I don't know what I was looking for when This donut shop appeared in my list, but I am so glad it did. I don't love close so we came a long way! It is a cute shop with friendly staff and they were knowledgeable about what they offered. I got a maple Bacon donut which was amazing! Truly the best Maple Bacon donut I have ever had. Also a raspberry pistachio which was also delicious. The donuts were the same except the toppings but they aren't heavy cake donuts. They were light and airy and broke apart easily kind of like a cinnamon roll. I had the top part with the toppings and dipped the bottom in their maple dip. The dip was delicious but the donuts were coated in a sugar... not a glaze but granulated sugar so if dip is not your thing you would still have a nice sweet donut throughout. I also got the Mango passion refresher which was so good. What amazed me though was my mother who isn't a fan of sweet things even liked the cinnamon donut she got. That says a lot to me because she is picky lol. Also the staff was friendly enough to give a mini donut to sample and that was extremely kind and I Chan say the minis are just as delicious as the full sized donuts. They do not skimp on quality here which is nice because they are a bit in the pricier side, but for the size of the donuts and the quality especially I didn't feel overcharged. Can't wait to try other flavors and even their savory donuts ! read more

I had been incredibly thrilled to try this place because of their keto doughnuts. Walking in, you see a full display of their delicious looking doughnuts that make you question your dietary choices... My group ordered some goodies and I ordered my keto doughnut. Was INCREDIBLY bummed when one of the employees told me they were out of the chocolate doughnut, but he had some chocolate keto frosting. I told him to give me whatever they had. And WOW was it the saddest doughnut I've ever seen. Sadly, it was not good at all, not worth the hype, but the rest seemed really good, and my family enjoyed them. read more

These are great donuts! It's all the same donut with different icing, good news is it's a solid donut- soft & perfectly sweet. The maple flavored ones are very good, the blueberry was great as well. The strawberry icing was only mildly strawberry but good regardless. I would love to try the savory ones, next time for sure! That's a cool switch up for a donut shop! Inside was very clean & the guy who helped us was patient & nice as we took our time deciding on flavors. They take your order then you wait as they ice them, but we got our donuts very quickly on a Saturday so that's a plus! read more

I have been wanting to try the savory pizza doughnuts at Parlor for a while since I saw them on TikTok. I went on a Saturday with a friend and we ordered the OG Pepperoni, the Pig & Fig, cinnamon sugar and coconut cream minis. The best bite here for me was the coconut cream mini. I thought it was delicious. I think the savory pizza donuts would have been more successful if the quality of the cheese, sauce, and toppings was better. The tomato sauce was not good. I'm sorry I'm a pizza snob. I'll be back for those coconut cream minis! read more

Pricy, but so worth it. Presentation is always so beautiful, flaky and yet moist. These flavors are anything but basic. I've tried a handful of flavors but I have to say that the French toast is probably my favorite. And this is coming from someone who doesn't like regular French toast! Service is always so delightful and patient. I never know what I want to try next with how I'm feeling but I promise you I didn't create a grumpy line! It was divine and I will keep coming back for more. No pics because I didn't let my camera eat first hehe read more

I went on a Saturday evening. It was around 4 and they were completely empty of customers. I was greeted immediately but the six pack did take some time. However, the wait was well worth it as they were fresh and warm. The inside is clean and inviting with decorations. My favorite doughnut out of my six pack is the French Toast. I will be back once I am out this way. read more

A unique doughnut with an Americana vibe! Parlor Doughnuts offers a doughnut that's smashed somewhere between a croissant, a pastry and a doughnut! The outside appears flaky indicating it would come with a crunch but these doughnuts are as soft as could be! They offer a huge assortment of their layered doughnuts as well as a plethora of beverage and coffee options. They also serve hearty breakfast item like breakfast sandwiches and tacos! The interior is a doughnut shop that you could actually sit down and eat at! It's clean with old school Americana decor and plenty of seating. Be aware that because these doughnuts come in big packages they come with bigger price tags. A single layered doughnut will set you back about 4 dollars, but you'll only be able to eat just the one anyway! read more

Delicious! These donuts aren't even close to typical. I would describe their texture as a croissant without the flakes. They crunch on the outside and reveal tons of air pockets and tender layers inside. I have been to several locations in different regions of the country and have been impressed by the consistency in good service and high quality desserts. read more

Cute little doughnut shop! It tends to be pretty busy on weekends, but they have a good amount of donuts and some great sandwich, etc. options. They tend to be more expensive donuts as most of their donuts are gourmet types read more

Parking was a breeze! There's a drive in for those lucky people who can decide what they want! As for the doughnuts, they are hands down the best donuts I have had (and I travel to Chicago a lot!) and will be going back. Not your basic flavors, but all delicious! My personal favorite is the Sandy Beach, which is like a cinnamon roll but on a doughnut. The donuts have a flaky yet definitely a donut tecture. My husband likes their coffee, too. While we were there a couple came in with their dog to celebrate the dog's birthday! Bonus!! The atmosphere is definitely Americana, but not your traditional red, white and club but more with a salute to the military vibe. read more

These are literally the best donuts we have ever tried! It's more like a pastry w cinnamon sugar and then all kinds of toppings and fillings. But every one we tried was so tasty and had us licking the plate lol. The staff was friendly and the inside was clean and cozy. read more

Have gone a few times to try their doughnuts and coffee as well. Matcha could be better but the coffee is decent. The Mayan coffee is pretty good and not too sweet. The doughnuts are not bad either, some of them were overly sweet but some were also good. It's a bit of a hit or miss for me as I don't enjoy sweet things as much (personal preference) but I guess it would be enjoyable with a nice cup of coffee. The portions are big that you can share with others and still have enough for yourself. Overall, it's a nice pastry shop and not a bad place to hang around and study at as well. read more

I know a lot of folks swear by this place but the service is really bad. Maybe came on an off day but staff was rude and had to wait a long time. No water available and floors were really dirty. read more

I really wanted to like this place because the donuts are genuinely excellent, but the service has been consistently disappointing. This wasn't an isolated mistake. We've had multiple delivery orders where parts of the order were simply forgotten. When we place pickup orders, they're almost always 15-20 minutes later than the quoted pickup time. When we order in person, whether dining in or taking food to go, something is routinely missing from the order. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally, and this isn't a negative review over a single bad experience. The problem is the consistency. After repeated visits and orders, it has become the expectation rather than the exception that something will be wrong. To be fair, the shop is clean, and the donuts are some of the best I've had. Unfortunately, great donuts aren't enough to overcome consistently poor execution. If I can't count on receiving the food I paid for, I can't justify coming back. It's a shame because the product has a lot of potential, but the service has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. read more

Went for an afternoon snack. Known for their layered dough donuts, they take donuts to the next level. Light and airy. We did two mixed boxes, cut them into fourth's and allowed everyone to taste what they wanted. Fall is in the air, so their fall flavors are out -- apple pie, pumpkin chai are two we tried. They do small batches, so when they ran out of the apple they made me some without question and they were ready within 5 minutes. The all around favorite was the maple bacon. They have vegan/gluten free options available. Looking for a new donut experience or some cool merchandise (hats, shirts, glasses, coffee cups), or grab some of their roasted coffee in house. Stop by and check them out. read more

Tried Parlor Doughnuts for the first time and was extremely impressed - some of the best donuts I've had. The inside is cute and is pretty quick service. Loved: all the doughnuts we tried. They remind me of a thicker funnel cake - super crispy on the outside with a glazed layer, and soft and tasty dough in the center. That along with the toppings, the doughnuts are my new favorite Disliked: it is a bit pricey for one doughnut, but it feels like one fills you up as much as two regular donuts would. read more

Ambience is very nice for a donut spot! Certainly a nice place for meeting up with friends or working from your computer! This was my first time trying this place as I was visiting family, but I enjoyed the coffee and the food! I had a honey glazed donut and a bacon egg and cheese croissant! Everything was excellent, almost too good! The donut was very airy yet incredibly filling. One is certainly enough to fill your sugar cravings! The croissant was also super delicious! When I first got it, it seemed a bit burnt but as I ate the thought disappeared as it was one of the best bacon egg and cheeses I've had in a long time! The service was fine, I didn't really engage too much but they did recommend the honey glazed donut when I asked for just regular glaze which was a great pick so kudos for that! read more

Parlor is something different: This is a simple croissant going undercover as a gourmet doughnut. Light and flaky inside like a croissant, Parlor's pastries have rich frostings and coatings to satisfy all the sweetness desire you want--and then some. Pistachio raspberry? Check. Chocolate, vanilla, or maple Keto? Check. Gluten-friendly vegan? Check. Turtle, or turtle cheesecake? Check. You get the idea. I stopped for a small, sweet treat and got the mini--a palm-size square donut that has deep fried light layers of dough with a taste of apple. Sugar sprinkled all over the top. These are also gourmet doughnuts without the gourmet donut price. Plus an uber clean dining room and friendly employees. Parlor isn't a habit I can make, but it's a wonderful way to treat oneself. read more

It is so convenient because it's right across the street from our church. All the staff is always super friendly and the donuts are delicious. Awesome place! Parlor is a chain and the last time I went I was in Florida. Fun vibe inside with lots of Americana decor. The donuts are all fun flavor options. They are not your typical donut though- these are more flaky like croissants. They typically have a couple filled options. They are huge! Lots of seating inside and they have coffee beverages available. Highly recommend!!! read more

Loved the Mayan Mocha latte and the breakfast tacos with bacon! Donuts were good! So many options is fun!

Stayed at my mom's for weekend house sitting and realized it had been a whole week without a doughnut! Gasp!. Have heard about Parlor Doughnuts- but don't get out to Wentzville in the morning to often to try it. Got up at 6- when they open and gave it a shot. I bought three donuts. Mildly pricey, as it was more than four dollars a donut. That being said they were a quality doughnut- although definitely not in a traditional style. They were big and definitely not really eatable like a doughnut. You almost have to cut them up or break it in half. Little bit lighter if you'd like that style. But the flavors were good and they had many different kinds such as a banana split donut, French toast, style, caramel apple and so on and so forth.. Service was quick efficient and courteous. read more

My donut was given to me in a bag without any napkins wrapped around it. Just a donut thrown into the bottom of the bag. After noticing it, I went inside and asked them for the wrapper that usually goes around the donuts. They had no issue with me grabbing it but if it was that simple, why wouldn't they put it in there in the first place? I could understand if they were out of the wrappers but they had a ton of them sitting out free to grab. The donut was fantastic but I wish that they would've taken the time to wrap my donut. Half of it was stuck to the bottom of the bag. No it isn't that big of a deal but if it was so easy to just grab one for customers, why would they not automatically do it? read more

There is no hiding that this is a national chain, but I'm happy to report it absolutely meets the standards you'd expect from these delicious layered doughnuts! The flavor options are amazing and you'll certainly find something for everyone! The staff here were super helpful in helping us decide, they even suggested the perfect coffee drinks to go with.
