The caramel and coconut flavors blended beautifully, with just the right touch of salt to balance it all out. The only thing I'd change is adding a bit more coffee (espresso)--the flavor leaned more on the sweet side, so next time I would ask for an extra shot. The shop itself is absolutely adorable. The LEGO decorations were such a cute, creative touch and made the whole place feel warm and fun. We were driving down I-44 and decided to show my girlfriend this Friends themed coffee shop. It is so fun with the theme song playing and all the memorabilia on the walls. We were able to sit on the orange couch and sip on our coffee and talk. I ordered a new flavor of Banana Bread latte with oat milk. The coffee here is amazing. I don't live near by. The coffee and atmosphere good. But manager/owner today yelled at staff about catching the details. I understand needing to address issues, but yelling when all the customers can hear, and being very condensing is not any way to treat staff. Do it privately or not in such a loud voice. It honestly turned me off and I don't think I can go back. I felt very sorry for the entire staff and I know all the customers in the store found it unappealing! read more

I did a curbside order and it was quick & easy. My drink was a little over $6 ($1 tip). I had a regular iced orange couch mocha. The drink was super sweet and had a lot of caramel drizzle, even a bit overpowering. I think I would've liked it more if there was less caramel/ sweetness. read more

As a 22 year resident of Eureka, I feel so fortunate to have this place in our town. It's a "Friends" theme on the inside and the coffee and breakfast drinks are really good. I usually get the iced carmel macchiato & I like it better than Starbuck's version. They don't have a kitchen, but if they did it would be even more appealing. read more

I come here for coffee all the time and I've never had any problems. But today I ordered two iced Nutella coffees one of them had an extra shot of espresso. . Whoever made them wrote on only one of the cups so I thought I'd just call them and ask which one was the one with extra espresso. When the girl answered and I asked she said both of the coffees were the same so they didn't write on them. Which wasn't true they weren't the same and one DID have writing but all it said was ice Nutella no whip. She literally told me to taste them to figure out which one was the extra shot of espresso. Which is honestly just crazy to say to someone. Thank goodness it wasn't a coffee run for work because I can't just taste someone else's coffee to see if it's the correct one. read more

Drinks are so expensive, I came into the restaurant around 8 in the morning and I was going to sit down and enjoy what I had ordered but then one of the ladies behind the counter gave me a huge glare and told me I was allowed to sit down. Before that incident, I had tipped the lady three dollars and she looked at me and asked me if that was all I was going to tip! The employees at the coffee shop are really nice, they have a wide selection of drinks caffeinated and non caffeinated my favorites being the Chai Latte and Hot Chocolate freeze. The store has a great theme of friends and comfortable couches and seats to do your work with outlets and free wifi and hang out with friends. The environment is nicer than Starbucks, and I would come here every time I wanted to get coffee or any other drink. The employees are great with gluten free, non dairy, sugar free, and any other options! It's great for kids with many fun board games and I suggest the Hot Chocolate freeze.
