Love this location as it has the sweetest and fresh treats and they allow dogs. The drinks are strong and there are so many options to choose from like coffee, chai, and matcha bases. I appreciate their hospitality and knowledge of the ingredients as it really helps with allergies and preferences. Speaking of treats, try as many as you can because they are all tempting. My only issue was that the location is not as accessible for those with physical mobility concerns and that there was only 1 poor attended restroom.
Right at the end of Historic Downtown St.Charles, Mocha Point is a family-owned coffee shop specializing in Yemeni coffee. Typically I come in before having appointments close by to sit inside and work for a few hours. There are plugs for chargers and relaxing music playing making it an ideal place to study, meet with a friend, etc. I LOVE the banana cream matcha but I believe it may be a seasonal item. Certain drinks are a part of their seasonal menu, right now there is apple cidar matcha & carmelized banana latte, which both sound delicious. I've also tried the Adeni Chai, which was different. It has a very spice forward flavor. Not in a bad way, just not what I'm accustomed to with chai tea. I was happy to try something new. I always love finding a place with a specialty product here in St.Louis.
This is my second time at Mocha Point, and both times I've gone have been lovely experiences. The interior is cute, but seating can be limited when it's busy. The employees are always friendly and everything comes out in a timely manner even when it's busy! They're on top of things. The first time I came here, I got the banana matcha. The banana cream top was to die for and the matcha was high quality with a good matcha to milk ratio. Super green! This time, I tried the pumpkin chai and the vegan mango dessert. So so yummy! The pumpkin cream top is subtle but the perfect sweet addition to the chai. Love this place so much!
I walked to Mocha Point with my family to grab a coffee. Overall it's a cute shop and there are plenty of outdoor seats. I got the seasonal banana lattee with an extra shot and while it was really good I wish it was a bit stronger on the coffee front. The staff was very helpful and kind! They got our order out fast.
I stopped by around 10:45 am after St. Charles farmers market. Mocha point was sooo crowded. There was hardly room to sit or stand to order. Once I ordered though, the drinks and cookie came out quickly. The iced banana matcha was really good. You can taste the matcha, the freshness of the banana cream. The cup is rather small and I feel like there was a lot of ice. Turkish coffee was super hot, be careful not to get burn when holding it. I couldn't find the sleeve, maybe they have it... the chocolate chips cookie is average, a bit thin and dry for my liking.
This is a cute little place that drew me in because they have a pistachio latte which is delicious! My mother got a refresher which she really enjoyed! The peach foam is delicious.... And to say she liked it is quite a compliment as she rarely likes different or adventurous lol The Baklava cheesecake was also so good. I didn't like the bottom but that isn't the bakery fault baklava has phyllo dough, I just didn't like it as a cheesecake crust. The staff were helpful and friendly too! This really was a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back.
I can't even use words to explain how amazing the Dubai chocolate cheesecake was. It was so rich in flavor and had such a good depth to it. The cheesecake's texture was perfect, not too light but not dense, and the phyllo dough crust was very interesting. I suggest waiting a few minutes after getting the cheesecake to let it warm up slightly and add moisture to the crumbly bottom so that it's softer and doesn't feel as "textured" if that's the word for it. The atmosphere is really nice! Cool furniture, nice colors. The service was very efficient as well. Great vibes and will most definitely be back for the cheesecake! Next time (hopefully it will still be in season) I want to try their peach foam tea drink.
I saw this place online, and wanted to try their lattes. Inside was very chill with a few tables occupied for convos or studying. Customer service was alright, but I think I'm too much of a millennial for the new gen-z customer service now (lol) My husband ordered a raspberry iced tea and I ordered the pistachio latte. My latte was SO GOOD and satisfying. It was a great buttery feel with the coffee. The raspberry iced tea was alright - nothing special and could have used a sweetener. I absolutely loved the vibes and here!
We love this place. We have been here so many times over the past couple of years but I realized I had never written a review. The shop itself is so cute and when you walk in it smells amazing! The staff is always so friendly as well. We have tried nearly every dessert but our favorites are the cheesecakes and warm date cake. There are so many varieties of cheesecakes and all that we have tried have been great! The honeycomb bread is also good. This particular visit we enjoyed the knafeh cheesecake and chocolate cake. I really enjoy how their desserts are sweet but not overly sweet. It's the perfect pairing with a coffee, which btw are also wonderful. Our favorite is the Mofawar. The spices in it are so yummy and we've enjoyed it both hot and iced. If you love coffee and desserts I think you will really enjoy Mocha Point.
Came because I saw this place on TikTok and they said Mocha Point had the best Matcha. I stopped by when I was in the area. I got my drink and a baked good to go. The inside of the café, it was super cute. Lots of tables and open space for working or catching up with friends. They had a lot of yummy looking baked goods to choose from. I got the Matcha X Matcha from the 2026 winter menu. It was the perfect amount of sweet but still being able to taste the Matcha, which I really appreciate. I also got a cherry danish that was soo good. And if you tried love to try a flavored Matcha or some of their coffee. After I ordered the drink and pastry came out super quick, which was really exciting. Sometimes small cafés take a while to make drinks, especially Matcha. I will say the barista was nice, but not super friendly or talkative. I might've asked some more questions about the Matcha options, but it didn't seem like she wanted to have a conversation. I get not everybody is super chatty and she was a good barista, but I think being a little bit more outgoing makes a barista great. Overall 10/10 will be coming back if I'm in the area.

The pastries and desserts here all look wonderful. One thing to note is that Mocha Point is open later than the typical coffee shop, which is a huge plus if you're looking for a refreshing drink or baked good in the eventing. Another location is opening up soon closer to the city as well.
I got the pumpkin chai and it was alright, tasted watered down but could be because the chai is different than what I usually get at other places. Not a big deal, just might not be for me, could be perfect for someone else. The cold foam that came with it didn't have much flavor to it either. I'm willing to come back to try a regular latte because it looked good. Women's restroom was out of service so the men's was available for everyone. Seriously looks like it rarely gets cleaned. (dust on surfaces, corners of the floor are dirty, walls are dirty, cleaning supplies not put away just sitting on a shelf, toilet paper on the ground) I had to squat over the toilet because there was urine on it. Looked like a side of a highway gas station restroom lol. Grosses me out thinking that staff who handles food and drinks are also touching that space.. makes me wonder what else isn't getting cleaned properly..?
We came here a few weeks ago, and have been to the one by our house in Overland Park, KS, but had no idea that the original Mocha Points was established here in St. Charles. This place is amazing with a very comfortable setting and ample places to sit for a coffee shop in the historic St. Charles part. The baristas were awesome and very patient with explaining their fabulous looking deserts. My husband and I both enjoyed a seasonal pumpkin chai latte, which we both thought was delicious. read more

Cool spot in a very cool location but it underperforms. The coffee is average at best, the food was bland, and the service was non friendly. IF you go, I recommend sitting outside and taking in some fresh rays and enjoying Main St. Personally, any future visits will be a no for me dawg. read more

Been here a few times. Like the place due to their unique drink options. Tried the "viral" caramelized banana latte even though I'm not a huge banana lover. It was good. Glad I tried it. Services nice and friendly in a great atmosphere. read more

Lovin' all the fall! I made two trips in the past two days to my favorite coffee houses. Staff are amazing and always friendly. First visit was following a crazy day at work, I needed (yes "needed") some comfort. So I grabbed a pumpkin chai latte and a piece of red velvet cheesecake. It was exactly what my brain and heart needed. Second visit was this morning. After seeing the FALL drink list, and wanting to have fortification for my work day, I ran by and grabbed drinks for me and my fellow office mate. She opted for the pumpkin Latte with oat milk and I went with Salted Date Banana Latte. Mine comes on ice only, I normally go for hot because I feel the flavor is better, but I said yes. GLAD I did. It has more of a banana flavor than date, but it is not over powering. Worth a try if you like bananas. They have new cups, loving them. The lid has a cap and it helps keep everything warm during commute to the office, and keeps it from spilling. Stop in and check them out if you have not, or try the fall menu if it is one of your favorite haunts. They also have coffee and chai mixes available, so you can enjoy it at home too. read more
I was excited to try Yemeni coffee and was not disappointed. I had a pistachio latte and the coffee was so flavorful, a mixture of spices and fruits. My husband had a banana cream latte and enjoyed it. We tried the honeycomb bread and a chocolate danish. The honey comb bread was so light and fluffy and drizzled with honey. The honey added just a touch of sweetness. If in the area again, I would be interested in trying their matchas. The coffee shop has a variety of seating, tables with chairs and comfy couches. A great spot in historic St. Charles! read more
I love Mocha Point!!! Had a strawberry cream blend (with banana) and it was so delicious. It's like a very tasty smoothie. Their desserts looked so good too but unfortunately I haven't gotten a chance to try it out yet. Definitely need to come back for that. I also like that they open so late. They close at 12am which is amazing for a coffee shop. Their store is so lovely as well, the vibe fit perfectly with the rest of Historic St. Charles downtown. read more

I haven't tried their coffee yet but the matcha is not too bad. I know my friend has tried their coffee before and recommended this place to me. It's close to the climbing gym I go to so I would definitely frequent this place. Staff is friendly and service overall is quick. I did get a free baklava one time too (it was good but I'm not much of a sweets person so I found it sweet!) Only limited seating inside and it does get loud so not really an ideal place for quiet studying. It's also nice that they close late. read more

Got Yemeni coffee and honeycomb bread delivered and it was a nice surprise! I had never tried Yemeni coffee before, but one delicious 16 oz got me through my long work day. It's like a brown sugar/spice mix flavor, that was unusual but fantastic. The honeycomb bread was good, but I'm sure it would have been better fresh had I been able to go in! read more
Great coffee spot in historic St. Charles! We tried 3 different drinks and each was tasty. Loved that they weren't just overly sweet. Temps for different drinks was even done correctly! FYI, Turkish coffee is about a million degrees, watch out! Interior is beautiful and seating is comfortable. Lots of people having meetings, chatting and hanging out. Service was fast and friendly. Love coffee but want a new twist? Gotta try out mocha point with traditional Yemeni coffee and treats! If you're not into coffee, they also have other refreshing options like faujitos and chai. This cute coffee shop is a fantastic edition to the St. Charles downtown. As a student, I love it for the hours too! You will not find another coffee shop that is open as late as mocha point. And if you get hungry, there are a selection of delicious and unique cheesecakes to try. The place is a bit small for all the busy customers, so recommend getting there early if you're trying to study. read more
I had such a good experience at mocha point, it's a must visit if you're ever in the st charles area!! It was my first time and my sister and I were surprised at all of their unique offerings. We're big pistachio lovers so the pistachio latte and cold foam option were amazing, and is also uncommon to find elsewhere. We both got the yemeni latte which is one of their best sellers. The worker there was so kind and gave us samples of the chai, and said the yemeni was basically a coffee version of that. It was the most comforting blend of spice and sweetness. We chose to get our drinks as to-go, but saw that customers dining in had pretty teacups! The food options looked good too they had a pistachio croissant!!! They also had the viral dubai chocolate and a knafeh cheesecake. I would definitely recommend this cafe and come back. read more
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE We are very fortunate to have this slice of middle-eastern coffee culture here in St Charles. They have a beautiful corner space on the north end of Main Street where they provide you with a trip to the other side of the world. The selection of coffee drinks and pastries are faithful to their origins and served up by very friendly and welcoming hosts. On my first visit, the young man behind the counter took plenty of time to answer my questions and fully explain the drink offerings, which are definitely unique to St Charles. The baklava was perfectly prepared, moist, with just the right amount of crunch in the crispy filo dough and filled with pistachios. The Turkish coffee is delivered to the table in an ornate jezzva (cezva if you're Turkish). It was delicious and a perfect accompaniment to the wonderful baklava. Can't wait to come back and sample the rest of the drink menu!! read more
This dubai trend has finally gotten me and I will say I'm pleasantly surprised. Mocha went above and beyond with this fad. The cookie was THICK and delicious and warm. The chocolate chips melted in my mouth and the pistachio wasn't as weird or strong as I had imagined. Overall I'm really glad for this addition on Main Street. Great quality and scrumptious desserts and drinks! Definitely add it to your radar!! read more
First time visiting Mocha Point and it did not disappoint! I only saw they were a coffee place online so did not know what else they had to offer. Pleasant surprise seeing the range of pastries they offer, will definitely come back to try them. I ordered just a basic iced coffee and it was delicious, a truly good coffee blend. The associate who helped me was very nice and friendly. He suggested a couple items while I ordered. I loved the option to sit outside too. read more

New coffee spot in St. Charles Main Street! My friend and I stopped by after dinner because she loves dessert, and I love coffee. This place is not your ordinary coffee spot, but it's a Yemeni coffee spot! They have different types of desserts/pastrys, but my friend got the Baklava Cheesecake and I got their Caramel Macchiato. I loved the taste of the espresso in my Caramel Macchiato! It also had a clean after taste. The Baklava Cheesecake was also a good dessert. Flaky on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside. I liked that it wasn't too sweet! The prices are a tad bit higher than Starbucks, but less than Kaldis. The Caramel Macchiato was a bit above $7. I got it with almond milk, though. It may be less without the sub milk. The Baklava Cheesecake was $10. I don't normally eat desserts like that, so I'm not sure if that's a decent price. Friendly team of workers! Wide space! Street Parking! Recommend checking out! read more
