My favorite! The workers are all so kind and take their time to talk to you. My drink is always made correctly

I'm not sure if it's just been a series of bad days, but this location consistently gets my orders wrong. My iced vanilla latte is rarely made correctly. The coffee often tastes burnt, and it seems like there's little to no vanilla syrup in it. The last three times I've ordered one, all I've tasted was burnt coffee with almost no vanilla flavor. I've also had issues with other drinks. For example, I ordered a Honey Bun Chiller and received it without whipped cream, and on another visit it wasn't blended properly. Sometimes it's missing the caramel drizzle as well. This drink hasn't been made correctly for at least the past couple of months. Another time, I ordered an Orange Sherbet drink and was given what tasted like some kind of Monster soda or energy drink instead. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. At this point, it feels like there is a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. The same mistakes keep happening over and over, whether it's missing ingredients, incorrect preparation, or even receiving the wrong drink altogether. I used to enjoy coming here, but the consistency and overall quality have noticeably declined. Some additional training on order accuracy and following drink recipes would go a long way. read more

This place is a joke and deserves ZERO stars. I have been here 3 separate times and each time the same chiller drink was worse than the one before. Each time I ask for a receipt, each time I have a new FABRICATED reply. "Do we do receipts? Our receipts paper is out! our computer systems are down, call customer service!" I am going back to Starbucks or Scooters as each time your drinks are consistent and made appropriately. I would expect this location to CLOSE and hope Scooter's buys it!! read more

WOW!!! Black Friday shopping had my sister and I in much need of a caffeinated treat and this drive-thru delivered. The young man that took our order was so sweet; he kindly walked us through placing our order with a smile, knowledge of product & helped us decide in customization. The second young man that got our orders to us, quickly chatted with us about shopping and did so with a smile. Drive-through was quick -- in and out in 3 mins. The music outside is great too. Playing classic 90's Mariah Carey as we waited. As a former barista, I know my coffee and Seven Brews is where it's at!! I ordered a caramel macchiato (oat milk + extra shot) and my sister for an extra sweet vanilla Blondie. Both are sweet but not overpowering & I can still taste the espresso, which is an absolute must for me. Tasty!! Seven Brews, you've got an incredible thing going from customer service to delicious product! So good, we cheered to you! Will be back! This will be a go-to on a special road trip from IL just for your coffee and outstanding service. We can't wait to try all the amazing options on drinks and flavors you offer. I was so excited when I learned that there was going to be a new seven brew closer to me. I finally went tonight and tried it for the first time, the guy that took my order asked what I wanted and I described a drink I normally get from Starbucks and he helped me pick out a drink here. I know they have so many options so it would've been hard for me to figure it out on my own. From the time I ordered to the time I got my drinks was about 20 minutes, but I was shocked when I looked at my clock and realized it had been 20 minutes because Nolan and I just talked the entire time. He is a great asset to the team and a perfect person to be working in that position, most other places when you wait 20 minutes you get frustrated, but it did not feel like that with this group of people. I come to 7 brew weekly. never once been told I can't smoke in my car while going thru the drive through until today. They also have no signs posted saying you can't smoke on their property. read more

This location has the friendliest faces, & the fastest service. Love all of the enthusiasm of the employees. I was thoroughly impressed with how organized they were at ushering an over abundance of cars during their "free coffee days" which was so generous of them. So, free coffee got me there, the banana bread blondie is what kept me! THE BEST flavor of coffee I've Ever had! Try it if you like banana! You won't be sorry!! read more

The girl that took my order was extremely rude. When I told her what I wanted to order she asked me again. What my order was I repeated it to her. She continue to ask me my order three times I gave it to her three times I kept reiterating that I wanted espresso, not cold brew She was rude, rolled her eyes and walked away. I got cold brew ended up having to throw my entire drink away. I also ordered two other drinks both which were wrong when I told the woman at the register she was rude. When I asked what the woman who helped me his name was she wouldn't tell me and said if I had a problem to call customer service I called customer service and was hung up on me so I give this zero stars. I'm not sure if this is your business model to treat customers like crap and to ignore what they want when they order but if it is, I will never be back and I suggest if you're reading this, don't waste your money like I did. read more

I went for the first time and got charged twice for the same drink. I went back to talk with them and was told that I have to email their corporate. So I did and was offered a "free" drink on some rewards account. This was unacceptable because I have no intention of signing up for a rewards account as I am never going to go there again. read more
