurant and confirm with the manager that they could handle a large group. We got seated and perused the menu. We had to try the million dollar bacon and let me just say it melts in your mouth. Oh my it's so delicious and maybe it's because I haven't had bacon in forever but I don't remember bacon tasting that good! I settled on the chickichanga omelette with breakfast potatoes. I was very satisfied and already craving more. And of course I washed it all down with the kale tonic because...you gotta get your veggies right? Trifecta with waffle eggs over easy were good, the pork sausage outside was tough but the inside was good. The fratita tasted good. Only problem was she asked for no onions and she got a pile of them and had to ask for the bread and jelly that is supposed to come with it. The mixed fruit was good. The menu is extensive. The food is great! I highly recommend the Honey Chipotle Chicken Hash. Our was phenomenal. The Million Dollar Bacon is quite good, too. We always enjoy the food when we go. We got seated right away. Today, we really appreciated the patience of Joshua. Our son has Autism and we are teaching him to look at the menu and order on his own and ask questions if he is unsure. She checked on us right away and told a bit about some of the items on the menu. She was friendly and helpful and made sure everything was going well throughout our visit. I ordered the blueberry pancake - this is my regular for breakfast a lot. It was HUGE and tasty! I also had to try the special Million Dollar Bacon - soooooo worth it! Visiting from out of town and didn't have a lot of options in this area for lunch. I came here as they seemed to have some healthy options like salad, sandwiches, and juice. Came here at lunch on a Monday and was seated quickly and had a very nice waitress. I order the passion mango drink which was sweet and tangy. I ordered the Monterey BLT with the Cobb salad and it was pretty tasty and with fresh ingredients. Service was fast and nice. Inside it's like got that rustic breakfast vibe. I attempted to come here again for lunch on Tuesday and I was seated by the hostess and she said "Tanya" would be with me shortly. The place had made 5 tables there spread out. It was not busy at all. I sat waiting for 15 minutes and no one came to offer me water or acknowledge me or take my order. I saw waitresses in the back chatting and not helping anyone. Then a waitress came out and started training another waitress and still wouldn't look at me or take my order. I have never done this before but I got up and just left. The hostess didn't seem too bothered and I honestly doubt they noticed I left. Two stars for such horrible service, which is a shame since the food was decent. read more

I didn't realize this location didn't sell alcohol, so I was super bummed when I tried to order a cocktail I saw on the website, and I couldn't get it. :( Everything was great though. Our server, Camille, was awesome. She was very informative about the menu and answered whatever questions we had with ease. I ordered the Crab & Avocado Toast, and it was as amazing as it sounds. I believe it's a seasonal item, so get it while you can. I got my eggs scrambled, since I'm not much of a runny egg lover. Throw some hot sauce on the eggs and the avocado toast, and drift away to heaven. It was delicious. My wife ordered the Chickichanga and she said that was also amazing too!
