Visit this location and went through the drive thru. Placed my order and after a short wait was handed my meal by the employee at the window. Went on home to eat the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich and hash browns. Well the breakfast sandwich was nothing like what was pictured and the cheese was not very melted. It was lacking in many ways. The hash browns, there were 6 pieces and they were warm-ish. Won't waste my money there on these items again. I should have ordered a donut!!! I did not go inside to see the dining area so not sure about what they have to offer. read more

Located in Bridgeton Mo. small shared parking lot. Very congested. Suggest you park in back , front lot has potholes and chips and broken brick. Ordered two mixed berry smoothies . Well worth $20 bucks. Absolutely delicious. Frozen to perfection , consistency great. Presentation beautiful. Will definitely be back to try different flavors and food items. Ordered through the app and three minutes later my order was ready at the drive-thru window. There's a really tight lane there and turning into the small parking lot. MDepending upon the time of day and which way you're turning in or out, busy Rock Road can be challenging. read more

The website says they close at 10PM. I got to the drive through around 9:30PM and waited a minute for someone to respond. After no answer I drove to the pickup window. The lights were on but no one responds. I see a guy inside as I drive around. So I decided to go through the drive through lane again. Same no response. Finally, I drive to the pick up window and the guy walks up and tells me the store does not take any orders after 9:30PM... That doesn't even make sense. Plus, it was 9:34PM... This is disgraceful. FYI. This happened on 2/19/22 at 9:34PM just in case you want to check the camera for proof. read more

Get my order wrong often (more than 50% of the time) and they always lock their door during operating hours. How does it make sense to force mobile orders to come through drive-thru? It makes the dive-thru line longer and when that line gets long people start turning around and leaving. FYI to the owner - these employees are costing you money both directly (as stated above) and indirectly (through damaging the brand's reputation). read more

I went through the drive through 2 days ago. The guy at the window was so nice and helpful and very polite and friendly! He said good morning, already had my drink and donut ready and within another 45 seconds my hot food arrived! They work real hard in there and everyone has a smile while working. This review is only for Baskin Robbins, not for the Dunkin Donuts. This place is a welcome oasis in the desert on St. Charles Rock Rd. I had a hankering for ice cream while running errands on Friday and decided to google search the nearest ice cream place rather than go to Mickey D's. To my surprise this Dunkin Donuts popped up AND THEY HAVE A DRIVE-THRU!!!!!! Let the church say Amen! Great customer service! I visited 2 days in a row - I asked for jamoca coffee (not jamoca almond fudge) for scooped ice cream and a cappuccino blast. The cashiers both times - female the first night and male the second night - were very kind and accommodating. They got jamoca coffee from their back freezer since they didn't have it in front. I just left this location ... I ordered 2 scoops of Butter Pecan and 1 scoop of Black Walnut in the same cup. 1 scoop of vanilla in a cup and another scoop of vanilla with sprinkles in a cup. Pretty simple right? Not for the idiot at the speaker/window. When I tell you that 2 scoops of Butter Pecan and 1 scoop of Black Walnut in the same cup had that guy totally confused. I repeated it 6, that's right 6 times. When I pulled forward, I asked him to repeat it. He repeated it perfectly. So why did he STILL get the order wrong?!! He, being the 40+ yo Black guy. Everyone at this location is so sweet! Patience is a virtue with anything in the world right now due to the heavy level of understaffing. It's not the workers' fault though, so they deserve to be treated with respect regardless. I have never had a problem here besides a typical drive-thru wait time. My drinks have always been correct, I've always been greeted with a smile and conversation, and my mood uplifted! This Dunkin' is so convenient when it comes to me getting to work, but the friendliness of the employees and correctness of my order(s) is really what keeps me coming back. read more

Baskin Robbins: Thanks for Calling Baskin Robbins, how can I help? Bob: What time are you open until? BR: 7pm Bob arrives at B and R at 6:32pm to find the dining room locked and the staff unresponsive to knocks on the locked door for service. There was however a sign confirming the 7pm close time. (The app was totally wrong confirming a 10pm close time) Go through drive through and was told only the drive through was open until 7 and the sign/phone person are incorrect. Of course the drive through attendant claimed to not know of a manager or who that might be. So whoever from BR that is listed as the owner of this establishment and is reading this: Enjoy your one star, your shady business practices, and your improper operating procedures. read more

This Dunkin/ Baskin has changed sooo much in the past couple months!!! And for the better. If you haven't been in a while I would so strongly recommend to give it a try again. My favorite is an Irish cold brew with cold foam. I would keep in mind that they are a half Baskin Robbins so they carry about 26 but do a great job rotating them so everyone gets their favorites. read more

Today we waited a long time for someone to y take our order with only one person in front of us to find out they were only serving coffee and donuts at 4:20pm on a sunny day. Strange. read more

I was in the drive through line and was pretty much told off by an employee for asking what ice cream toppings were available. She said the list changes so they don't have anything posted, and we had to ask for each item, just to be told "no." Then she complained at me over the speaker that there was a line forming. I was so angry I just drove off. There's an Andy's down the street I'll go to from now on. read more

I went through the drive thru in the morning on my way to work since it's off I-70. I asked a few questions before ordering about what kinds of bagels and cream cheese they have since it's not listed anywhere. I settled on a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. There was a big sign with pictures of heart donuts for Valentine's Day. I asked for the pink heart one. They don't have them any longer. I then ordered a strawberry iced ring with sprinkles. I repeated the full order 2 times. There were 2 or 3 vehicles ahead of me and when I got to the window the cashier said $9.01. I said $9.01 for a bagel and a donut? She asked if I had a macchiato to which I repeated my order 1 plain bagel with plain cream cheese and 1 strawberry iced ring with sprinkles. Another cashier walked over and asked what I ordered. I repeated the order to him 2 more times as it had not been entered. I ordered the same thing 5 times! It's a drive-thru. Get it together. read more

I have been to this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins about 7 times and have never experienced such slow and bad service when so few customers were there. With just 2 people in front of us and it took almost 25 minutes to get our order placed and served. The 2 crew members working were more dedicated to premium service given to the drive-thru to the point it seemed they were both working on one order. No smiles, no welcome, no thank you or have a nice day. After I paid for the nephew's ice cream and my donut, she started taking another order when she had yet to give me my single donut and looked annoyed and acted out out when I asked for the donut. The girl gave me my bag and practically dropped it on the counter as she was so quick to get the transaction over. Only positive thing on this visit was nephew eas thrilled to try the new multi colored sherbet, to which he gives 2 thumbs up. If it were not across town to Creve Couer, we would have left and given our business to Cold Stone Creamery. Even when they have a queue lined out the door, the crew members are still smiling and thanking you for your business. read more

This isn't my usual Dunkin but when I go I get a simple French vanilla ice coffee with 2 creams. So disappointI got! i have been here several time and each time my drink has been horrible. This last time I don't even think they put any coffe in my drink only cream. On another visit the workers say they weren't serving. Huh? Why are you open? Service is usually ok. Went in on Donut Day and asked for my favorite donut. Of course they didn't have it. They were limited on other choices also. The young guy behind the cash register gave me a coupon to come back for a free donut at a later date. Nice gesture, but was almost ruined when he grinned at me and said,"here's two coupons and I know that you will be back." Grinning as if to hint that the fat guy will be back. I love the location of this Dunkin' it's the closest one to my house. I've had good and bad experiences at this place. The first few times I went when they first opened they were trying to work out the kinks so it was understandable that things didn't run super smoothly. But after almost a year of being there I still am dissatisfied with their bathrooms, the temperature inside, and certain workers. At the same time, the quality is good and I love that it's a baskin Robbins and a Dunkin' Donuts. read more

That raises sales. And that makes a customer feel like they're being paid attn to. I'm coming from the pov of someone who's worked retail and food. If the first point of contact is rude, you're going to lose business. Most people won't say anything, just not come back. This is a small business, they need to to be hitting 100 on all areas. Or you'll lose business and you won't know why. People play a major part in a business succeeding.im now going to mention my croissant was very burnt. The donuts were fast and very good!!!! Review of the Baskin-Robbins counter inside the Dunkin Donuts shop ... Reduced selection from a full service B-R, due to space available. But when my wife & I visited on a weekend afternoon to satisfy an ice cream craving, we found a friendly crew and received very generous double scoops of fresh ice cream in large fresh waffle cones. The only significant negative was that the interior tables & floor could use more regular attention to keep them free of product crumbs and ice cream drips. This B-R location is the closest to our house, and we will return when another craving comes along. read more

A Cautionary Tale (a real one, not a tall tale): First, I…read morecan't say that I'm writing a super fair review, because I haven't ever been into this donut shop. But my mom bought us some donuts from Olde Towne Donuts. I had a bite of a chocolate cake donut and it tasted fine. However, after eating a chocolate Long John, my 15 year old son informed me that he needed his rescue inhaler and some Benadryl pills, because he was having an allergic reaction. We didn't eat anything unusual for dinner. And the donut was the only other thing he ate. When I called the shop to ask if they use any kind of soy protein or pea protein in the ingredients- sure enough, they do. Before calling, I had searched on their facebook page a little to find out it if they had some special feature to their donuts- like "healthier" because of added protein, but I didn't see any mention of ingredients. When I called to ask, the girl who I initially asked wasn't sure what kind of ingredients they used, so I guess a head baker or owner got on the phone and confirmed that they used soy protein in their donuts. I'm not mad- thankfully my son was pretty quick to recognize it and was home where we were able to give him what he needed right away. Still, I caution not only customers with allergies or sensitivities, but I also have a strong word of advice to the owners: if you don't already have notices of this added protein ingredient posted in the store clearly as a warning, as well as on your website/ social media pages, I urge you to do so. It could seriously be a matter of life or death. My son has what people typically refer to as a "peanut allergy"; people who truly have that allergy are not allergic to nuts (I suppose someone could also have a nut allergy on top of it), but they are allergic to much more than just peanuts; it is a legume allergy. Legumes are plant foods formed inside pods, like beans, peas, and pea"nuts". Nowadays, there are so many unexpected foods that can cause an anaphylactic reaction for people with a legume allergy, because so many processed foods have protein as a filler (like highly processed frozen chicken nuggets). And now manufacturers are proud to boast their food item has "added protein". It is the legume protein that causes the severe allergic reaction, known as anaphylaxis. Which can often occur immediately upon ingesting the allergen and the life threatening symptoms can progress in just a matter of minutes. Thankfully, my son's reaction is not immediate- he usually has at least 30min before it becomes serious requiring immediate intervention, and lately he's been able to curb it by taking Benadryl, but he has had many ER visits and epinephrine as a young child. I have often been warned and urged by nurses and doctors not to take the risk of waiting, but to use the EpiPen injector and call 911 as soon as it is realized that ingested an allergen- even before symptoms- or as soon as he has symptoms -even if he's not sure he ingested an allergen. My point in sharing all of this is to emphasize the importance and seriousness of the matter. Please make it known to your customers in some obvious way (and certainly such that your employees would know) that your delicious donuts are made with soy protein (or pea protein or chickpea protein, or lentil protein- believe me, those are all used as added plant proteins.) Reading labels is second nature to our family, but it's so hard when something fresh made incorporates the allergen into their food that would not typically have added proteins. We love donuts and have eaten them from so many different donut shops and houses of donuts all over the country, but never encountered a hidden allergen in the dough. Let the people know, please!
