Was in the area and wanted to try a new coffee shop and some pastries. The place is a huge shopping center...sits in a corner closer to the road. Walked in an only one other customer was there. Place is def cute, kinda chilly but I liked it since I had ordered a Hot Gateway Mocha with almond milk...no whip. There wasn't a lot of pastries options so I chose the blueberry muffin. The barista asked me if I wanted it warmed and I said no...but wondering if maybe I should've . The muffin was dry and it was just okay, nothing special really. It did have plenty of blueberries so kudos for that. Wondering if these are house made or brought in from another location. Anyways....the coffee. It was just a coffee. Even tho I wasn't impressed with my choices I still felt they deserved . It's a big coffee shop, location is nice, and I enjoyed my quiet time.

Nice options for summer Iced Lattes & Iced coffee. Chill afternoon background music to enjoy reading or math practices over summer break. Nice alternative next to Silkys frozen custard, Timothy's Restaurant, & Schnucks. Thoughtful staff asked if we wanted our chocolate croissant heated which was appreciated. 5Stars for plenty of open seats in the afternoon.

On a Saturday morning I stopped in real quick for a cup of coffee and breakfast. The service was super fast which I liked since I was in a hurry. I got a latte with vanilla and hazelnut and a cinnamon roll. The latte was good and the cinnamon roll was delicious. I talked with the barista a bit after he took my order and he was very chill and friendly. I will come back!

I had a coffee meeting here, and enjoyed the atmosphere. It is dog, friendly, and wasn't too noisy. It isn't huge, but it's perfect for a little coffee shop. Fast friendly service it's in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking.

Needed some coffee before heading to Schnucks to pick up a few things for dinner. Several customers seated around and one girl working the counter. She greeted me and told me she would be right with me. I was looking around the space and reviewing the menu so I didn't mind waiting. Large, high ceiling space. Seemed a little sparse but I liked the overall feel. I didn't catch the workers name but she was hustling and remained helpful as I asked her a few questions. Ended up ordering the signature coffee, hot. Gateway Mocha with white chocolate and caramel swirls. I will stop in when I am out that way

We stopped by for drinks after church and we surprised by the great service and tasty drinks! Haven't been here before and my wife is a coffee snob, so we weren't sure how it would go. They serve Crimson Cup coffee from Columbus Ohio, (roasted steps away from our old church!) and the barista was very friendly and helpful. We got an iced pumpkin spice, iced lavender haze (with no hazelnut) and the apple Pie chai, also iced. Great flavors and nicely balanced. The place is smaller, but nicely laid out. Looking forward to stopping in again soon to try something else!

One for the best lattes and cinnamon buns I've ever had. The cinnamon roll was soft and warm. This will definitely be on the list to try again.

Yelp keeps asking me if I recommend Gateway, so figured I'd better try it! There were a few people inside, quiet atmosphere... Super friendly barista, knowledgeable and accommodating. While he did not do latte art, the latte he created was perfect in flavor and perfect in temperature!

Gateway Coffee had their grand opening a couple weeks ago, but I wanted the rush to die off before I gave it a shot. The location is pretty convenient - in a strip mall off of Olive that includes a Schnucks, Jimmy John's, a kid's gym, and a few other shops. It's also near a lot of offices and other shops. Would be a great spot to grab a pick me up while heading to work or doing some running. The interior is pretty bare bones at this point, but they do have a few tables where you can sit and sip. The reason I decided to stop here was to get the gingerbread white mocha, which is a seasonal drink for them. Highly recommend it. It was about 10am on a Sunday morning, so there were 3 people there to handle my one drink order, and I got it fairly quickly. It looks like they have a handful of pastries available, but I stuck with just coffee. Well worth visiting if you're in the area!

Super cute cafe in Creve Coeur, quick service, reasonable prices and enough seating so that you don't feel crowded! They have a lot of seasonal specials, I tried the pistachio latte which was amazing.

In from out of town and was trying to find a cute coffee shop. The pistachio latte was good. Barista was friendly and nice. My order came up quick and was sweeter than expected but still good. Enjoyed it.

Gateway Coffee shop is like a cute, little haven for anyone in search of a snug spot to study or just unwind. The place exudes a warm and quiet charm that wraps around you like a cozy blanket. With an adorable array of coffee options and the delightful chance to customize your brew, it's a coffee lover's dream come true. Picture this: sipping on your customized coffee in this charming nook, surrounded by the quiet hum of productivity - it's a cute overload! Gateway has mastered the art of combining cuteness with a perfect study atmosphere, making it an irresistible spot for caffeine enthusiasts and study bugs alike. The barista is super sweet and takes her time to craft the drinks! I got the brown sugar oat milk latte it literally tasted like hot bubble tea. Give this coffee spot a try! You will like it :)

I found this place unexpectedly and was excited to try it! The blueberry muffin was moist and crumbly and was delicious ! The blended/frappe drink was so smooth I almost thought I was drinking a shake. It was tasty and I would come again but I could not taste any coffee/espresso. I really like to taste my espresso in my drinks! Next time I would try an iced drink to really get a good idea of their coffee. The staff was kind and attentive and the place was clean and well kept.

Not a single miss. The biggest standouts were the lavender yuzu berry cookie and the berry trio walnut bread. It's also a pretty large cookie, so good for sharing... or not The berry trio walnut bread had great structure despite being packed with nuts and dried fruits -- really thoughtfully baked and especially amazing toasted. Overall, Foundry is a really great bakery. Absolutely worth the drive to try something new, and I'll definitely be coming back.

First, the fact that my latte kicked the meal off with a Happy Valentine's - so cute. We had a little bit of everything: frittata, loaded waffles, pancakes, chocolate croissant, and potatoes. Everything came out together, warm, and tasty. The waffles were soft and a great balance of flavor and sweet. The whipped cream, I could have eaten a tub of. We arrived at 10:00, without reservations (they only take reservations for parties of five or more), and were promptly seated. When we left there was a bit of a crowd waiting to be seated. Before leaving I popped over to the bakery (where I have been a few times) and grabbed some goodies to take home for later. Love the bakery and all the options available. Great place to have a nice brunch with friends, a date, or just grab some sweets. The staff were great, friendly, and helpful with everything. Stop in and show them some love.

It had more of a coffee flavor than bananas or chocolate. I'm not a fan of coffee so this item was a disappointment to us, but the other two items were delicious especially the strawberry mousseline cake. I could eat that cake everyday! The eclair had just the right amount of custard inside. I wish I had taken photos of the desserts, but we were so excited to try them that we forgot. There was a huge selection of desserts to pick from there so next time we'll try something else. If you like macaroons, they had one of the largest amount of flavors I've ever seen. We used to go there a lot about ten years ago when we lived closer and would always get the carrot cake. It's always been good too. The place has been redone and gotten a lot bigger since we were last there. You could easily host a small get together there and the ambiance is so cute.
