I'm a coffee person and their Americano (16 oz) with 3 shots was $3.45-- for the taste + value in this economy was so worth it. For perspective, Nespresso Vertuo pods are about $1.50 a pod (1-2 shots) and single origin coffee beans from a reputable roaster is about $20-28 which lasts about two weeks. They have a cold brew called Kyoto and appreciated how they offered a sample. I'm not a mocha girlie but my husband and is partial to their raspberry mocha, turtle mocha, and la finca's mocha. I wouldn't go out of my way for this place but if you're nearby or on the highway toward St. Louis, stop by here rather than Starbucks, Scooter's, etc :) it's less expensive and quality is there. read more

Stopped in for a coffee to go on the way out of town. We saw they had food which included Empanadas a perfect hand food for the road. A batch of Chicken Empanadas came hot out of the kitchen. The Coffee and Latte were both great. The Empanadas are delicious! Different than any I've ever had with a flakey crust, generous filling and the Chimichuri had bold flavors. I have been visiting family in Eureka this week and was very pleasantly surprised to find that Eureka now has an adorable and locally owned shop right on the quaint downtown strip! Naturally I had to try it out. My first stop in I was greeted by a delightful little shop with greenery and comfortable furniture (though currently no indoor seating is allowed due to Covid). I really enjoyed the eclectic rustic feel and the oil paintings adorning the walls that are for sale if you decide you need some fresh decor to go with your fresh coffee. The menu is extensive and features everything from smoothies and frozen drinks to a good ole cup-o-Joe. I also want to make a point of mentioning they have plenty of non-dairy options if you cannot have regular milk like me. They also roast their own coffees which is totally awesome! On my first trip I order the iced turtle latte with oat milk and OH MY I was not disappointed. The ratio of caramel to chocolate to hazelnut was exquisite and even my non-coffee loving husband wanted to drink it. I will definitely be getting another one of these on my way out of town later this week! My second trip I tried the iced raspberry mocha with oat milk but I mixed it up with white chocolate instead of regular chocolate. HIGHLY recommend this! The chocolate to raspberry ratio was perfect with hints of raspberry coming through and never a kick-in-the-face overpowering amount of raspberry like I have had other places occasionally. SO SO GOOD! So overall I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for delicious and quality coffee to start your day right. I know I will certainly be making this place a regular stop on my visits to Eureka! read more

I ride with a motorcycle group called Two Wheel Java. We try to separate ourselves from riders who go to bars, drink alcohol, and ride. Riding hopped up on caffeine is much more fun (and safe).
