I had terrible customer service here. The employee was condescending and rude. I won't be back.

Nice and simple. Inexpensive. That's how my son described it…read more Everything we got was tasty and as expected. Good coffee. I had the number 5, the "budget breakfast" sandwich (one egg, one bacon, cheese) on a biscuit. I loved the crunchy bacon. My friends got a different variety of their breakfast sandwiches, two eggs, cheese, bacon, one on a bagel and one on bread, and they both happily finished them off. Of course, I had to try the donut grilled cheese. Yes, American cheese, in between a doughnut that was split in half and griddled. It was a strange sensation, the salty cheese with the really sweet doughnut, crispy and caramelized on the outside and still soft on the inside. It's something everyone should have once in their life, lol. Oh, we also got one of their old-fashioned donuts, which is my barometer for how good a donut place is. It was a good donut. I was surprised it was the shape of a long john rather than a round donut, but it was quite enjoyable. I will have no problem going back for more!

And their prices are very affordable, which just adds to the feeling of stepping into an old time shop. The place is clean and comfortable for a little breakfast or lunch stop. They even have donut burgers/hotdogs which I could see many enjoying as a special treat. Its worth a visit if you havent been!

I've been here 3 times in the last 2 months for lunch and breakfast. Each time there is a young…read moreperson that is a bit rude when I'm ordering. Today, for breakfast, I asked for a combo and ordered the drink with it. The worker said "I'll get there." About the drink. Then asked what kind of bread I wanted. The picture of the combo showed a croissant so I wasn't aware I was supposed to say a bread. (Bagel, croissant, toast, etc) And I laughed because it was kind of rude. The first window was a different person and gave me my donuts and drink politely, no problem. Then the second window I waited about 10 minutes, which is long for fast food, no problem because I want a newly cooked egg and hot. The girl came to the window and asked if I ordered "blah blah blah." Said no. She asked what I DID order. I ended up getting what I ordered. The 2nd window girl was nice. So they seem somewhat unorganized. The young people are apathetic to customers. The person taking orders shouldn't keep asking "is that all?" They should be asking "what else can I get you?" That raises sales. And that makes a customer feel like they're being paid attn to. I'm coming from the pov of someone who's worked retail and food. If the first point of contact is rude, you're going to lose business. Most people won't say anything, just not come back. This is a small business, they need to to be hitting 100 on all areas. Or you'll lose business and you won't know why. People play a major part in a business succeeding.im now going to mention my croissant was very burnt. The donuts were fast and very good!!!! But its unfortunate when the negative outshines the positive Update a couple of months later: I believe the owner woman took my order. I got attitude major when I asked for confirmation that my burger would be made on a croissant. It'll be awhile before I come again. And it took forever when I was the only one in line.

I also love that i was able to actually sit back and enjoy the experience of my coffee being made. I tried the Java hazelnut coffee and it was so good. I also thought the cups were really cute with the name printed on them i thought that was a nice little detail. I'd also like to add it's not just coffee they had teas, milk lemonade, apple juice a little something for everyone. Also I love me some plants I loved how they had real plants In the shop also tiny plants on each table was sooo cute. They had a bunch of different pastries you could choose from along with merch that you could shop while waiting for your order I tried the espresso doughnut and it was good, but it was more cakey but they let me know that before I ordered. My daughter got the gooey butter cake and enjoyed it. Another part that i liked was being able to see the pastries getting made off to the side. I even connected with someone else who enjoys visiting different coffee shops, which made the experience a lot better. Overall i would 100% visit made by Made by Lia again I also was able to grab my son a gift card from them for his birthday next week I think he will love it.

It felt cheery inside; we weren't ready and let others go in front of us so we could decide on goodies. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had decided. We got a huge blueberry lemon scone, a gooey butter cake slice, and a large chocolate chip cookie. I also got a brown sugar latte made with coconut milk, a first-time milk choice for me. I will probably go with Almond milk next time. The scone was delicious! My husband enjoyed his cookie and gooey butter cake. It will always be a stop when we are in the area.
