Unfortunately, it took us losing power due to the storm to get me to try this place. I am happy to report though that I was quite impressed. I had my doubts but I was quickly put at ease. They have several lanes you can use. The concept is, you drive up, someone will take your order, you pay and then someone will bring your order. The young man who took my order was pleasant and upbeat especially before 8am! I ordered a creme brulee latte (cane sugar, toasted marshmallow, salted caramel latte. Then i pulled up the lane and no joke, after a minute, a happy, friendly staff brought my order to the car. And the latte? So good and refreshing especially after sweating the night away without electricity. It wasn't overly sweet but delivered all the flavors the name promised. It did taste like a creme brulee with coffee. Delicious! I did hear from others who frequent this place that sometimes it's difficult to figure out the menu but I looked online before coming here so it was a very smooth process. Very cool coffee place vibe without having to deal with looking around for an open space to sit and wait for your order because numerous spaces are occupied by numerous people working. I pass this place often and finally decided to come. What better time than pumpkin spice season!! I pulled up and there are 2 lines. He's it was crowded but the lines move very quickly. They have staff outside taking your order before you get to the window. I told the staff it was my first time and she was so helpful. They have so many options so I'd suggest looking online first but I was hoping that had pumpkin flavors and I was in luck. I really enjoyed my Pumpkin Blondie. Not too sweet at all. I like the look and feel of this coffee spot and the decor is so cool. They have more than just coffee too so you can find something for everyone. I'll definitely return. read more

I decided to stop here on a whim. There always seems to be a sizable line, but it looks to be quickly moving. That was the case today as well. There were two separate lines, and a bar code to scan for a menu. I found the menu to be overwhelming, and not very helpful. The menu focused on listing the "favorites", but i never saw all of the different syrup choices I could get. That may well be that i didnt notice it though. The cashier was helpful, but needed to keep the line moving, so I had to make a hurried choice. If I decide to go back, I'll make a more informed choice. My drink was made by the time I reached the exit, and the person who gave me my order was smiling and cheerful. It was expensive for what I got though, which is why I should stick to making my coffee at home. read more

Stopped at this location in Kirkwood as I've been eyeing them since they opened. They weren't busy and the line moved pretty quick at 8:30/9:00 am. There's two lines and a few workers outside taking your orders and payment to speed up the lines since there's no intercom. There are no menus so you have to pretty much know what you want ahead of time to keep the lines moving. Google their menu, and also look up their "secret menu" which is just different recommended drink combinations online. I ordered a sweet and salty with old foam on top. The coffee was smooth, creamy and not too sweet. The cold foam was creamy and delicious. I will definitely be back to try more coffee and secret menu items. read more

They run a very efficient line and since it was my first time there, I had a lot of questions. They were were super helpful and patient with me in that regard. I ordered one of the 7 originals, German Chocolate. The German Chocolate is coconut and caramel mocha and suprisingly not super sweet. It was like drinking a german chocolate cake and very blissful. I stumbled upon 7 Brew's new Kirkwood location on its second day of opening week! This was my first time to any 7 Brew so while I don't have anything to compare it to, the service was fast and friendly. The 2-laned drive thru is located in the parking lot across from Hobby Lobby/ Burlington off S. Kirkwood Rd (between 44 and Big Bend) Check out the online menu options ahead of time: there are no menus or prices posted in the drive thru line (hopefully they have plans to display a menu in the coming days.) It would be really helpful when you're waiting in line to see the options; especially if you've never been or aren't as tech savvy I ordered a custom medium latte with oat milk and toasted marshmallow syrup. It came to $6.17 before tip. I think milk alternatives are 0.75c and syrup is 0.75c each "scoop." The espresso was smooth and syrup not overly sweet! I'm excited to try more! read more

Been here a few times and unfortunately each latte I get is not good. Last time I ordered a small latte with sf brown sugar syrup and oat milk. It had almond milk and wayy too much syrup (asked for it less sweet). I know they make these drinks quick but at this point I'm not going back since it's been repeatedly wrong. I'd recommend trying it before you drive away even if you feel rushed. read more

I often frequent this 7brew and enjoy getting an energy. Typically my experience is fine, but today when I got my MEDIUM energy it cost over $7. I got my normal drink which typically averages somewhere around $6, but never more, and I did not make any changes but for some reason it cost extra. They also didn't fill it up fully. And to add onto my already bad experience with the drink, the brewista was rude. Like obviously I understand you don't want to be out in the rain, but this is your job, slap on a smile for .2 seconds. Decent coffee and customization options, but the line is just not worth a coffee at all. I mean, you could go literally anywhere else and get a very similar item but not have to wait in line for an extended period of time. I think a big part of their issue is that they don't have the menu readily available or posted so a lot of times people aren't ready with their order and that adds to the wait. read more

If I could do 0 stars I would. I ordered my favorite 7 brew coffee. Sweet and salty. I drive off and taste my coffee. I drive about 12 minutes away and took three sips total to realize this is not my usual sweet and salty. The cream tasted expired and it wasn't sweet at all. There were also grounds in my coffee. I was very upset and tried calling to let them know I would like a remake. The call never went through. I had to go there to "make it right" they would not remake a medium because of my troubles. And issued me a refund after waiting. They argued with me and were very unprofessional and disrespectful. I love 7 brew but I will make sure I never come to this location again. read more

Went to the new location in Kirkwood today, never been to a 7 Brew before, sat in line forever, they have a person taking orders via tablet at your window, I order 4 drinks and then tap my US Bank debt card, I move up and she comes walking back up to my car and says that my card was declined and that they have been having trouble with US Bank cards all day and to try again at the next spot where you get your drinks, okay fine. I get up there and try tapping again, says the same thing declined and US Bank cards are not being accepted for some reason today, they say try again and even go and get another tablet, we try inserting the card, still same thing. I even logged in to my bank and checked my card because I was starting to think maybe I got robbed or there was an issue with my card. And it was totally fine, plenty of money in there, not my problem but theirs. So they ask if I have cash, okay I pull out the only bill I have $100 dollar bill, guess what nope, they can't take hundreds. Are you kidding me, so the girl yells for the manager I think he said his name was Jason, he looks like he just rolled out of bed, walks over, super disengaged, and just stands there looking at me and the other employee like what do you want me to do. No apologies nothing, and says sorry we can't take US Bank cards or $100 dollar bills. So I am pissed at this point and I say this is fxxxing ridiculous and he then pipes up to his power of "Management" and says, we aren't going to serve you, you cursed at me. Well think how I feel I'm upset that I swiped my card 4 times and offered with cash and they couldn't take any of those options. So I did say a not very nice thing to him and I left.
