Got a too good to go mystery box here. Went to pick it up at 8pm. They gave it to me right away. It had 6 large pastries in it. Really good amount of food for the money.

I've passed this bakery at least 200 times but never stopped in. I must say, I'm so glad I did!! They sell every type of baked good you can imagine from cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, danishes, macaroons, etc. I ordered a chocolate chip scone, mini cinnamon scone and a box a macaroons. They have a deal where you can get a surprise box of imperfect macaroons for $6 which was a great deal and they tasted awesome. The service was fast and the cafe is much bigger on the inside than it looks from the inside. The interior is adorable too and makes you feel like you stepped into a Paris cafe. Definitely would be a great meeting spot!

They share a parking lot with several other businesses, and it was easy to find parking. As you enter, you see all of the amazing displays filled with fruit tarts, muffins, danishes, croissants, soufflés and so many different flavors and colors of macarons. Some people don't realize that this is also a full service restaurant where you can sit down and have lunch as well. Service was courteous and helpful. Get there early for the best selection as they do sell out of items.

La Bonne Bouchee has been holding it down since 1981, which means people don't just like her, they are now emotionally attached. This place is part cafe, part smoothie stand, and part bakery. I came for a smoothie (hydration, health, balance) and immediately derailed into sweet and savory snacks. The ricotta and spinach danish thingy ma bob was fantastic, flaky and creamy. Then I grabbed all the cookies, took one bite of each like a civilized raccoon, and felt zero regret. It's about balance. It's a little chaotic in there but it's clearly doing something right because it has outlived trends, diets, and common sense.

Always a good visit here. We often stop by for special occasions or sweet French bakery craving. Their macarons are delicious and there's so many flavors! We've dine in a few times and their foods are rich and satisfying as well; one of the best baguettes (crunchy outside & soft inside) in town! Wish I could just buy a bag of them home!

Lunch today, chicken salad, sandwich with chips and fruit, potato and ham soup, house salad with Dijon vinaigrette, fabulous! Such delicious food. Sat inside near the patio. Then there is the Patisserie, oh my! Brought home a blueberry turnover and a mini pecan cinnamon roll for breakfast tomorrow, could have bought 100 more things unbelievable selection of bakery items. Definitely save room for take-home desserts.

Pastries are phenomenal!!! 10/10 recommend for desserts and pastries. Rates 4 instead of 5 due to the actual restaurant dining experience. Average food a lot of it sounds better than it is (with an abundance of cheese). It is a fun atmosphere, just wish the food was more escalated for a better experience. Service was quick and friendly.

Four flavor cake...frosting is true buttercream like my family used to make..I could eat an entire bowl!

Everything in the bakery is delicious!...Love their four flavors cake ...but all so good!

Let me start this by saying that I wasn't here last weekend or anything. It's been a while. I wrote this review when I came home to save for when I was holed up in my home recuperating from having my 2nd knee replaced. I haven't been here in a VERY long time. I am thrilled to see that the only change is that it's gotten better. I brought a couple people who are always looking for a new breakfast place. They were really excited about the decor and the smell as soon as we walked in. We got our drinks, and then checked out the menu. The couple I brought with me were from Kentucky and Ohio and they know their biscuits and gravy. When we go out we usually ask for a sample of the place's gravy. This was no exception. Our waiter was happy to bring us one. It was TOTALLY met with approval so they got an order of that with some bacon, an omelet and a frittata - that I believe had 2 cups of cheese on it. Ha! Ha! We ate very good. And while all of that was good I honestly could have sat and ate the crunchy bread they brought out from the get-go. When we were ready to go I noticed the table next to us got an order of fruit. I have sometimes been disappointed by the fruit that I have received at some places but there was so much bright and beautiful fruit in the bowl next to our table that I KNOW I will get that as a side next time. The only disappointing thing that happened was that once we got our food it seemed like we had been forgotten. I even turned around a couple times and saw our young waiter laughing it up with some of the other wait staff. But all in all the meal was wonderful! We OF COURSE stopped at the bakery side for some treats. I bought a key lime tart, a rhubarb tart, a poppyseed/lemon muffin and a blueberry scone. I also bought this nut and fruit roll up. It was small but man the flavor in that - it was amazing!!! We will ALL definitely be back!

I'm giving five stars for the bakery and 3.5 for the cafe. Bakery is spectacular. They have a huge assortment of cakes. Best of all, they have great options for those not wanting a lighter rather than a heavy, sweet, decadent cake. But, they have those, too. Huge assortment of macarons and they are spectacular. They are sweet and they have a slight crispness before the chewy center. Just excellent. Cafe is also good. Service and ambience are top notch and the menu has a lot of great items. But, quality of the food doesn't seem to match everything else. For instance, the French onion soup is more of the texture and consistency of a brown gravy rather than a rich beef broth. Not much in the way of onion, and the center was slightly cool. I believe Parmesan used to top the cup rather than a Gruyère, or something similar. It was fine, but I expected more. Le vol au Vent much the same. Terrific green. Eans and puff pastry, but the supreme sauce and mushroom just wasn't inspired. It was fine. With my criticism of the food, it should be noted that prices are very reasonable. I'd be happy to eat here again, but knowing I'm going to do the real damage in the bakery.

Service was good, had an abundant array of options to choose from. And it was very tidy and clean . All the pastries where delicate and flaky, even though they lacked flavor

Stopped by here on the way home from the airport on NYE and it was a hustling and bustling place! There is a bakery, coffee/smoothie station and cafe all in this location. It was electrifying to see cases upon cases of beautifully decorated cakes and decadent desserts. The German Chocolate Cake and Creme Brûlée were as delicious as they were beautiful. We also ordered the PBJ smoothie from the coffee shop area! It was amazing and truly tasted like drinking a PBJ. The service was prompt and efficient considering it was very busy. The bakery's use of a number system makes ordering from the counter a breeze.

Friday lunch at this place with two of my friends was a great way to catch up and enjoy French Food options. It's busy with customers and the noise is minimal to low moderate where I am able to hear one another. Regarding my order, I went for my usual lunch combo of half slice quiche du jour with cup of French onion soup. Those rolls at the table complement my soup and I like to use the soup for dipping the bread instead of the butter during this visit. Portion sizes are decent and I love having left overs to enjoy the next day. Service is spot on each time I visit this place. Next time I may have to skip the meal & go straight for the dessert section from their fruit tarts to sweet & savory croissants. Looking forward to my next visit.

The flavors are plentiful, the creativity is unmatched, and the quality of the ingredients is truly unrivaled. I honestly don't think there's a better cheesecake shop that I've encountered anywhere in my travels. The staff is generally very helpful and welcoming, with Lindsy in particular being a consistent standout at the front register over the years. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and have easily spent thousands of dollars on Hank's cheesecakes for both personal celebrations and professional events. The product itself has always been worth every penny. That said, I was disappointed to learn of the new policy charging $2 simply to slice a cheesecake. When purchasing a $25-$400+ cheesecake, an additional fee for a task that takes roughly 20 seconds feels unnecessary and, frankly, a bit off-putting. While I understand that rising costs are impacting businesses everywhere, this type of nickel-and-diming can feel discouraging--especially to long-standing, repeat customers who have consistently supported the business. Hank's Cheesecake remains exceptional, and the product is second to none. I hope management reconsiders this policy, as it slightly detracts from what has otherwise been an outstanding customer experience for many loyal patrons.

It allows people to gather eat a sweet treat and have general conversation conversations where you can actually hear one another. They do have outside seating too. The chocolate cake was soft and as a non-cake lover I found this very delicious. Definitely worthy of sharing. I ordered a quiche to go. I had mentioned they didn't have the spinach feta pastry that I had before. The gentleman stated we have some in the back, I'm happy to get you one. So I ordered that too. I loved that the location had a good parking lot and was easy to get to. The decor and ambiance are designed to give you a feeling of luxury. We had a party of 6 and the round table we were placed at was the perfect size for conversation but still had room for all of our food and plated. Waitress was very helpful and attentive. The wine and bourbon list was massive and I recommend that you do your research in advance. It is way too big to really explore at the table. Bourbons were kind of high priced but, "fine dining" so expected. House salad is really good and fresh with nice light, balanced ingredients. We tried the korean cauliflower and bread service for apps. The cauliflower was ok but I wouldn't order again. It was a little disappointing that they charge for bread service. A single order comes with 5 pieces of bread, connected but tearable, and each a pretty small finger-sized piece. The board they served it on had a well full of olive oil and that was a mess. It was hard to pass without spilling and hard to share the oil since you had to pass the whole big bread board with it. Definitely a form over function thing that caused some frustration. Most of my party got steaks and all were very happy. 2 of my party got their steaks tuscan style and although they really liked the flavors on the meat, they wished they had not gotten salads first since the tuscan style plate replaced the usual potato and veg side with an arugula salad (so double salads for those folks). One person got the pork chop and it was massive, seemed like he liked it. I got the tagliatelle ragu and it was a good portion, not obscene but I had leftovers. It kind of tasted like pot roast pasta in a decent way. I don't know if I would get it again but I was not disappointed. 2 in our party ordered dessert, creme brulee and chocolate torte. The chocolate torte was phenomenal and one person said they would have come just for that. Not a lot of non-alcohol after dinner drink options. I ordered drip coffee and it was better than most I have had after dinner at supposedly nice restaurants, although it wasn't amazing. Some at our table ordered port and the bottle was humungous - a very amusing presentation. We were celebrating 4 birthdays among our 6 diners and they brought us a very nice plate of warm, gooey, chocolate chip cookies cut into quarters to share. This was a PERFECT birthday acknowledgement. We didn't need a big dessert per person or one to share with 6 spoons. It was small, delicious, and a gracious gift. If I could do half stars I would give 4.5. There were some small misses that I would not expect from a restaurant of this caliber. It was a lovely dining experience and I would go back in a heartbeat. I really like when a restaurant lives up to its reputation and I think Truffles does.

We started with the Korean fried cauliflower and it was honestly some of the best I've ever had. The batter was light, fluffy, and crispy, and the gochujang sauce with the mayo was sweet and sticky in the best way. Since it's a butchery, we had to try the steaks. I ordered the 4oz filet Oscar style. The meat was tender and very well seasoned, the crab was fresh, and the homemade hollandaise really pulled it all together. My husband had the ribeye. It was a flavorful cut, a little fatty (as ribeye tends to be), but exactly what you'd expect from that cut. The steaks come with a twice-baked potato and vegetable (or you can swap for different vegetables). The potato was flavorful but fairly dense. We also did the bread service - it was good, but felt a bit pricey for the portion. We ended with the flourless chocolate torte, which was very rich and the perfect way to finish the meal - especially on Valentine's Day. Overall, the food was good and the menu is solid. The quality was there, but the portions, bread service and sides didn't fully meet expectations. That said, it was still a lovely experience and a great date-night spot.
